I’ve been in Saigon for 4 times already and my 3 times there I stayed in Graceful Saigon hotel... I love the place, th staff are nice and helpful... I would love to stay here again and again and I always recommend this hotel / hostel to my friends!

Exceded our expectations ”
Great location! , clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 4th flor trying to stay away from the street noise. Our private room had a tiny window listed as ‘city view’ (something i wouldn’t consider but it did the job) The staff is really helpful.

location is nice but since it's along the party street, it's too noisy and you can't sleep. Party usually ends at 4am. In the photo there is a pool, but this hostel has no pool, they told us that is in another building and if we want to use the pool, we need to pay. So there...

Party all night long, and coming back 5 o'clock in the morning, good choice for a hotel room, friendly staff, good clean. But if you want sleep before ! Forget it. Really NOISY mega mega loudspeaker inside front of hotel.

really crammed dormitory room”
6 beds in a tiny room. Not recommended for big people and big luggage. So small that hard to move around and get to the locker. Location is great but very noisy from u clubs and bars around. No elevator is another issue. No individual outlet for the bed. Staff seem nice though.

Stayed here many times last year and had a great experience. There is new management now, and I felt like everything was dirtier and the new club next door made the highest, farthest back room still super loud (75+ decibels until 5am). The staff was not particularly helpful or friendly.

Worst hotel.. Cheater Berry named staff”
Hello, I book this hotel for a day. But instead I need to extend my booking so I ask them but they said we may offer you the same price in cash and donot book in agoda. But I was not sure about that. Later after 5-7 days I asked them so they demanded doubled the price and they kept my passport. I tried to talk to them many times to take the booking through agoda as my card is not working. So they were saying agoda is cheat and we donot take bookings on agoda now. I am helpless in this case and I need to pay them via booking in agoda., Can you please ask the hotel owner to deal with me as there is a receptionist berry who dont even have manners to speak to a guest. Please do it urgently.

言い訳ばかり、あり得ないホステル”
お湯が使えず(使うとヒューズが飛ぶ）風邪を引いたため、レセプションにクレームを入れたが、その日のスタッフが英語を全く理解していなく(理解していないふりをしている可能性あり）コミュニケーション不可。 翌日アゴダにクレームを入れ、アゴダからもアクセスしていただいたが、なぜ当日にコンプレインしないのだ。スタッフは全員英語が話せる。などいいわけばかりでなんら保証はされない。 旅行業として有り得ない対応だ。 二度と利用する事はないだろう。
