Nice hotel with good service”

We went for a extended holiday trip to Nha Trang. The Golden Rain Hotel is located close to the beach, reastaurants and bars. Everything is close to walk there. Service was good, rooms where clean only the breakfast could be better. There where fresh and tasty fruits but the rest was medium standard. Best feature was the pool in the 13th floor with a great view over the city!

Great Value”

golden rain was good value for the money and i'd stay there again. only concern was little/no room for young kids to move about within the hotel (pool area very small as well). otherwise, for a baby or for older families a good place.

Nha Trang Budget Style”

Overall, for what it cost, i liked my stay. Granted, i wish i didn't bother upgrading from $38 a night to $57 a night for a view which, was pretty bad from the room. What is really cool though is the top floors, get some cardio with an amazing view, lounge out on lawn chairs or small tables or, go to the very top and enjoy the 360 degree view. I REALLY wish they'd put some furniture on the very top floor as it's a cool room, or, make it a VIP suite! Location is great if you want to party, bars all around, small shops, massage, etc... It's walking distance to sailing club and la louisianne.

Convenient location one block off beach”

Hotel is one block up from the beach and near many shops and restaurants. Pool is very small as is the exercise room.

Decent place”

Everything about the room was suitable for me, except for the fact that it smelled like smoke. By the end of my stay, I couldn't tell if the smell had decreased, or if i had just gotten used to the smell. Breakfasts were ok, some food items were kept hot, and were fine, others were left out, and were soggy and cold, even at 6:30 in the morning. The gym and roof pool are nice, and the location is quite central to the restaurants, but don't pay extra for the superior city view, its not worth it.

Loud Hotel Stay”

Loud ground level room- kitchen, lobby, and front desk noise! Hotel was a good value otherwise- within walking distance of the beach, rooms were clean, and restaurants/bars were nearby.

A sad experience because of theft.”

The location and breakfast is good.But I lost my money in the hotel during these days. Maybe stolen by the cleaner. I don't know but i didn't take my pockets to anywhere except the hotel room.

My worst hotel experience ever”

The least helpful, least polite, and least honest hotel staff I have experienced in any country. After we had a disagreement they went out of their way to annoy or harass us on a steady basis. Because we had prepaid for 2 nights we didn't want to leave, but it was an unfortunate choice to stay there.

Great location but small rooms”

the staircase is built in a shaft like shape where the sound from anywhere in the building can be heard throughout. Being a glass and masonry building, it really echoes. Did not stay long enough to make any real good judgments about this place

More motel standard than hotel”

Wouldn't recommend if you have a chice, but if you don't have any other options it's not terrible- it's seemed safe, the bed is comfortable, shower was powerful and location is very good! But the swimming pool is completely run down, as is the gym, not at all like the pictures online, gave us the heebiejeebies!!The bathroom smelled mouldy, toilet wouldn't flush and staff weren't very friendly!

Cleaniness is a must.”

Apart from its location all is about average. Old mould can easily be seen with no intention of cleaning.

Excellent hôtel. Proche de la plage, petit déjeuner qui change chaque jour, chambre propre et spacieuse, personnel très sympathique.

Hôtel très bien, petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté, proche de la plage. Piscine au dernière étage (l'eau est un peu fraîche mais ça rafraîchit) !

Emplacement idéal mais petite chambre”

Séjour très agréable,dommage que la chambre est petite pour 2. Télé plasma. Accueil très chaleureux,disponibilité des employées....Et une belle petite piscine en haut de l'hotel. Prix assez attractif.

真的是很不错的酒店，顶楼有游泳池，11层有健身房，10层可以在露台和茶。我们还是比较满意的。顺便说一句，顶楼风景很好

завышенная звездная категория”

Жуткая плесень на стенах в номере, в отеле плохо убирают, бассейн отвратительный, спорт зал 2 на 2 с тремя уставшими тренажерами. Находится рядом с клубом, всю ночь просто орет музыка, хоть мы и жили на 11ом этаже, убирать приходят поздно, где после 12 ( первый раз с таким столкнулись). Из хорошего: обильные завтраки, чем может похвастаться далеко не каждый отель, утюг в коридоре, приветливый ресепшен.
