Hotel is in a great location easy access street food, very clean, nice pool to enjoy. Restroom shower is slippery and we almost fall a couple of time so recommend a shower matt.

Only negative. Don’t wait for shuttle, book a taxi via Grab. The shuttle was not there for our 0730 pickup so had to book Grab which only cost £4.

Make sure you ask for quiet room, not on the ground floor. My room walls were like in paper.... I could hear everyone like they were in my room. Not got since people check in later sometimes 11pm.... I had to put on ear plugs.... They rest was great, great staff, perfect location, good food, and nice pool

Awful staff ”
Arrived for some Quiet nights before leaving to airport . I asked for some extra pillows as I had a bad back and had a stroke but they made me feel like an idiot for asking and refused many times before agreeing. I asked for some help as was my boyfriends birthday they ignored all emails they were even rude when I asked. The room was full of ants I’ve taken photos and will be asking for a refund. They also had kids in the pool screaming until 11.30pm. Fine if it’s a holiday but not a hotel airport. Overall a disaster and can’t believe how rude the staff were!

Our new favorite Hotel near BKK Airport;”
We have stayed at multiple locations near the BKK Airport and we tried this one this year and we really liked it. Location is close to airport (15mins), the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is enjoyable, and it has a pool for the kids. There is a 7-eleven right next door. 25 mins taxi to Mega Banga mall. Will be staying here again!

Chose this place because of the free airport shuttle. Pool was great. Did not see any food that we wanted at the nearby market so we ate at the hotel. Egg rolls were good but stir fried vegetables were blah. And Panang chicken was just spicy not at all flavorful. Disappointed

We only stayed one night but enjoyed it . There’s a market nearby. There is a Robinson’s quite near. They provide a a shuttle to the airport which is really helpful. We will be staying again soon.
