This stay was my 1st at this hotel, our usual hotel when we're in kl was Pavillion hotel by Banyan. Me & husband just came back from night flight, away from country for some time and it was a very tiring hectic day. we arrived quite late. We usually get a normal welcome from other hoteliers, it's fine for us but this time, it was a really great warm welcome, with a smile behind the mask (i just knew lol) from a hotel staff named Shah. So friendly, so helpful and nice. Totally changed my current tired grumpy mood to happy. He served us with a good manners, professional, being so helpful and friendly. He checked us in and checked us out. He gave us a room with a lovely view! So much appreciated for this Shah ( if u read this). King size bed was not available at the time but it's just a small matter and we're all good. With an awesome service provided (from Shah), others doesn't matter that much. I'm a very difficult fussy customer but the warm welcome i received from Shah changes everything. Overall it was a good vibes from the start here at the hotel until the end of our stay. We extended our stay here. Room was spacious, clean and live up to its name as a 5 star hotel. Was so impressed and i will definitely repeat to stay here on my next visit. Pool was awesome too. This is my current favorite hotel now and will not be the last of course. Not only Shah was awesome, other staffs in this hotel too. Good training provided for the staffs Grand Millennium KL! 👏🏻 Exceeded my expectations and im so impressed. Thank you for your service!

Best Of The Best”
The room was so spacious, the bed was so comfy and big. Furniture in the room date like 1990's style and feel(love it ). My son loved the bath tub and spend more time in there. Swimming was simply awesome and the view was superb too and a lots of green trees around. The lobby area nice place to hangout. All the hotspot places are just a walking distances away, plenty of foods from high dinning, street foods and budget foods(name it and you can find it all). The staffs are very polite and know how to treat their hotel guests with great comfort. Maintenance service guys are superb too. Eventhough we just stayed for 1 night there, but the staying experience was too good to be forgotten.

My stay at Grand Millennium”
Given that the hotel is relatively old, the room is quite well maintained and is equipped with flat panel LED TVs. The location is superb...... right at the heart of KL with Malls like Pavillion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit all within 20-30 meters away. I have no complaints about the location, room cleanliness and staff politeness but I do have a complaint on the checking in and checking out procedures. They take too long and some improvements are needed. I was told the check out was 12 noon but my room card was blocked at 11.50 am before 12 noon ! Imagine the frustration of having to go down 13 floors (the lift stopped at every floor since it was check out time) and the long queue at the lobby just to get my card unblocked although I was not at fault that my card was blocked at 11.50 am instead of 12 noon. Not mentioning all the hassles that one has to go through to unblock the card, the fact that the card was blocked 10 minutes before 12 noon is enough to boil one's blood. If you say 12 noon, please block the card at 12 noon, not 11.59am or earlier.

Good location, easy access to everywhere”
1) Good location and large corner room Prepare for a busy road during peak season, as expected. Easy access from all around by train nearby, Bukit Bintang. Lots and lots of store to shop at! 2) Booked 2 rooms, first room 26 Dec. departure and second room 27 Dec. departure. Arrival: We wanted to check in early, but there were no rooms available, so we went back at 3 p.m. and the front desk told us our room had been changed to another as the previous guest checked out late, despite our request three months earlier that we want two rooms next to each other. Understandable; it's peak season, but they could have told us sooner than we had to ask at the front desk. 3) We opted for breakfast at the counter on the day of our check-in and were given breakfast booking letter, but the next day when queuing for breakfast, the team mentioned our booking was not there. So they had to amend—this happened twice, two days in a row. Still, bonus for the breakfast. There are many varieties you can choose from! Check out: Due to the breakfast booking not being in the system, no invoice for the deposit was given when checking in, another hassle for the team to dispute our check-out issues. We need to explain things again. +1 -- Bravo to the front desk, Mr. Sanjed for helping us check things from one to the other with a lot of calmness; he's really doing his job. Certainly take it further with his service 👍🏼

Hotel location is superb, surrounded by malls. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast spread was great. Clean and nice hotel to stay with families. Would appreciate if there are ramps for wheelchair bound customers to proceed to the lift lobby at ground floor and wheelchair accessible to go to the carpark as well. Thank you for all your great services rendered by all your staff. Will be back again in future.

I opt this hotel due to its location, staff wise, there are those who are very friendly and helpful but there are those i do not wish to meet again. And though i wear hijab and do not look like locals, i do speak chinese, which ever dialect it is. So pls do not assume when u talk bad about your guest in your mother tongue, they do not understand .

Located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is clean and provide u great hospitality. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms with a nice city view, good pool and awesome view from the club house, located in the rooftop of the hotel 🥰 The food were wide spread and delicious. Best hotel in KL”
It is ou 2nd time staying and Our stay here has been very comfortable and delightful. Staff was nice and helpful. Every of our request was met. As for location, it is right next to all the shopping hotspot in Bukit Bintang like pavilion and lot 10 takes less than 2 mins walk. It is where you can get a really good rest and relax after a busy and tiring day. Love to stay here again and again.

A great value 5 star hotel, not as fancy as MO or FS but perfectly fine for the price. Top quality staff, great service in intimate Club Lounge and all you need on your doorstep. Staff was friendly, and upgrade our room for free to grand deluxe room. Probably because it was weekdays, less customers and the room was available. Still, very much appreciate the initiative. Room is spacious and clean, although it was a bit too cold even though we have off the air conditioner. Walking distance to Pavilion, Lot 10 which makes shopping very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Grand Millennium.

Great Location and wonderful bed”
Located 100m away from the Pavillion mall and you can walk to KLCC park and the twin towers by going through the mall. Close to Jalan Alor and the other 5 surrounding malls. I got a great room with a view of the Petronius Towers. The Breakfast buffet was great. I bought it once I arrived, I believe it was 40MYR per day/person. The front desk said it was cheaper to buy there than up at the restaurant the day of.
