1st choice Hotel in Bangkok ”
In fact, I only stay in GLOW hotel whenever I travel to Bangkok. This time round, I went with afew friends. When I booked online, we requested for connecting room but was told there is no connecting room after booking online. Upon arrival, the front desk staff asked are we okay with a twin bed and 1 king bed and the room will be side by side connected. I'm so glad and happy at least the staff make an effort. In fact, out of the 4 travelling, I'm the only one stayed in Glow before but all my friends as impressed and love GLOW after the 4 days stay. I would said the location of the hotel is excellent. The room was huge and importantly is was cleaned, aircon is great, and they just renovated not long ago. Although the swimming pool look small but is nice, new, beautiful. Staff are really friendly, be it is the front desk staff , the SIAM massage&SPA staff, the staff that assist us with luggage, esp the hotel manager Mr Hans. Once we step out from downstairs, they had lots of fashion shops , near to eateries, walking distance to Platinum Mall, Pratunam night market, Big C, Siam square, etc We only paid for 1 day hotel Breakfast here as there is too many great food and variety for us to try. So far the hotel breakfast was really great. During our breakfast, their hotel manager Mr Hans went over to greet us and even suggested many places that we can visit and that extra service helps us on our trip here. We are impressed by Mr Hans great hospitality service. He even went to all tables to greet the guest and this something we don't see in other places. Definitely we will come back again esp the group of friends who is with me shared that i make the best choice and best decision to stay in GLOW. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with GLOW, and we understand that GLOW will be soon name as Veladh. Nevertheless this hotel will definitely be our 1st choice.

Good location, newly renovated”
The hotel just underwent renovation, everything was clean new and welcoming. We were extremely pleased with our room, we got a room on the 19th floor with great view. The aircon was also especially cold, a good escape from Bangkok’s sweltering weather. The location of the hotel was also exceptional. Shopping places like Pratunam market, City Complex and Krung Thong Mall is just below. There is also easy access to food with the market nearby and esp with macdonald’s downstairs being 24hours. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help you with anything like googling places you wish to visit and helping with your luggages. The housekeeping team also did an exceptionally good job keeping our rooms clean and welcoming every day. The hotel also provides bottled water for guests and it is replenished everyday! I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok again :) A definite too choice!

Convenient location, great value”
Located just opposite Platinum mall/beside Krung Thong Plaza - super easy to drop off your buys and go back for another round. Within 2 mins walk to at least 3 convenience stores, 3mins walk to massage, 5 mins walk to Pratunam market, 10mins walk to Centralworld/Big C. Easy to get taxi at the entrance of hotel however expect some negotiations. The only downside was it is about 10-15mins walk to Ratchaprarop station (train to airport), might not work very well for travelers with big heavy luggages and elderly. Would not be a problem for able-bodied young adults! Room was spacious and clean. Front desk and hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Overall great value and service. We enjoyed our stay and only wish we had stayed longer. Will book again for future trips to BKK!

This was my first trip to Bangkok, and I'm very pleased with my choice of hotel. The front door/lobby might not be grand, but everything else was perfect! Everyone is very attentive, facilities are well maintained and clean, room is in very good condition. Nice touch on the bed decoration upon knowing that we were traveling for our honeymoon. I would like to specifically mention Yui, who attended to our every needs when my partner fell sick. It is not very often to find hotel staffs going extra miles to make sure people are happy - I am very satisfied with this hotel, two thumbs up and definitely will stay again next time. Highly recommended hotel!

My go to hotel in Bangkok”
Stayed here for 4D3N with the Test n Go package. Smooth and fuss free pick up from the airport to the hotel for drive through PCR, prompt check-in and got a hotel room with a nice view. The concierge boys were extremely attentive and accommodating! Very friendly attitude and always willing to help us open doors and press lift buttons! Our room were thoroughly made up and clean by the time we got back from our day around the city, thumbs up! The airport transfer on last day was prompt and the driver drove really safe as well. All in all, this hotel is one of the best!

Had always wanted to try this hotel near Pratunam after family recommendation. Luckily during this period due to lull period of COVID, manage to get a very good price with breakfast included. Its really value for money as pre covid its about double of what i am paying. Room was clean. location was good. gym is well stock and swimming pool water is acceptable. Breakfast was OK but its almost the same for 3 days. Only concern is aircon is too cold. Even after changing to 32 degree, still its too cold. Likely due to central aircon. Also no cold water on tap but hot water is available. Call the service desk and it was fixed within the day. Overall good stay and will come back again if price is right.

Room was great! Location is convieniently located at the central of pratunam, suitable for people who are going for shopping and food trips. 10 mins walking distance to platinum mall, 15 mins to centraworld, big C supermarket, famous kuang heng & kaiton chicken rice, palladum, neon night market, etc. Famous sabx wanton noodle is also walking distance. BTS is also nearby. Thai massage and street food are around the corner. Easy to reach Erawan 4 faces buddha, siam paragon, siam discovery, siam centre, gaysorn, etc. The suite room (1117) is spacious, clean, comforable and cozy. We have nothing to complain :) Recommended hotel to stay!

Group of 3 pax. I requested for a twin bed and king bed with interconnecting rooms and they delivered my request. Thank you :) Rooms are one of the biggest I've seen among other bangkok hotels. Very clean too!! Location is convenient if you like to explore around the area (a little distance from BTS but didn't bothered us as we mainly walk/taxi). Massage available at lobby till 2am, 300~350baht for 1 hr foot massage. Good service and housekeeping (thank you to staff named Grace for keeping our rooms clean!) Overall very satisfied!! Will be back!

no regret in choosing Glow as my only option whenever i travel to BKK! i made a remark that this trip is for my wedding anniversary, and surprises awaits me upon check-in! 1st of all, i got an free upgrade to the Glow Suite Room! next, when i get into my cozy room, i saw that it has been nicely decorated with towels, lovely pair of Swans awaiting me and my husband! And we got a lovely dessert plate in our room, which says 'Happy Anniversary'! so sweet of the hotel to go thru all these for us! Glow really has exceptional service! their staffs from front-desk, to bell boy, is always with a smile. Glow will definitely be my only option whenever i go to BKK. Thanks again for another wonderful stay, Glow Pratunam! ^_^

Nice Hotel”
My friends and I have enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the location is great for shopping. The hotel breakfast is so nice to eat. They still have Gym room and Swimming Pool, but the swimming pool is under renovation. They also have outsourced transportation arrangements to and from airports if required and the price is reasonable.

Friendly and helpful staff”
We visited Bangkok last June 2019 and we're greeted with really nice staff. The rooms are spacious and restaurant staff was very helpful with my Auntie when she was looking for luk-chuk (I forgot the name), Miss Maymay was kind enough to ordered for us and the package was ready the next morning before we fly back home. The location is good since it's near the shopping places and we did not encounter any problem with transportation. Btw, the breakfast buffet was superb, we really enjoyed our food. We had a great time in their swimming pool as well. Over-all the stay was quite a memorable one, my Mom and Auntie were able to relax in the hotel and can't stop talking about the food that were served to us.

Of all the places I have stayed at in Bangkok, would say that this is offers really good value for money. On account of the convenience of the location (along the main road next to pratunam market and opposite platinum mall), comfort of the room (big rooms and comfortable beds), friendly and polite staff, cleanliness of the facilities (room and bathroom) and the price point (compared to other similarly located hotels), this all amounted to an incredible experience. The slow down of the tourism industry did not impact the quality of the experience.

We have free upgrade to deluxe corner room and we got connection room for my the other room. Nice and clean. Location is good. Only the reception area at level 7 of the building and need to change to another lift to get to our room. But overall is good and will come back the next time. Intend to come back again end of this year with 5pax family. Can I still book 2 deluxe connect room with add on 1 additional bed in one room?

Wonderful Stay”
Located in a great location, near to all the shopping. Check-in was smooth and the attending receptionist told us we had a King bed and I was very happy since I had my little one with me on this trip. Room was clean and very comfortable. Air-conditioning was quite cold but it wasn't an issue for us. Water pressure was good too. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

The services rendered by the staff is beyond exceptional . We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast . They served variety of food everyday . The staff are very honest specifically when my aunt left her safe open in their room .The room attendant immediately informed the manager about open safe in the room . Upon our arrival in the hotel they my aunt about it and we were so delighted about their honesty . For the past 6 years we been very loyal clients of the hotel and we will keep coming back .We love the staff and services rendered by the hotel to us . The location of this hotel is good. Very near to platinum mall and just small walk to pratunam night market. The price was worth it because it's beautiful and clean. I love the smell in the lobby and the breakfast was good many choices of food. My husband enjoyed the pool area while me enjoying platinum mall 😊 Will difinitely stay here again when I come back to Thailand 🇹🇭

Everything from check in to room cleanliness exceeded my expectations. I could not pick out any negative points during my 3 nights stay. Deluxe Room was well designed and spacious with good water pressure/temperature. Front counter staff were polite and helpful. Location is great, walking distance to major shopping centre. Try the omelette rice at the entrance of soi 17, sold by an old lady. Simple and awesome!

Convenient location opposite platinium mall. Room was clean with basic amenities. Love the concept of wardrobe accessible in toilet and room. Along main road so a lot of taxi and Tuk tuk waiting. King bed was 2 Super single bed merge together to make one king bed. But good enough for 2 adult 1 child to sleep. It would be nice if hotel can provide better quality tissue. Will definitely be back again!
