The best budget hotel ever. The location, staff, room and everything is worth for your money”

I really like this hotel so much. The room is spacious, clean and have a lot of facilities. The toilets also smell nice, everything is really same as in the photo. Just the matress is a little bit hard(It’s like a wooden matress I think)but still comfortable for me. Hotel is located in front of an exclusive club(but not noisy at night)3-4 block along the street just beside Mường Thanh Quang Ninh Hotel. Some convenience store is nearby and Sun World Ha Long Amusement Park is just a few step by walk. There are also seafood restaurant along the main road and it’s not far from Sri Rembau Restaurant too(for Muslim travellers). Bike rental shop also nearby, the location is really worth. A small breakfast is included and delicious too. Drinking water and coffee facilities is also provided, just the drinks in fridge is not free. The staff also nice and kind, even he’s not really fluent in English but he try his best to help me booking for Ha Long Bay Cruise half day trip. I’m really appreciate

Its ok ”

There is no clear address for this hotel. I was checked in a room which still had a piece of trash left on the floor from previous guest. After calling down reception, the issue was fixed immediately though and i was moved to another room. In my booking said "large double bed" and when i was checking in, the lady at reception told me they assign a twin room for me (?) so i guess English level is just at some certain level if you do not speak Vietnamese. The bed was abit too hard as well as ive been aware from other's review. Other than those things, everthing else is ok.

Not friendly Hotel Owner”

Not worthing to stay in Golden Lotus Hotel for such high rate. Not well trained staffs and the Hotel Owner not friendly

Average choice”

The hotel is quite new and the rooms are spacious although not very comfortable. The mattress is hard as I've never witness in life... On the back of the hotel seems to exist some sort of farm and they were making some fires that cause an absurd haze that was all over my floor so air quality seem poor... The staff are not really helpful... no english spoken! First day at breakfast was disappointing... there were ants all over the food and no one seem to care... Second day, I arrive at 8 am to have breakfast and the place was already close... The location is ok and you can easily find transportation to the nearby places. I don't recommend the place cause to be honest, you can find better in the area with so much offer.

Terrible management”

The hotel is fairly new and pretty nice except for the bed that is really hard. I regret going there because the management was terrible. The manager or owner is thinking she is the immigration police, the breakfast buffet is only open for chinese groups, only one staff speaks english and they are not much help when you need laundry or else. I would recommend going somewhere else, the beds really are the worst I have encountered is SE asia

Habitación corrientísima, desayuno incluido y personal encantador. Todo a muy buen precio y en el centro de Hanoi. Muy, muy recomendable. El trato y la atención fueron impecables. Una muy buena experiencia.

ハロン湾クルーズに関して、港にチケット購入窓口があるのでそこで購入するのがよい。窓口近くには、ぼったくり連中がいるので注意。(通常の料金の50倍くらいを提示してくる。)

员工素质有待提高。1.我们问路不回答，说忙。其实在打好久电话。2.入住时收护照，我们问要回时说由他保管。3.无凭无句情况下乱开罚单，酒店里的人说的算，罚钱也是酒店的人说了算。4.随便进入客人房间检查，侵犯了隐私。

Khách sạn không có view đẹp, nhưng gần các khu vui chơi, ăn uống, đi lại rất tiện. Phòng nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ đồ dùng. Nhân viên thân thiện, đồ ăn sáng rất ngon!

Đối diện là một club rất to. Lúc mình đi thì club k hoạt động nên khá yên tĩnh.

Phòng tạm được so với mức giá và vị trí”

Ko có view vịnh hay biển, vị trí gần sun world và bãi biển, xa chợ và thành phố (7-8km) cách bến xe 7km , tối khá nhộn nhịp, giường bé, nếu có cả em bé thì hơi bé chỉ có giường phụ ko có nôi dịch vụ cho em bé,.

Địa điểm khá gần khu vui chơi và khu phố cổ (qua đường là tới) Với chuyến đi vừa rồi của m thì m ko có vấn đề gì với thái độ nv hay tiện nghi vì mình cảm thấy hài lòng Nhưng góp ý 1 chút với ks là quầy lễ tân hơi bị thọt lỏm, người ngồi trong sẽ rất khó thấy khách ra vào Thực sự lời chào đầu tiên khi bước chân vào ks sẽ gây được thiện cảm rất lớn đối với khách hàng.
