It needs renovation of toilets and it was very smelly. I called housekeeping and asked to fix it but they couldn't manage it during my whole stay. Breakfast was also basic and needs improvement. Restuarant staff needs refreshers on hospitality.

Rooms are old and Not maintained ac was not working some lights as well , window handle broken etc .. Seems hotel management doesn’t really care about what the guest would feel as people keeps coming from all over the world to visit the grand mosque and they have no options but to stay .. I booked the hotel based on my previous Gloria brand in other countries , this was a total disappointment ! Yet staff are trying their best but they are understaffed by far compared to the guests number . I hope the guest experience gets into priority of the hotel management , only then this hotel can improve

If you are looking for a 5 stars hotel, so it's not!”
No enough facilities inside the room, we asked about Iron and they mentioned it's not available as they have laundry, so you have to use it. There wasn't a toothbrushes, slippers. I got a special needs room while I didn't request such a service. So most of the room facilities were not suitable for us. Stuff wasn't aware that Agoda pays with their payment methods, so they wondering why my card is different and they were unable to check me in. And finally, parking is not free and you have to pay 50SAR per day to use it.

They did not give room until 7 PM gives us room but some family was already inside the room went back to front desk so rude lady no help asked someone Asian person still he send me back to that room again with his staff he verify someone in that room finally I got the room with only 1 key and that key card you have to put inside the room for lights and AC requested 2 key for wife refused to give and that was pre paid already so you totally in there mercy. Maybe they think whoever comes here never comes 2nd times in life but we goes in that city @3/4 times a Year. Our booking was 1 king or double bed but got Twin beds

The behavior of staff was Awful they were Rude and not cooperating i would never recommend this hotel to someone. Very small space in Room 4 beds were adjusted in a 2 bed room.

Very busy and small hotel with lots of groups . Long waiting for Elevators . You have to pay for parking and small. Breakfast is below average. Housekeeping is Awful and didn't clean my room for 2 days. Beds are small and not comfortable I don't recommend this hotel there are many better options.

Water flooding in the bathroom, Hairdryer not working, Intercom phone not working, Parking very very costly 50 sar per day, Room lights were very very dim, Air Condition doesn't go below 23'C, Lifts were busy every time, shower not working properly, asked for some sugar at reception but until checkout I dint received it. Location was very good.

Please put you recommendations on solid grounds For me costumer care and listening is very important which is absolutely absent!!!! Paying in ad since and then not getting for which you paid I think responsility is your company, our trust is with you??? Food and crockery plastic???type in much start hotel pathetic!!! Low stand food with no options for people from different background other than Arabs!!! More people and less numbers of lifts Room service and phone services are poor At the end only being near to Haram no other features are worth mentioning! We booked a quad room and it was tiny, smelled bad (chemicals or cheap paint), dirty linen and was extremely busy with large groups from a certain country. We BBC don’t recommend staying at this hotel, unless you’re willing to put uo with the above.

Room was not ready I paid for triple room when I said missing a bed in room they bring. Rollaway bed and key was not working make few trips To get it working we had 2 rooms.
