Excellent Hotel as compared with same properties”
Excellent hotel with all facilities. Staff was very cooperative, their Manager Mr. Rami was available in lobby for supervision and monitoring by himself. Very professional staff specially Mr. Muhammad Shabana at reception, Mr. Ali and Mr. Rasheed at restaurants were very helpful. The location is very good even the female prayer area (gate 10 & 11) is also not that far. Near to supermarket, restaurant, babus salam gate, very good Pakistani / Indian restaurants was nearby. Small market under tents beside hotel is good for economical shopping. The only drawback is that the wifi is very slow and unstable. Housekeeping staff only clean room when you leave a request at the reception for cleaning, they don't clean daily as per schedule.

A good hotel in a very good location”
This was my first time staying here with family and overall it was good. So beginning with the positives, the location of the hotel was very good (straight 5-6 minute walk to the harram) with a lot of shops around the hotel. The hotel was also very clean in all areas and the bedroom was nice and spacious. The bathroom was also very clean and the staff were helpful when needed. Very quick check in process (and early) which was nice! The breakfast however wasn't that great - it was decent with just about enough of a variety and the wifi was horrible with hardly to no access in the bedrooms. I don't think this hotel was worth the amount I paid for 4 nights and should have cost around 300-400SAR less. Overall, it is a good, clean hotel in a very good location so thumbs up.

Always a great stay at Golden Tulip Group Hotels”
Everything at this hotel is marvellous. The hotel from lobby to rooms to washrooms were spotlessly clean. Few sport activities at B1 is good for adults and kids too. Rooms are big, comfy beds and pillows with all necessary amneties provided. Dinner and breakfast: both are good but we liked the breakfast menu more as dinner menu needs improvement. Parking is the issue in almost every hotel as staff of the hotel occupied all spaces. I will continue staying at this hotel.

Good value for money”
Location is very good ( very close to Gate 7 of Al Masjeed Al Nabawi.). Staff are friendly. Needs more attention to details. Overall experience is very good and may come back again.

Worth living ”
With such an excellent room, its really worth a try. One will love to come back again if lived for once. The rooms you see in pictures while booking are really the same and that's an add on to your satisfaction. The most important aspect is that they live up to their Star Grading unlike other hotels which pretend to be 4 star but turn out to be even worst than 3 star.

Very good value for the money”
This is a very nice and clean hotel. Not far from Haram Shareef. I stayed in a suite and it was very nice and spacious. The bathroom was also very nice. Definitely worth the money.The only bad thing was no Wi Fi in the rooms. They have Wi Fi just in the lobby. The breakfast was good. They just need to refill the dishes in a timely manner. People had to wait to get the refills. The F & B Manager was nice and cooperative however his assistant supervisor Mohammad was not helpful at all. I needed to have food heated up for my sick kids and he refused. This is really poor customer service. In the World we live in now Customer Service has a great impact and refusing to honor simple requests will eventually take its toll. I request the Senior Management of the Hotel to take notice of this. The hotel has all the good things to make it a five star. Customer service needs to be constantly checked

Nice hotel with good rooms and good value for money. But bathroom was too small and shower enclosure tiny. Ladies entrance for Rayaz Al Jannah was far.

Excellent Hotel is value for money the only downside is I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 child but was only given a twin bed So there was 4 of us who had to manage on 2 single beds which was not possible Near to Haram straight from gate 7

Only the Nice thing about the hotel is that its near to Masjid Al haram...but in the night u can hear buses horn...staff in reception is not that good like unprofessional...parking is full..and the room is not like im expecting i mean in not feeling that im in golden tulip..but near to Masjid and cheap

Value for money, worst attiutude of house keeping ”
It is good value for money located at short distance from Haram. However, there are no food/meal options in this area. Asking house keeping to clean your room was like you have asked for money. Windows glasses are unable to restrict or lower outside noise.

Good hotel near Haram ”
Breakfast was ok ...not that good... no fruits included..... add more variety in breakfast...... good manager we had booked hotel from 11 am but when we reached there they were telling us check in time is 4 pm .... and your room is not available yet... so we were worried.... because of kids but then we talked to manager over phone and they he gave us and sweet junior till our room was available.... all in all good two days stay.

Horrible staff”
I have never been treated badly in my life the way the hotel staff treated me. They gave me a king room which I didn't ask for. The front desk couldn't print the reservation, so I had to go downstairs and ask the guy who deals with Agoda customers who gave me the wrong reservation which I had asked him to fix. After my first night at the hotel, round 8 pm the concierge started pounding on the door and threatened to come in without my permission and the excuse was I over stayed. I explained that I am checking out the next day. Hours after, round 12:05 am the phone rang so I had to wake up and get it and it was the front desk telling me that I am supposed to leave and that I overstayed. My room was never serviced, I had to ask the cleaner to bring me water and take the trash because it was 9 pm and we were ready for bed. My luggage was never carried for me nor the door was opened for us, the concierge was always at the front desk. The Internet password didn't work so I had to use my own 4G.

Early Check inn : Thanks for the staff Junior Suite for 3 Adult with Living area was good for family and children. Breakfast was overall good as typically Arabic Style. I will come to stay there again,.

Nice stay”
Room was good, cleanliness was also good. Staff was friendly. Lake of English speaking staff. Bath room tub drain was broken, i asked staff to fix it but they say it is beyond repair. Room was not sound proof, i heard crane noise from outside. Overall stay was good, near to gate 7 and 2 to 3 min walk to prophet mosque. Shaky elevator/lift. I also found lints on blanket.
