We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff was veeeeery helpful. The room was big, and the bathroom as well. We had a balcony with a view. AC was working properly and had many options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town, but it is very quiet, so the location is the best as it could be in Hoi An. Next to the hotel you can borrow motorcycle or bike. Breakfasts are very nice and variety of choices is surprising. In one word I hardly recommend this hotel either for short and long stay.

Very good hotel but air conditioner worked not well. The room was stuffy. (I think just air conditioner was broken) Main door of room was closed so difficulty. Personal are very kindly and hospitality always offered own help.

1. Strategic Location: We stayed 3 nites in Golden River Hotel and we found this hotel's location with walking distance to the old town and nite market and tourist spots, also very easy to get food. Great place for couple and family vacation. 2. Feeling: The hotel also gives you a comfortable feeling compare to Homestay or Hostel. Weather is hot in May and good for those who love it. 3. Hotel Service: They provide good breakfast in buffet style. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they also will recommend you places to visits and you can get good price for the tickets and you no need to purchase online. 4. Transport: Practically walking is good enough if you stay in this hotel. if you join the tour visit, transport is included. Therefore, you could save some $$$ for this.

Good price, but too noisy”
The room is spacious, the balcony only a pseudo balcony (not large enough to put furniture), the amenities sufficient. Bathroom a bit small but ok. Breakfast ok. The pool looks in reality more like a dark water tank rather than a comfortable pool. Unfortunately (which is not the fault of the hotel itself) there is a lot of noise around in the night. Some bars have music until late. One night one of the neighbours decided to do some concrete work at the street at 2:30 am, and other neighbours want to share their music to all the others starting at 5:30 am. But at least it is in comfortable walking distance to the city center and restaurants etc.

Perfect position to visit Ancient City & Night Market”
Very senior couple. Stayed 3 night deluxe room .. basic clean comfortable room .. v quiet effective air con & good WiFi . Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast .. buffet Asian food. Plenty sufficient for us. Indoor pool a little rough and dangerous around the edges for us. For the young OK. Plenty of food places & Mini Marts along the river 40 mtrs away .. No lift .. Yes, for a couple days perfect

The best location and worthy money!! You can walk 2 mins to the night market, restaurants,spa. All attractions just cross the bridge to the ancient town. Staffs were very helpful and nice with good English. Breakfast was also standard. Room& fascilities : Deluxe and family rooms lacated in 3rd floor are large and good as picture but the building is quite old. *No closet, no lamp Overall is good and worth your money!! 9/10
