Room is clean and big with free breakfast somemore. The staff is friendly. Hotel location is so near to CIQ, komtar JBCC. Definitely will come again and strongly recommended to my friends!

Walking distance to many eateries and City Square Mall. If not a cheap fee for Grab/ taxi. Driving can be a chore as due to the confusing road system. Clean and neat for a comfortable night sleep. Provide a simple nice breakfast e.g packed Nasi lemak, Friend noodles and local cakes is an added bonus. Water dispenser for water.

The hotel is aged but could see the staffs' good efforts in maintenance. The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Not difficult to find parking due to its location. Finding parking coupon could be an issue (MPJB parking app need topup RM20 min). Not many food choices around but not a problem if you're driving.

A very friendly receptionist and staff. To be honest i am not really comfortable with the environment when i first came but after awhile, i feel like i am home with a family because the staff name Vani really treat me like i’m a little brother to her and guide me with the area. I even extended one night because of the comfort. other than that, i met other receptionist name Anissa who are very polite and also guide me with the area. Thanks to the management for the awesome workers and the experience!

Cheap, Comfortable and Clean room.. Toilet was big and clean too.. Front desk was friendly and accomodating.. Only the breakfast, i wish more varieties to choose from. But still good as it is free.. Wont complain much with the prize range booked on the same day..

Room was nice and toilet also clean. Iron facility only at level 2. Need to go down to use since my room on level 4. Breakfast nasi lemak pack with kuih karipap and apam during my 1 day stay, okay with the hotel price. No food stall nearby need to have own transport.

Ok for 1-2 nights ”
It was pretty noise, the tv isn’t working, and the breakfast is just spicy noodles wrapped in paper and 2 types of Malaysian kueh, no coffee only tea. And the service is just ok. No ac remote. No tv channel, no hotel sandals Pro Water heater, clean room, nice bed, 2 tiny bottles body wash n shampoo. Pretty near going anywhere with grabcar

Aircon remote is on request from the reception. We had actually done the setting properly to avoid some customers who are not familiar to do the setting and at the end have done it wrongly, hope you understand.
