Excellent hotel for solo traveler”
I stayed at the Good Times Resort for 4 nights in January. As a solo female traveler, I always felt safe, as the hotel is far enough off Kanchanaburi's main road. The room was perfect: immaculately clean, beautiful river views, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom (with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water). The ground were stunning and well kept and all the staff were incredibly polite and helpful. The two resort pools were a nice bonus. Breakfast had a good selection of Thai and Western options - and there was always ample seating available. I ate several times in the restaurant for lunch - and the food was always excellent and reasonably priced. Great views from the restaurant as well. The location was perfect: 20 min (easy) walk to the River Kwai Bridge and a 15 min walk to the night market. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, and 7/11s within a 5 min walk from the resort - although the resort itself is quiet and peaceful. For a very reasonable fee, the staff took me to the bus station and helped me get on the right bus back to Bangkok. I would 100% recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay, on a quiet and beautiful property, yet close enough to be able to walk around the main town.

Love this place!!!!”
We were traveling with our 1 year old and We stayed here for 3 nights wish we had longer! The staff were amazing and brilliant with my son. The location was prefect and we did lots of trips with help from the staff. Our room was very clean and tidy and the restaurant by the river was just stunning!!! It was so relaxing with lots of friendly guests. I would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely be back there in the future.

The staff are excellent. Room well equipped and very clean. Good clean warm pools. Very good resturant, breakfast plentiful. Need to book in the evening as it is very popular. I would not hesitate to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay here , the rooms were beautiful and clean , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurants food was good . The only downside was that we weren't there for long enough.

Happy with Good Times”
Hands down the best resort I've ever stayed in. Their restaurant has a good menu and was very busy. Most open tables were reserved. The breakfast buffet was great and I liked my eggs cooked to order. The rooms and bathrooms are modern up to date and very clean. The bed was better than the 4 star hotel we left to come here.The owner Chalee is such a great host. We love her.

A great hotel with staff that go the extra mile. Rooms are huge and clean. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel offereds take away boxes so we were able to take our breakfast on the early train back to Bangkok

Good Times by name and good times by nature”
Very nice stay at Good Times Resort for 4 nights (26 to 30 May 2021) Room I booked was lagoon view - 1 large double bed and 1 single) was clean and perfect for my wife and I and our daughter. The resort is great. Beautiful and well maintained gardens, which is particularly impressive as this must be difficult with the covid situation and lack of tourists. The swimming pool was great entertainment for our daughter. The resort location is very good, close to the restaurants and bars areas outside on Sangchuto Rd - and not too far from the Bridge. The food at the restaurant was very nice and excellent service.

Love our room. Very large and have river views. Very clean room and surroundings. Dinner was beautiful as we watched sunset. Pools also large and clean and a very quiet place. We love it here. Staff friendly too.

Goodtime resort is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed. Staff are nice and friendly. All foods I ordered at the riverside restaurant were amazing! The swimming pool was always clean. Room is spacious with a good swimming pool view. Just one thing I didn't like was the big sounds from the livehouse nearby every nights. Maybe only this season? Except this, this is the perfect hotel. I'll definitely choose Goodtime for my next Kanchanaburi stay.

GOOD TIMES ON THE KWAE”
We have stayed at the Good Times Resort twice and enjoyed the experience .It's restaurant by the River is relaxing and rooms comfortable. Facilities and food are good. The hotel made us a lovely retirement cake for one of our party. Access to the Reception is up steps/sloped and different levels in the Restaurant. A delightful collection of fish are in the 'moat' area surrounding the rooms. Reception did not offer assistance with luggage. Overall : nice and relaxing hotel and grounds. Ideal for a relaxing stay.

Beyond my expectations. The staffs are very warm welcome and very helpful. The room is very cute and stylish. 5 stars for cleanliness. The room is equipped with full amenities: hair dryer, towel, toothbrush, soap, umbrellas, slippers. The bed is comfortable. Recommend for visiting!!

Truly Oasis”
*Good point 1. Nice location ( near tourists attraction and near the river ) 2. Spacious room with plenty of room amenities. 3. There are 2 pools. 4. There are lot is tree, which make you feel fresh. *Down side* 1. Limited choices of breakfast. 2. There is a smoking desk near the breakfast area, which is open area and guests will smell it . So, i would recommend to move the smoking desk to else where.

Reliable stay once again”
Second time to stay here. More than acceptable rate for a reliable stay in Kanchanaburi. Location is excellent, tucked away from the main street but right on the river, not too far from key attractions and the main bar street if you're into that. 7-Eleven a brief walk away. The resort is well landscaped and has two pools which I have never used. Rooms are always clean and room facilities are more than adequate. Restaurant is well-priced and seems to be an attraction for those not staying here also. Breakfast isn't amazing but that's more my personal tastes of the food they have on offer. Always friendly staff. You can't go wrong with staying at Good Times!
