Perfect ”
I stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is top notch at cleanliness and the friendliness of the staffs, especially to Laela (I don’t clearly remember her name) she’s a trainee at Branche Restaurant upon breakfast and super friendly, she give us a special almond bread which was delicious. The room was nice, it was met to my expectation, quiet and also clean. The only minor are : 1. We need to move from one elevator to another to reach out to the lobby from the room or from the parking lot, and vice versa. 2. The Branche Restaurant has a smoking area and has a separator door, which is great. But, sometimes when someone open the door and forgot to close it, the staffs who passed by to the area also not care enough to close it, they just keep it open. I think they should pay more attention to close the door when they passed by, so the smoke from the smoking area not going into the non smoking. Other than that, its a perfect stay. Everything was perfect!”
We booked the hotel early, so we got a very good price though it was a high season. When we got there, indeed it was very crowd with children. We could checked in at 3pm, but the receptionist said we could already use the hotel facilities, which was good. The pool was our favorite since they have 3 separate pool, 1 with normal cold water for adult (1,4m), two others for children (50 and 70cm) filled with warm water. The view from the room was outstanding, the arjuna mountain either from the bedroom or from the bathroom (bath tub placed near the big window). Other facilities are available such as playground, fitness center, jacuzzi, but we hadn't had chance to try them. The skydome restaurant is also quite a viral place in Batu since to dine there need to reserve first. The breakfast was vary and good taste. But since it was a high season, we needed to wait almost half an hour before got a table. They should have split the breakfast time into several session in order not to make guess wait too long. But other than that, was perfect. Thanks for the service...!!

Best CHOICE to stay in BATU!”
This is our first trip after 2,5yr stay at hometown during pandemic. We're 5 persons, my husband and I, our kids (one 12y.o teenies & one 10y.o boy) and my 87y.o father. Best choice to pick for first holidays experience after long pandemic. Very helpful and polite staff. They've tried their best to meet our needs, such as connecting rooms and the georgeous mountain view from our rooms.. we've experienced beautiful sunrise in early morning! The best ambience you'll get when you plan a staycation with interresting facilities! The good food for breakfast with very nice staff! (thank you, Mas Rangga!) they even had various traditional herbal drinks to maintain your health! In every rooms and corners, there are air purifier equiptments that made us feel more comfortably safe! We've also tried the delicious chinese food in Skydome! Beautiful views and tasty foods? You can't ask for more!

Exceptional cleanliness, comfy room n bed. All good. The only thing is food taste during my last stay. It was not bad actually but this hotel use to serve delicious bfast menu...somehow it was not that great during my latest stay. Hope it is just 1 off "slippage"....

This is the first time i stayed at here. I got very good experience... the staff very welcome and helpfull, the room quiet big and clean. And there is air purifier in every room, so althought it is at batu, the room humidity well control. The facilities so amazing. Every one can enjoy that. Superb hotel with a a nice stay”
The location of the hotel is located in the mid of the mountain and the temperature was a breeze. Although the road to the location seems unappealing but the hotel is extradinory. The hotel is clean and well-maintain and the staff are very friendly and accommodative. The room is spacious and their housekeeping is good. They prepared for my room as i indicate im travelling for my honeymoon with kids. All was arranged prior to my arrival.

Best Family Hotel near Jatim Park ”
The room was nice and spacious, bathroom was clean. I enjoy the hotel facilities, the pool is great but the water is too cold for children. Breakfast was okay and various. consider if u came with elder, the room is quite far from the lobby itself, since this a big hotel. However, its very recommended for family with toodler. they can provide a baby crib.

Great family hotel with easy access to food and entertainment.”
Located not far away from Batu city centre, the hotel is far enough yet sufficiently close to other attractions within Batu and Malang. The buffet breakfast spread was excellent, with unique offerings such as Jamu and sambal selections. We also tried the swimming pool and gym area which are clean and big enough for the crowd. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would love to come back again!

Deluxe room quite spacious (with 1 extrabed still can walk properly inside the room), All the staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast complete and taste good. Swimming pool completed with kids playground, hot swimming pool for kids also available. Overall it's completed with amazing mountain views. The best hotel at BATU malang”
I've got free upgrade room to premiere, the room are very large and has a nice large bathroom. They also separate bathtub and shower which is very good. Breakfast also varies and delicious. I will visited this hotel again. Downside of this hotel are the pool for adult are freezing cold. But pool for kids are warm. I hope they could also warm the pool for adult.

Fantastic experience ”
I stayed 3 nights with family of 2 young kids. Had a memorable experience starting from the check in till checkout. Rooms are 100% clean following Covid protocols.. best part for me being vegetarian.. chefs are so friendly and accommodative.. they understood we are vegetarians and proactively offered special veg breakfast every day.. kids love the pool side play area. Absolutely worth the time and money. Must stay place if you are planning to be in Batu
