A very clean value for money hotel”
A very clean hotel with courteous staff and a beautiful location with beautiful ambience. Everything is fine, washrooms are clean and big. Nothing to complain. I am obliged to reception staff as they allowed me extended check out. Breakfast is average but it's fine as other amenities are very good. Recommend to everyone specially those who are visiting with families.

We had taken a two bedroom apartment. The rooms were neat and clean and basic accessories were present. The hotel is very near to the Bahrain causeway. There is no buffet breakfast being provided and the packed one being delivered to room is useless. Due to Covid the staff strength is very less which in understandable and the some parts of the hotel like the pool area are not well maintained. There are no stores within walking distance hence if you are without your own vehicle you will be in a big problem. rest was fine.

Peaceful yet penalizing”
I had stayed at Golden Tulip Khobar Corniche hotel before. This is another property which is close-by to the Golden Tulip Suites. The earlier experience was fine and based on it, I decided to choose this location for my stay with family this time. Advantages (+) The location is the brilliant as the area is most under developed hence you won't find much traffic rather views of the water and under built construction sites welcome you (+) The property is spacious with roomy lobby, elevators, restaurants and rooms Disadvantages (-) The biggest disappoinmt is the service level. Repeated calls and requests were done to get hold of baby cot, fresh towels, room service etc. (-) Despite having a proper kitchenette in the room, we were unable to do anything as no plates, cooking utensils or cutlery was provided to us (-) The breakfast is very basic with same items on repeat every day. No changes/additions are done. Even basic things like bread slices, omelette station aren't available

What I love: The sea-View the breakfast is good although not much variety Needs improvement: The Furniture are clean but looks bit old The pool has no water when we checked-in until the end of our stay I dont like the smell on the reception area and hallway, they should invest to improve the smell of the buillding. I booked a diplomatic suite but the A/C in bed room is warm even after they fix it and the bathroom smell like cockroach after they clean it. The good thing in this book is the washing machine only even if i brings the soap with me as what they said.

Worst experience ever ”
They are not Clean at all. And you need to ask for everything multiple times to have it. One example, I ask for a towels 3 times until I got them and that take around 1:30 hours. One more thing, I order from the restaurant (room service) and take the plates out of the the room around 6 pm and nobody take them until the next day 2 pm when I leave the hotel. The room missing a lot of things.

1. Iron was faulty, caused wiring shortages & damage to cloth. Needs to be changed 4 times before getting a new and good condition replacement. 2. Room floor was not clean, feels 'sandy' when walking barefoot in the room. 3. Only 1 towel available in bathroom, taking too much time to send additional towels when requested. 4. No shops or food outlets nearby. Need to drive all the way up to Corniche area just to get food.

so at the start the location is too far from anything. they don't have a proper restaurant onsite. you have to order and not all restaurants deliver to the site! very rigid unfriendly reception. basic breakfast that doesn't change. the restroom had a very bad smell. the towels don't change with house keeping, nothing does, they hardly did the beds. cleaness level is very bad. very small pool that was not very hygenic.they also don't offer car renting or any sort of services. well overall it was like a bad on the road motel ! the only positive thing I would say is the outdoor seating at night. and the hotel wasn't very crowded.
