I booked at Golden Lotus and required to have room on high floor, They put us to the hotel in next door which they called Golden Lotus 2. The room was very clean, with nice sea view. We had a good time in Nha Trang. Thank you.

Nha Trang's Golden Lotus”
Enjoyed Nha Trang and the Golden Lotus (Sen Vang) so much that we stayed on for a couple of extra days. The staff was very helpful, arranged a couple of excursions which were great value and also rented a motor cycle and helmets at a very reasonable rate. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable and convenient for the beach”
This is my third stay at this hotel and it has never varied from its high standards . The balcony rooms are wonderful with the breezy sea views and the standard of room freshness has been maintained over the recent years . Just one minor point is that taxi drivers seem to have problems finding it because the name outside is in Vietnamese and the name 'Golden Lotus' is rather obscure underneath . Apart from the inevitable hunt for it by the driver this hotel is the best on this part of the strip .

Simple room great location. ”
Overall my experience there was good. The room was clean, though simple. It had a flat screen tv with all the channels. The shower was good. And it had a queen size bed. Also the location was great. The beach is right across the street. And there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Although the big bar and restaurant street that everyone is interested in is a few blocks away. I don't mind walking. And a motorbike ride is cheap and readily available for those who's feet get tired quickly. Breakfast was ok. The Western options were better. I wouldn't order the noodle soup or else you'll get ramen instead of a nice bowl of pho. Also one of the staff members at the front desk, a young lady, was very rude and hard to understand. I told her at the beginning of my trip that I didn't feel comfortable leaving my passport with her. I traveled all over Vietnam. Sure they asked to see it in other hotels but not keep it. I was unaware that this was the rule in Nha Trang. She yelled at me and started pulling out all the passports of other guests to show me, flopping them out noisily on the counter. After that I left my passport with her. But she always gave me a dirty look from then on whenever I saw her. It's important to note that everyone else at this hotel was super sweet and really nice. Especially the security guard. I had a few beers with him. He invited my wife and I to stay in his village at his house. He got me a great rate when I went with him to exchange money and a good rate for a taxi to the airport. Otherwise, the taxi drivers and others will try and rip you off. Overall I'd say stay at this hotel. But watch out for that one gal at the front desk.

Good hotel for its price. The room was decent. Wifi was very good even on the fifth floor. Breakfast was average but you get a very nice view of Nha Trang beach up on the 10th floor where it is served.

Great location ”
Very good price for what it is. Breakfast was not great but the view from the top was pretty nice. They staff we super helpful and they lent us bikes and did our laundry fOr us. Fabulous air conditioning unit and it is very humid in Nha trang. Very clean room and linen. For the price would definately stay again.

a most relaxed stay”
it was romantic and family friendly. baby loved the bathtub and bubblebath,and my partner and i enjoyed the beach views and closeness to beach and everything else. staff helped us with taxi to airport-which should be noted is about 40 minutes away for 250,000vnd or so. a very enjoyable stay and the staff-cleaning and desk are superb. only gripe is cost of laundry,here per piece,but 5 minutes away it 20,000vnd/1kg. but not a major issue. i would return 100% if i go nhat trang again!

Good Hotel but nees some improvements”
This is a good hotel but needs small changes to make it great hotel. The major areas we look for in a Hotel are Location, Cleanliness and size of room, Performance of the staff, and Breakfast. Location. A little out of the centre of the main city but no big deal. If you stay in this hotel do yourself a favour and get a room with ocean views – it worth it for the extra $10. The hotel is situated on the main beach road directly with uninterrupted views across the bay. The only problem we had because of location was traffic noise, even on the seventh floor. Double glased windows would have solved the problem. Traffic noise continues till after midnight. Cleanliness and room. The room was very clean and well maintained during a stay. However minor things such as not changing toilet paper until the roll ran out, no daily water supplied and no coffee or tea facilities in room were frustrating. The air conditioner was a little small for the room and took some time to cool the room on a hot day.The room itself was a good size and bed comfortable Staff Performance. The Manager Kim was excellent and nothing was too much effort for him. He even helped arrange an early morning taxi pick up so we could catch a train. Some of the staff on the desk had limited English speaking skills. Most of the staff were happy to assist were possible. Breakfast. Terrible. The hotel advertises a buffet breakfast but this is not the case. You will be offered a choice of Soup (Pho) or Egg station. The soup was of average quality and the egg omelette was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee was warm and barely drinkable. We tried twice to eat from the breakfast menu and in the end decided to walk down the street and buy it from a restaurant. This could be a great hotel but needs some changes to improve its appeal.

Wish we would've made it...”
Well, my wife and I booked a room for 2 nights here and tried to make it down from Hanoi but bad weather forced our flight to be cancelled the first day, and then redirected to Ho Chi Minh the second... we had to abandon our plans for Nha Trang but I will say that the staff made efforts to pick us up from the airport both times so that was nice! We're sure the hotel is great but can't truly provide feedback :(

Simple hotel on the beach road”
locaion extreme south just returned after spending 4 nights here. excellent location, within walking distance of the lake and most everything else. huge rooms, clean and all the mod-cons. this has others around the area beat by miles - it's on a street in the old quarter, but on the edge so it's not as noisey or congested as some of the others which feel more like backpacker ghettos than real neighborhoods. we were able to watch a lot of real life from our balcony - go for a balcony room. they are noisier, but the noise dies down around midnight. bring earplugs. good breakfast. i'd definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, sizeable room”
The hotel is across the road from the beach, so you can hear the sea when you open the window at night, and a 5-minute walk from the bar street. The staff was always friendly and helpful. My room was clean and quite big, with large beds, wifi access, hot water shower, safe, reasonably priced minibar -- basically everything I needed.

Great hotel at Great price it was clean with friendly staff. Hotel is on a very busy street so if your a lite sleeper ask for a room at the back away from Main Street.

Fantastic Staff, Wonderful Ocean View, HUGE room”
I opted for a deluxe ocean view room on agoda because it was half price. Lucky me - not only did I (a single lass) get an ocean view, but they gave me what must have been the the penthouse suite as the room was on the 10th/top floor and was the size of a BASKETBALL COURT! When I later added 2 extra nights to my stay, I asked for a bit smaller/cheaper room. I moved just 1 floor down (the 9th floor) to a most lovely room with fridge and bathroom with tub, the comfiest of beds, and the same wondrous 180 degree view from my balcony.

Average”
The hotel is a new hotel located on the main street right along the beach. The hotel is a new hotel and the rooms are fairly large given the price. But the staff appears inexperienced. The cleaning and maintenance staff uses the elevator even when hotel guests are using it. We had to wait three minutes while the cleaning crew tried to push their cleaning cart inside our full elevator, and it happened with some of their maintenance employees also, holding up the elevator to load tools into. Overall the hotel is clean, but they need to work on the customer service portion.

Comfortable & Friendly”
When we found the hotel the staff where really friendly, the hotel is very new so the rooms are very clean and tidy. When we stayed the restaurant was not yet open but as we had paid for breakfast they took us to a local restaurant and paid for us to have our food there. About a 10 minute walk from the main eating & shopping area.

A great hotel with wonderful views”
The room was extremely comfortable, and the beds were great. We had paid extra for an ocean view room, and it was such an excellent view! You can lay in your bed and gaze out over the ocean. Even though the street below can get noisy with traffic, it was never really too loud in the rooms and never interfered with our sleep. Lots of great places to eat nearby, and some small shops for essentials like bottled water, etc. We were able to get a late checkout (6 PM) . Really a great experience.

Decent hotel with helping staff”
I have good experience staying at this place. Staff was helpful and even their english was not so great, they tried to help in the best possible way. It is close to beach, across the street in fact and that is very very good thing. In the event of rainy or slightly cold season, their hot water system can be a bit better. It just gives out weak lukewarm water. They do not accept card payment which they do not tell you while checking in. But may be this was just my case and season was very low. But that was not a nice thing. The girl serving breakfast was very nice and kind and had a very nice serving attitude with grace.
