The best experience staying at a 3 star hotel in Bali so far.. The location is very strategic because it's in the middle between Sunset Road, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak (nakula) and lots of places to eat around, for example Pie Susu Delicious, Mixue, Nasi Tempong Indra, and in front of the hotel there are Mie Goreng Janda Ngamuk and Mie Ayam Betutu I stayed almost 2 weeks at this hotel, and decided to extend because of the excellent service and spacious rooms. at first the air conditioner was not cold enough so I asked to be repaired, but we got exchanged rooms for the same type. We've got a very cold air conditioner (we like it), then the room was cleaned every day, towels were also replaced every day, drinking water was refilled by their staff. I even entrust my groceries several times from Alfa Mart Online at the receptionist and all items were safe. The Bed is also soft and the sofabed provided is no less comfortable to sleep on... In my opinion this is very value for money. parking space is also okay. a minor note is that the water used is rather slippery so when you take a shower it feels smoother than usual … but there was no effect (no itching, no irritation, the water didn't smell either) for 2 weeks I was there. I am very satisfied with this visit and will request the same room for my next visit to Bali :). I really recommended because it is a 3 star hotel but clean as other 4/5 star hotels Thank you Grand Livio Team, My message, please don't increase the price if there are already many repeats :)

Price is really affordable with standard facilities. Location is superb with many foods nearby, entertainment also available nearby. The minus here is the parking location, very few parking space, but the security has also guarding our cars who parked outside the hotel. Maybe the hotel might consider parking space to accomodate their customers.

ive been staying at Livio couple of times now, i really like it. The Staff are soo nice and helpful during our stay there. Its Clean and smells good. I booked wrong date on my first stay there, and its easy to reschedule. The service is amazing, i will def go back.

Quite good with affordable price”
We stay in here for our last day in bali. The location is near with pia susu asli enak, mie gacoan, bali banana, heavenly chocolate, etc (by walk). and also quite near from airports and seminyak (by car). In the hotel rooms its enough clean for me. The facilities like tv, refrigerator, hairdryer, lamp, shower and ac work well. And we can leave our luggage after we check out, the staff also friendly and helpful. Thankyou

Enjoyed our stay there, the room is nice and when we asked the housekeeper to clean the room they totally done it and the room smells fresh. Should've my other options for the breakfast box but only offered continental box which were turned into cold bread,muffin,hard pancake.

Although during this pandemic but the hotel still well maintain the property. Got spacious, modern & well maintain room Bathroom. well designed. Bfast alacarte & acceptable. Location is good lots of nearby restos & minimarts. Need using car/bike if want goto beach.
