• We regret to inform you that extra beds/rollaway beds are not available in the Resort.
  
• We regret to inform you that during MCO some of our activities & Services may not be available for the safety of all our guests.
  
• Maximum occupants allowed are four persons (4) per villa,
• Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration.
  
• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  
• Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants as per hotel policy are chargeable at the discretion of the Resort.
  
• No pets allowed. Cooking in the rooms, outside food & raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are prohibited at the Resort.
  
• Luggage and hand carry items are subject to search, and prohibited items will be confiscated for storage until check-out. authorities.
  
• In an effort to curb the spread of Covid-19, no room decoration by outside third parties is allowed to decorate guest rooms. A cleaning fee of RM150.00nett will be imposed if any unauthorized decorations are set up in the room, including but not limited to balloons, confetti, banners, etc. For room decoration packages by the Hotel, please contact our reservations department.
  
• All rates are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and are nett prices, inclusive of 6% service tax (from 1st January 2022 onwards). In the event there is a change in tax by Federal Government, the property reserves the right to revise the contract rates.
  
• The property reserves the right to revise the room rates quoted if there is a revision and/or introduction of a new tax/levy imposed by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest.
  
• Criteria to be considered as "fully vaccinated" (FV): 14 days after the second dose for Sinovac/Pfizer/Astra Zeneca, 28 days after the single dose for Johnson&Johnson/Cansino. Valid e-Certificate / official vaccination card required as proof.

  1. All rates are quoted in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) and are nett, inclusive of 6% Sales & Service Tax.
  2. Where applicable, a surcharge may apply for guaranteed sea or beach view rooms, subject to availability. Please refer to our Reservations team to enquire on surcharges that may apply.

  4. Maximum number of occupants allowed for our rooms are 4 persons in each room, with the exception of the following room categories for our respective Hotels:
  • Lexis Port Dickson – Deluxe Water Chalet and Executive Water Chalet (Max 3 persons)
  • Grand Lexis Port Dickson – Sky Pool Grand Villa (Max 6 persons)
  • Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson – Imperial Suites (Max 6 persons) and Presidential Suites (Max 8 persons)
  5. Children below 13 years old stay for free using the existing bedding configuration.

  7. Additional person(s) must be declared and registered at the Front Desk upon check-in. Any additional persons above the maximum number of occupants (as per our Hotels’ policy) is chargeable at the discretion of our Hotels. An additional charge of RM25nett per person applies on the 3rd and 4th person if amenities are requested
  8. No pets are allowed within the compound of our Hotels. Cooking in the rooms, packed food purchased from outside of our Hotels, raw food materials, durians, mangosteens, and cooking appliances are strictly prohibited at our Hotels.
• 9. No room decorations by third parties are permitted at our Hotels. Special decoration packages are available via request from our Hotels and are subject to charges. A refundable deposit of RM150nett is required for guests checking-in with decorative items, banners, balloons, glitter, confetti, and any other decorative materials. Guests checking in with such items are required to completely remove them from the premises upon check-out. The Management of our Hotels reserve the right to withhold the deposit, to be forfeited as cleaning fees, for rooms with undisposed decoration materials that cause excessive litter or damage to the rooms.
  10. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
• Deposit / Payment Policy:
  
  1. All reservations require full payment for the entire duration of stay. Prepayment is to be made at the time of booking. Payment will be charged to the credit card provided and is non-refundable. If the credit card provided cannot be charged or is declined, our Hotels reserve the right to void the booking even though confirmation has been issued.
  2. The cardholder’s name and details are to match the details of the guest checking in.
  3. Any request for a specific room will be subject to a surcharge. The surcharge amount differs depending on the type of request made. For more information and details, please do not hesitate to contact our team at reservations@grandlexispd.com
  4. All information, rates, and promotions are subject to change without prior notice, and may be extended at our Hotels’ discretion.
  5. Booking confirmations are only deemed valid subject to full payment being received by our Hotels.
