The fruit kiosk at front makes the hotel entrance look messy and less presentable. The front entrance needs to be cleaned up and decorated with some bonsai trees and made it look more welcome.

The hotel gives us a higher floor so we are not affected by the loud music. Air-con seems a bit slow, and only blast 1 direction.

Great value. Cute and close to the beach. If you're looking for five star service, maybe not here? The service was just the minimum. Pool is small and quiet. Some English is spoken very minimal but I luckily speak vietnamese as well. They are however an establishment that still keep your passports even though most places no longer do that anymore. Got it back fine but we did run into issues with paying on our card and had to run to two atm's to pay the appropriate amount for our 5 nights. There was connection issues with their machine.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Pool is nice but much smaller than I imagined from the pictures. Around 5 minutes walk to the beach. No usable window in the room :( no natural light.

Night 2: Ok hotel, good communication”
The second night we switched rooms because the first one wasn’t available anymore. They gave us an upgrade. There was a girl behind the desk and she spoke English and helped us the way it should. She was very nice. She also helped us a lot when we had to leave and our pick up didn’t show up. She translated our phone calls for us so we didn’t miss our ride. She was a very helpfull girl, the opposite of what we experienced the night before. It made the stay a lot better!

The location is great, short walking distance to a lot of eateries and the beach. The only con was the hotel is rather old fashioned, need to refurbish and upgrade the lift.

The hotel facilities are alright. The bedroom was a little smaller than shown on pictures. We understand the prices were higher due to the holiday. The biggest problem with this hotel is that is near a open roof bar that is open everyday until almost 5am blasting music. On our second night there we decided we couldn't take it anymore and asked for our money back and moved to a different hotel. The staff were really great about it, they even tried showing us another room that has no windows in the hope that we'd be more comfortable but we've decided not to risk another night without sleep.

Over priced stay for two nights. Pool was not clean as part of the reason to stay here. Breakfast was great and the staff are amazing. But lacked something special to warrant the high rate.

Night 1: Ok hotel, bad communication”
When we arrived they didn’t have our booking ready, we had to wait for almost an our. Also the communication was really bad, we had to type into Google Translate the whole time because receptionist couldn’t speak any English and understood nothing we tried to say. The guy behind the reception was clearly annoyed the whole time and didn’t try to hide it. He was sighing everytime we tried to ask him something. Not friendly at all. He tried to give us a cheaper room then we paid for. Not professional at all. After a few times of Google Translate and bad communication we finally got the room we paid for. It cost us a lot of effort and time..

Great Holiday”
We really got a great holiday at Golden Holiday Hotel. After all night in the bus and long day at Binh Hung island, we were welcome to Nha Trang with a nice decoration hotel (impressive to the hall chandelier) and nicely receptionist. I booked Deluxe room and got free upgraded to Suite room, that was a amazing room with a big living room there have a very comfort sofa and big tivi and 1 separate bed room with Queen bed room and jacuzzi bathtub. Breakfast is good with Mi Quang soup and eggs. I was really enjoy and happy our stayed at here. Just only thing that the bed in the twins bed room is too small for a adult (specially for a man).

It amazing, the staff very helpful and attentive as we did a mistake when we book the hotel so that we arrived one day earlier , the check in staff is very helpful and proactive to quickly find a room for us as we arrived late at the airport , she ask for her manager for a good price for us , she also help to show us a good place to eat and give a lot of great advise as we go to Binh Ba after Nha Trang , she was help us to book the car for us to the ferry which help us a lot as we dont have much time and ofcourse lit of good advise for us when travel to the island .The room is nice and cozy , clean and just a few steps to the busy bar and the sandy beach , the breakfast is briliant , they serve eggs in free way and hot local counter and it changed every day to extract guest who stay in house , the rooftop pool is great with a panoramic view to the sea ,we really enjoy our stay and satisfy with the service at the hotel providec by the friendly front desk staff which make my holiday memorable . Thank you for your excellent hospitality .

Our Holiday Stay @ Golden Holiday Hotel”
The receptionists were very accommodating, the food was great, the rooms were clean, the swimming pool was clean and has a nice view. The location was also great - a lot of nearby shops, restaurants, spas, and in front of a French food shop which was great too. However, during our stay there were a lot of construction going on in the hotel and even in the adjacent buildings. We could hear the banging noises in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon (which i guess everyone in our floor were still sleeping). It can be very annoying specially if you have a baby sleeping. I hope all their fixings will be done sooner so guests can fully enjoy their stay. A great value for your money. I would definitely go back to this hotel in our next holiday in Nha Trang!
