We had a super enjoyable stay at Grace Patong, the staff was super helpful when ordering a taxi for us to the airport and we had the room cleaned every day automatically with 2 new waters each day. The pool was also regularly cleaned, it was very enjoyable. 10/10 from me

Best Hotel Ever! ”
Grace Patong Hotel is a very new hotel located near to Bangla Road about 10 minutes walk. Across the road is a 7-11, plenty of restaurants, and 5 minutes walk to Jungceylon. Just beside hotel there is a Banzaan Fresh Market. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is new. The staffs speak good English, friendly & will treat you like a family. I would totally recommend everyone to have a stay at Grace Patong if you ever come to Phuket. You won't regret.

Everything good except some points”
New hotel, very very clean the reality room even good than on internet , tv dont have internet connection function, location and price excellent, receptionist good atitude but i cant find some helper to carry my luggages when check in-out.

Good location if you like street food the hotel is just beside it and 13mins walk to bangla road. The towels and quilts has marks on it but the room is clean just needs improvement but over all it was a decent stay.

Not bad for a night”
Staff were friendly and hotel is clean and new but it’s in a “back alley” which isn’t too bad as there was no street noise. It’s much more inland so the beach is a good walking distance still.

Great location and comfortable and spacious room”
Grace Patong is a new hotel located in Patong, so you can expect new furniture and furnishings. It is pretty near the Blangla boxing stadium which is a landmark so if you ever need to take a cab, you can always refer the the Bangla boxing stadium and they will be able to get you to Grace Patong. There's wonderful street food nearby, 5 mins away, for those who are a little more adventurous. Jungceylon is always very close by. If you are waking up early, there is a restuarant nearby with buffet breakfast available at 200 baht, starting from 630am daily. Have a great trip to Phuket at Grace Patong!

I have stayed in other hotels in Patong Center, it’s a very good location, close to Banzaan night market, Jungceylon Shopping centre, bars/restaurants, Nanai Road etc. This is my first time staying at Grace Hotel, I’m very impressed, a very nice room with balcony, good air conditioning. I’ve found the staff very friendly and helpful especially Jay Jay. I would have no qualms recommending this hotel and I would definitely stay here again and it represents very good value for money.

Noisy all the time”
The hotel is close to Bangla Road and the beach. It is in area in close proximity to several other hotels and the noise from deliveries motor bikes and cars reverberates between the buildings. This goes on all day and night. The hotel also seems to have no soundproofing and noises echo round the building and sound loud. The staff also have a bad habit of storing housekeeping items on the stairs and this is a real safety issue. During our stay power was off a day and with no emergency lighting and no elevator using the stairs was unsafe. That said the hotel was clean, close to a market and shopping centre and the main tourist spots. I would stay there again because of the location.

Excellent option only a 10 minute walk from Bangla Road. New hotel and rooms are very clean and modern. Great rooftop pool. Staff are very helpful. Booked bus/ferry for us to Phi Phi and also did laundry for very reasonable rate (150 baht kg). Would definitely stay again!

Overall nice stay”
I stayed here for almost 3 weeks while working remotely. Internet connection left room for improvement , especially if you are having lot of calls. But it is stable just slow at some times. Everything was nice, free espresso at the reception 24 hour, swimming pool. Only problems was sometomes drunk guest shouting in th emidlle of the night but its not hotel's fault :)

Great Inexpensive Stay!”
It is a great place for the price. It was clean, comfortable and staff was friendly. Location is closer to the night market, Big C mart, Bangalor road and many restaurants but still walkable to the beach.
