Fabulous hotel!!!”
We had a great time at this hotel, the linen was clean & our room was cleaned every day which was a large room with a balcony. Hot water within a large shower unit. The breakfast was lovely & inured in the price which as you can imagine is ideal for a family of four. Free Internet & wifi was good considering we were on the top floor! The staff at this hotel were excellent they made our stay special & were always willing to help with a smile! We would definitely stay here again, we originally booked for 2 nights but stayed for four, you will definitely have a lovely time staying here especially if you have young children there is also a bar/restaurant on the ground floor where the staff are equally as great & everything to see in Hue is within walking distance. Thankyou for making our stay wonderful!!

Feel like Going Home”
The staff here are very nice, and helpful. The room is very comfortable with reasonable price, so is worth to stay here. Motorcycle rental is available in the hotel, so we can rent motorcycle with good price to travel around Hue City. There are free beers for in-house guest every night, so it would be a wonderful night to stay in hotel's cafe and chit-chatting.

Simply the best hotel in Vietnam”
This hotel is also known as Google Hotel. It may be the best staffed hotel in the history of hotels. Here is why you should stay here, free pickup from train station, free welcome drink and fruit salad upon arrival, free computers with internet with printing, free beer from 5pm-midnight and free breakfast. They have a restaurant in their lobby (which has decently priced food), but openly recommend other places to eat depending on your tastes. Bikes cost 35K dong to rent. If you don't enjoy your stay here, it's not them, it's probably you.

Fantastic, fun budget hotel”
We travelled in Vietnam for a month and this was one of the best hotels we stayed in. The staff were super, super friendly and attentive and their english was fluent. We were travelling with our three kids (10, 8 and 3) and the staff made them feel completely welcome and even played a few games of pool with them! The rooms were nothing flash but were great value for the price. They were very large and bright and were decorated nicely. The bathrooms were a good size and had lots of hot water. Both were extremely clean. Other than the staff who I can't praise highly enough, the hotel had a great common area/restaurant adjoining the reception area which was a nice spot to sit, read and play pool (which our kids did a lot of!) Breakfast was included and was great. We loved the 'Google Hotel' and highly recommend it.

Extremely good value for money. The hotel was one of the best, the one month during my stay. Also corresponds to a higher category ***. Nice, clean room and bathroom. Young hotel (atmosphere, staff, clientele, ...), considerate, courteous, helpful staff. Especially nice was smiling and Yuan You (Song Truồi) Simple but tasty breakfast. (These prices are not expected to reach more ancient.) Happy Hour. Almost all night to drink beer for free. The programs are organized by the hotel to book transfers to help. Central location, close to all the important things. The location, the hotel is also excellent, so I spent another night in the same place. Hihetetlenül jó ár-érték arány. Az egyik legjobb szálloda volt, az egy hónapos tartózkodásom alatt. Magasabb kategóriának is *** megfelel. Szép, tiszta a szoba és a fürdőszoba. Fiatalos szálloda (hangulat, személyzet, vendégkör,…) Előzékeny, udvarias, segítőkész személyzet. Különösen kedves, és mosolygós volt You Yuan (Sông Truồi) Egyszerű, de finom reggeli. (Ilyen áron, nem si várható el több.) Happy Hour. Szinte egész éjszaka a sörfogyasztás ingyenes. A programok szervezésében, a transzferek foglalásában a szálloda segít. Központi elhelyezkedés, minden lényeges dolog közel van. A hely is, a hotel is kiváló, ezért még egy éjszakát töltöttem ugyanitt.

Great hotel, centrally located and FREE beer!”
The staff at this hotel made it all worth while. They went out of their way for everything. Room was nice although bed was a bit hard. We got a refreshing iced tea and a fruit plate upon our arrival. The included breakfast was just ok, they charge extra for butter and jam. The restaurant offers free Huda draft beer from 5pm-10pm. This was definitely a nice touch! free pool as well. All in all a fun stay at the "Google" hotel! Def recommend.

Google Hotel - free beer all night!”
My stay at Google Hotel was greAt. We enjoyed the free beer at night and the recommendations that the staff gave us for sights an restaurants. It's definitely more of a fun vibe at this hotel. We rented bikes from the hotel to drive to hoi an and the staff was agreeable if we didn't feel comfortable with something on the bike (I.e. brakes). The staff in the restaurant had a hard time with our orders but I think they're new to English. Overall, a good experience.

Great location”
The hotel is located near to the Old Town Hue and just a few minutes walk to Old Town. The hotel also provides tour packages and open bus service. The great part of the hotel is swimming pool. The hotel also provides breakfast with more varieties.

We enjoyed our time in Hue, and this property played a big role in that enjoyment. I think it was only for Tet, but you can't beat 2 free beers during happy hour and 10% off of meals!

Okay for a night or two”
We arrived in Hue on the nightbus from Hanoi having already booked this hotel on agoda. We didn't realise that the bus stopped at this hotel, but it was very convenient as it meant not lugging our big bags around town looking for the place. The restaurant downstairs is nice, with pool table, lots of seats, and free beer at happy hour! The rooms weren't bad, quite big, air conditioning with quite nice bathrooms. We did however ask for clean sheets as we weren't convinced they had been changed. The first room we were in did smell very musty and not very nice but we were able to move to another room which was much better. We also got free breakfast which was good, quite a large selection too.

Friendly staff, clean room”
this hotel is also called, the "google hotel". it's a family business. the staff are very friendly and eager to serve, though they need some reinforcements. very handy to the centre of town and the 5-star imperial hotel is across the road. free beer is provided in the restaurant at happy hour. the meals are quite palatable. recommed as great for tourists on a budget, but beds are a little hard. also, no lift so you must be willing to negotiate the staircase.

We had a great stay in google hotel, staff are lovely and really helpful regarding further trips in vietnam. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is included, the omelettes are pretty good! Was disappointed with the full English breakfast though. But mainly you get free beer from 5-10/11pm so can't really complain :)

Best hotel during my trip”
Very clean (though quite old) and big room. Only staircase but it was fine as the hotel only has 4 floors. Room was value for money -- in fact, the best room we had during our trip in VN. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC and hot water worked well. Wifi was quite weak and we had to use wifi from some nearby institution/hotel. Great location. If you can, book room 410. It is huge and beautiful.

Sewage Smell but Free Breakfast is Tasty”
I like that I was able to book the hotel in Agoda so I can pay it with my card. The Hotel is only 22k dong away from the Train Station. If taxis ask for more, that means you're getting ripped off. How do I know? Because I initially was quoted 100k and brought it to 40k till I saw the meter at 22K... So the hotel is more like 1 star. No elevator so if you have a bad knee then it is bit of a hell going to 4flight. The rooms are tiny for the 6bed door. For some reason there's also a sewage smell so I had to make sure the bathroom door was completely shut and Open the windows to air out the room. The Blankets are SMELLY.. I went thru all 6 of them and they were all smelly. That means, they don't ever wash them. They smell like when a backpacker have not showered for days or like a BEGGAR in the street smell.I had to use my own blanket I brought with me and I was gagging all the time. The good thing about this Hotel is FREE Beer from 5-10pm, Free Breakfast and the Location. The staffs were OK, some can speak english and some didn't but this is Vietnam so what can I say.

Very cheap hotel, great for backpackers”
This hotel is the cheapes we stayed in in Vietnam. We had a deluxe room which was quite large. When we arrived the bedlinnen wasn't very clean so we asked for new bedlinnen. At first the staff just made the bed up again, without clean linnen. Second time we asked the manager to come with us and showed the linnen. Problem solved: we got clean linnen. Staff was helpful but because the English spoken wasn't very good, not something you expect from a hotel mainly visited by backpackers. Breakfast was included and decent. Nothing very special but enough to give you a start of the day. The location of the hotel is a little out of the very touristy area (ca 5 mins walking) but I personally like that. It was close enough to walk, and you're also close to the riverside and shoppingstreets. This hotel is great for backpackers, with cheap rooms and even free beer between 17.00-20.00. I still don't understand how it can be so cheap and deliver all these things for that money!

It is very convenient for the bridge to the old city and next door to the Mandarin Restaurant which is good for us Veggies. The waitresses seemed genuinely interested in us (especially to practice their English) Great fun.

Friendly staff, comfortable room and good location”
I and 2 friends stayed there for 1 day. At time I checked-in, I felt the staff very unfriendly. Until the evening I began going out, I met the staffs and talked with them. My thought was changed, they're very funny and friendly. They told us the places should visit, eat or buy gift for family with high quality but cheap price. They carried our luggages or our gift box to room with pleasure attitude without asking tips. I was really sad when leaving there. If I have time, I will be back.
