it is a nice stay with grand dafam. close to sea world and pik. the floor is rare to clean, so if you walk without sandals than your feet will get dirty. executive with 2 br come with 2 toilet with bathup in the master room. there are 1 small pool for kids and 1 bigger pool for adult. There is a jogging track too. sorround with some convenience store such as alfa and indomaret and bni atm. its a great stay

Awesome breakfast. We loved the menu. Especially Bubur Kacang Hijau, Bubur Ketan Hitam and Kue Pancong. Great coffee. All the staff is very nice. Good location closed to highway. Furnitures in room looks old. The unit is not big but enough for us. Will come back again.

When we come, there are no towels at room. Phone are dead so we cannot reach staff to request a towels. Floor is dirty. But, the staff is very helpfull, all of that problem are solved in no time. Thank you.

The location is good near Ancol Bay City. Overall hotel is good even though the facilities looks old. I stayed in executive two bedrooms with my wife and two kids. Queen bed is available in main bedroom and two single beds inside the 2nd bedroom. Kitchen set is good and functional. For the 2nd night I booked deluxe two bedrooms due to unavailability while booking, but then the staffs upgraded us for free to executive two bedroom, so we didn't have to move to another room. Thank you very much. The staffs are friendly and responsive.

Located near Ancol, it's a great place if you want to go there. The hotel is basically in an apartement complex, so you can get confused where to park and find the lobby. But the room is as big as an studio apartement, even it have small kitchen so you can cook some simple stuff. The room is nice and clean, the staff also very nice

This is the second time booking this hotel, with our first back (formerly known as Aston Marina Ancol Hotel) in 2017. We booked this hotel for DWP, which takes place about a drive away from our stay. A good feature about this hotel is the space is spacious, and it has 3 beds (1 Queen Size and 2 Singles) and it is able to accommodate 4 persons max. The breakfast is decent - more local cuisine and less western food. However, there were unsatisfactory services as well. One example would be in one of the lifts, the button for our floor was not functioning after press. Next, the shower heater is inconsistent. Lastly, the cups I requested from room service did not came and the towels were not replaced on the second last day. I assumed this might be due to the shortage of manpower for the day. But, something I would not forget is the staff friendliness and they would go all the way to assist any customers in need. Overall, it is a positive experience.
