I booked a double room with a bathroom. They let me have an early check in since I arrived from Saigon very early in the morning. It was 4 a.m. and I did appreciate it. I would definitely stay at the Garden Homestay Phan Thiet again and recommend this accommodation. The only thing I expect more is the TV cable services. Because I didn't prepare a USB or HDMI cable to connect to TV. And there was only a flat screen TV in the room.

Worst service ever!!! Cực kỳ tệ”
Never book with this homestay if you do not want to waste your money. They are such a liar. Worst customer service ever with bad staff’s attitude. They just sold 2 types of room on agoda - double room with bathroom and family room. Then, when I booked double room with bathroom payment in advance by credit card, they gave me a double room with NO bathroom and claim all my faults as they badly said that I booked it. How could I book this type of room when they did not sell??? They asked for an extra money to upgrade to a room with bathroom. But I did rather put my money away and leave to another hotel than pay more anything to them. Me, all my friends and family will definitely stay away this homestay.
