Always a great place to stay in Saigon”
Probably our 15th to 20th stay at the Grand over the past 10 years and it is always a top experience, especially when the price is good from Agoda. At the end of a long trip we don't really want to deal with much of the hustle and bustle and noise of Saigon, so we stay near to the Grand for meals and such, and use the pool and the fitness center, the hair salon (Tommy is fantastic!) and the spa (super clean, good service). For nearby meals there are several great locations and our favorite is Jaspa's for dinner, Vietnam House for lunch, and breakfast at the Grand's bountiful buffet. A great place to relax before heading back overseas.

The Grand has still got it”
I love the Grand, having stayed here many times. We arrived last night, later than we had planned originally due to flight changes, and we had a bit of a mixup upon arrival. We had paid for the Deluxe King room but they told us that they only had a windowless room available and they would move us over to what we had paid for on the next day. The room was awful, and we had paid a fair amount of money so I called to complain and within a short time they found a proper room for us. I am happy they honored the agreement, though was not at all happy when they put us in that utility closet of a room. So all worked out well, but we had to make a bit of noise to get satisfaction. We were both exhausted so slept very deeply, and as always breakfast here was excellent. I needed a haircut so we went to Tommy Hair Salon, located on the 2nd floor, and it ws a great experience. Tommy is a very nice guy, well trained and professional, and then after the haircut comes a shampoo and massage. fantastic!

This hotel is amazing. So much character and history. The breakfast buffet is the best breakfast we have had in our three weeks in Vietnam! We loved the city, and the hotel is so well placed so see everything! We booked another night so we could see more! The staff are all so attentive and kind and help you sort out cabs so you don’t get ripped off by cabbies trying their luck. The rooms are so clean and well serviced too. We would definitely recommend and definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel that has been kept very modern. Well maintained and clean. Friendly staff that is very responsive. My only complaint is that it needs more electrical outlets--especially close to the nightstands. All business people use their phones as alarm clocks and want to charge them too. Despite that, I highly recommend the hotel. This is my second time in Ho Chi Minh City and I came back to this hotel because I liked it so well.

Everything about this hotel was 1st class. On arrival we were upgraded to a premier deluxe room with a very comfortable bed, significantly bigger than anything I had ever seen. All staff were polite, very capable and prepared to go the extra mile. Fantastic breakfast buffet with a vast range of hot food. We were on the 14th floor, windows were double glazed and it was perfectly quiet for such a central location. Great rooftop cafe bar with amazing views all over Saigon.

An Excellent Choice”
I stayed at the Hotel a couple of times in the past and this place always made me more than please By some reasons, my booking was set on a wrong date (our mistake). Even the booking was in category of “non-return, unchangeable”, the hotel still kindly coordinated with Agoda to change the date without extra cost that I was willing to pay. As usual, their staff are helpful & friendly. Definitely, the hotel also provided definition of cleanness For sure, our family will comeback this hotel in future.

Great location, was able to walk to most places of interest. Was able to book tours from the lobby at reasonable prices. Rooms were nicely appointed and clean. Even though its on a busy street, the room was quiet. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great and had a excellent variety, could eat enough not to worry about lunch.

Great hotel in excellent downtown location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Lovely pool area and good fitness center. Very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. Informed staff of room down the hall with kids running and yelling in the hallway at night and problem was quickly resolved. Would surely stay here again.

The biggest bed we have ever seen. Super quiet rooms , very clean and lovely bedding. Nice breakfast included from 20th floor which has amazing views of the city. Older style deco rather than ultra modern which is nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Stayed here for 2 nights to begin with and then had to quickly book a third due to illness. Staff were very very accommodating, facilities were great except the rooftop bar is a little dated now. Nice pool area. Would stay here again.

Stayed here for the last night of a 3 week Vietnam tour for our 30th anniversary. The pool setting is just beautiful and a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of the scooters. The view from the roof top bar is spectacular. Loved every moment of our stay

A very nice hotel located across the street from Times Square. Everything you need is within easy walking distance from the hotel. The staff are friendly and professional. It has all the facilities of a 5-star hotel: pool, fitness center, spa, and several restaurants. For the price, this hotel is of real value.
