Just Stay Here”
Prompt, efficient and helpful service from the get-go; They knew what to do and executed everything flawlessly for Test and Go, from airport pickup through testing on days 1 and 5; Front desk is incredible - kudos to Mr Boonchai and Ms Ada, who speak/write well, are truly polite and prompt, and really went above and beyond the call of duty. The staff are the real assets of the hotel. Room was clean and good; Housekeeping was consistent and flawless; Breakfast was great with ever-smiling servers and excellent food -- there was never a queue; Bellboys were efficient, polite and took genuine interest to ensure safety as I took taxis about. I stayed in several other hotels this trip in BKK, including other "branded names". Prior to the pandemic, I used to visit quarterly. Nothing comes close. Just stay here -- Don't even bother with others.

Great hotel”
I got a great deal when I booked. $80 a night with breakfast. Don't think you'll see that rate very often. They were repainting the building and reworking the area that leads to BTS. No real inconvenience at all. Breakfast is great. Room was fantastic. Bed was firm but extremely comfortable. Our view was facing towards Central world, overlooking the both BTS lines. The windows are huge and angled so you have an even better view and they are double paned so there is very little street noise disturbing you. Pool and gym are great. All the food we had was exceptional to include room service at 2 am the night we arrived. All in all, a great hotel. with very attentive staff.

Nice Stay....Considering the Times”
We had booked a club room, our first stay at an Hyatt Hotel. All foods had to be served in room due to covid, although the choices were very good considering. We were unable to use the gym, however the pool was available. I did look in the gym and the equipment available was top notch with both free weights and machines in abundance and the gym itself is fairly large. The room we were allocated on the 17th floor gap us an excellent view of central world and beyond. I must say having stayed at many 5 star hotels, the bed here was the most comfortable. All the hotel staff were pleasant and cheerful.

Great Stay”
The hotel has very helpful and friendly staff who were attentive to our needs in line with their branding. The rooms were spacious and clean. Only small issue was that after bathing, the water from the shower stall would seep out into the dry area making it a bit messy to walk about with or without the hotel slippers. Could pose a safety hazard too as the floor in the toilet was made of a marble-type material. Other than that, the location was excellent for shoppers like myself with Central World, Platinum Mall and Siam Paragon all within walking distance. An affordable and good massage parlour was just next door. The BTS station, Chit Lom is located just outside the hotel making super easy to commute to other areas like Chatuchak, Terminal21. Etc.

Wonderful”
We stayed in the Grand Exec suite which gave us access to Executive lounge. We were checked in there and provided with coffee & cookies whilst this was done. The suite was enormous and beautifully appointed. The dark wood was offset by lots of mirrors. The toiletries etc were plentiful and good quality. The staff from the lounge to the doormen were wonderful - polite, friendly and very attentive - always asked how our day has been, what our plans were - nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. I would say the spread in the Lounge in the evening could have had more variety and more Thai dishes could have been included. If you need a taxi get the doormen to organise it for you - they take note of taxi and what you should be charged. Location is great - near public transport and malls. Supermarket Big C - 5 mins walk up the road.

Test and go BKK”
Pick up from departure gate was pretty straight forward. Greeted after exiting the baggage claim by Grand Hyatt Staff. Filled up some forms and was brought to our comfy Mercedes S class. Brought us straight to the hospital for our PCR and back to the hotel. We waited about an hour for our results as we voted for express test and go. The room is spacious and staff were friendly. Most importantly clean beds and toilets. Overall a pleasant experience in Grand Hyatt and will definitely book this hotel again.

I still remember clearly during my stay in Grand Hyatt Erawan and I appreciate the lady hotel manager has attended to my need. That night i wanted to surprise my wife by asking the hotel restaurant whether they sell hot lava cake because it is our anniversary. Unfortunately, i was told it has been sold out, The lady hotel manager did not give up and recommend the tiramisu cake instead. When they delivered to my hotel room, I am surprised and was told it is complimentary. At that moment, i really appreciate what the lady hotel manager has done for us.

A superb stay”
Stayed at Grand Hyatt Erawan as part of a Test-n-Go arrival into Thailand. Every detail of airport transport and testing was executed perfectly - even at 1am in the morning. A corner room had great views of the city. Every aspect was comfortable and luxurious. They deftly managed a lovely breakfast buffet in covid times, with servers to assist at each station.

Room with a view?”
First off - I've always loved this hotel, the location and the high quality staff. One minor issue this time but worth noting for others who may try to pay extra (as I did) for a room with a view. First room offered was totally unacceptable looked directly across the street into a building face under construction and the Thai Police Hospital which is not what I would consider a view worth paying for. I brought it to the attention of the staff - they tired their best to convince me that if I stood face against the window and looked sharply left I'd see a golf course. True but who does that - I want a general view from the room - not a view which requires me to stand at the window and crane my neck. They did move us to another room - a bit higher up and along the corridor but the problem remained and view was virtually the same. Likely something to do with my rate group as even the view from the elevator lobby was far better then the view from my room. The point is, don't bother to pay for a room with a view - its clearly not worth it.

Very nice hotel and good location!”
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the breakfast was good with many selections. My kids enjoyed the bathtub a lot. The only small problem that I had was the carpet in the room. It wasn't cleaned properly during housekeeping. Would see some dirt and hair. Occasionally the kids would touch or sit on the carpet thus not so ideal. Otherwise, all good!
