My favorite hotel in Bangkok”
I lived in Thailand for a while and when I am traveling to Bangkok I always stay here, staff is really professional and I am glad that after so many months some of them are still there! Kudos to the new manager Mariaa, she is always ultra professional and really helpful, the other staff members are also very nice. The hotel is located 5 minuts walking from Terminal21 shopping mall, is a nice walk and not difficult to reach; there are also the skytrain (Asoke) and metro (Sukhumvit) stations which are very comfortable in order to travel around the city; it is one stop aways from the interchange station (Phetchaburi) where you will take the skytrain from/to the airport, so convenient! Room is spacious and the bed is one of the most comfortable I have come across in Thailand; shower has good pressure and bathroom is refurbished with amenities every day. Also has minifridge with TV with many channels (in English language too) and kettle plus tea/coffee. What to say, I definitely recommend this place and now the swimming pool has reopened which is a plus!

Great place to stay”
If you are in Bangkok, this is a great hotel to stay. The room is clean, the staff very friendly, the breakfast offers a good variety, there's a gym and pool. A short distance away is Korean Town. Many wonderful restaurants to choose from. Terminal 21 is mere minutes away.

Great hotel ”
It’s my first solo trip to bkk myself, and I booked a hotel with gym as I jog everyday on the track B4 going out. Aircon is strong; room is clean when I entered, and water pressure is also great! Hotel provides tuk tuk to send u to the main road area. However you have the walk back to the hotel yourself when u come back. It’s about 7 min walk from the main road. Highly recommend this hotel

Surprisingly wonderful”
I've been to Bangkok many times and decided to stay at this hotel because it was a discounted price and I wanted to be in the area around Terminal 21 (Asoke/Sukhumvit). Why I'm writing a good review: 1. The room was very comfortable - good bed and sheets, safe and fridge, good A/C, excellent WIFI, great bathroom and shower, very clean. 2. Staff were very helpful and kind 3. Room was very quiet! 4. Good location - although it's a little far down Soi 12, it's very close to the Sukhumvit and Asoke stations. Easy to get to places throughout Bangkok from this area because of the easy access to public transportation. Would definitely stay here again. Note: To get here from the airport if you don't want to take a taxi, take the Sky Train from the airport to Makkasan station. From there, walk to the Petchaburi MRT subway station (there are signs directing the way and it's only about a 5 minute walk). Take the Petchaburi station subway to Sukhumvit (one stop) and when you arrive out of the station you will be a sort walk to Soi 12 (stay on the raised walkway till you get to Soi 12 as it's easier to walk on this than the street sidewalk)..

This is such a great place to stay. It is a little walk from the BTS, but they will give you a ride to the end of the street. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms and facilities are very clean. I usually stay here due to the location. The BTS and MRT are nearby.

Big room, good location, good breakfast”
The location is excellent, very close to Sukhumvit and the BTS stations. The room is very nice, big and the bed is comfortable. The staff was friendly and eager to help. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it wasn't big, but still, there was everything we needed (fruits, bread, omelet, coffee).

Location - walking distance to Terminal 21, 5mins walk to Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT station. Hotel - clean and room is spacious, a good variety of choices for breakfast buffet

Hotel is clean, comfortable and the location is absolutely amazing. Right next to Korea Town and near Terminal 21. This hotel is quite nice especially for the price. We enjoyed breakfast each morning for 199 baht as well.

Value for money and great location!”
We really enjoyed our stay at Galleria 12. Reception staff are welcoming and the overall ambience of the place is friendly and relaxed. The Studio G rooms were nice and comfortable and clean and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was good. Complimentary tuk tuk to and from Sukhumvit Road 10 out of 10, so handy and convenient. Would definately stay at Galleria 12 again.

The hotel is in a great location, just off Sukhumvit road so no noise. The staff are some of the friendliest I have come across in Thailand. The room was spotless and well equipped with possibly the comfiest bed I’ve slept in for a long time in Thailand. I will be making it my go to hotel for any return trips and would recommend

Comfortable 1st night Sha plus stay”
Stayed here for the first night of the test and go program. Great communication with a hotel staff in regards to testing. Transfer from airport was on-time when I arrived at the airport. The room was great, it was clean. I think the bed and pillows were new, so made for a very comfortable sleep. Enjoyed the breakfast provided with the hotel test and go package. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

Stayed here many times when in BKK. Clean, comfortable, modern hotel. Did not have breakfast. 5 minute walk down street to Sukumvit. Near Asok, Nana, Terminal 21, and soi Cowboy. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Staff”
I booked for 3 nights, however, the first night I was put in a very small room with 2 single beds and told the large bed i requested wasn't available. The room was noisy, floor sticky, shower would flood the bathroom no matter how good my civil engineering efforts were. The TV was not functional. So, I approached the front desk in the morning and voiced my concerns to Gigi, a very helpful staff member. I returned to the hotel later that day and was given a very nice upgrade. The new room was large, clean, quiet, and very comfortable with a large bed. I was very impressed at how the staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Thank you Gigi for making my stay enjoyable after a I thought it was going to be terrible.
