I stayed here for 2 nights, the room is clean, the staffs are friendly and polite. The hotel is in the same building with a mal, so we can go to the supermarket or watch cinema. The hotel is not too crowded, so the variant of food for breakfast also not much.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. There are malls, banks, convenience stores close by. It is very accessible to public transport. Rooms are big enough. Wifi is good enough. The staff are very helpful and really go out of their way to help even if they only know little english. Breakfast is also good.

Best location, but room is kinda old”
I got the cheapest room, which is still relatively expensive compared to other similar hotels, but the room doesn’t have any window. Besides, I wanted no-smoking room, but the hallway on 6th floor smells like smoke so bad. I decided to upgrade to a bigger room that has windows, and paid Rp 225,000 more. I ended up paying Rp 650.000 for that room. This was too expensive, I would have gone to a newer hotel like Mercure. The only plus point for this hotel is the direct access to the busway. They gave you standard toiletries, like toothbrush, but no toothpaste.

Book junior suite. Room is spacious, design ok. If u the type that need extra towel then note. They just prepare only 2 large towel. Additional towel is charged for 50k per towel. And got some creepy experience at nights.

It recommend this place expensive and breakfast is not worth it at all I asked the housekeeper for a bottle of water but he refused it. The receptionist wanted to charge me for 4 bottle of water that I purchased from outside.

Lack of courtesy/manners from reception counter staffs/ Hotel cleaniness in question”
Upon reaching the hotel and doing the check-in at the counter, i noticed the staffs were not friendly. They can see the passport that i am not an indonesian and they kept using bahasa to communicate with me. Which i told them that i dont understand. How can a hotel reception staff not know any english? The next day when i went to have my complimentary breakfast, i noticed the plates were mostly unclean and had some tiny bits of food scraps or stains on them. I had to eventually picked a plate and had to clean it with tissue paper before using it. I would not recommend anyone to come to this hotel as the staff manners and cleanliness is questionable. There are other hotels with better service then this.

Cons: My hotel room did not have safety box and I told I needed to upgrade to better suite for that,- I guess hotel don't care for you're valuables if you're on a budget. I also could not charge my phone because this was the first hotel that did not have plug in converter since I'm a traveler from america, luckily I bought one from a vendor near by which was a rare find. If sleep is important to you I'm sure you will have trouble if you're on any of the floors above the second floor. It will have loud music thumping all night because of karaoke club inside. Pro's : Location not bad because there is some fast food chains near by and on the main strip. Hot water pressure was nice and AC worked fine.

You park your car on the 5th floor and have to go down to ground floor for checking in. Then go up to the room on 6th floor. Floor was full of noisy drunk people coming back from the karaoke on the 5th floor. The karaoke staff rang the bell on my room at 5:00 in the morning asking if I went to karaoke. They probably have unpaid bill with the wrong room number.

I did not have a good experience with my hotel room during my 6 days stays. The bathroom get flooded when I am bathing and the wash basin does not flow easily resulting basin being full. One night, the air-conditioner was blowing water onto the floor. It was subsequently repaired but I suffer the loss of sleep. The hotel did not offer to change to another room for me. I was disappointed with such a treatment. Hence I will not recommend this hotel to my friends. The internet service is far too slow and always dropping out and impossible to use at weekend when there are more guests .The room entry card need to be updated every 12 hours at the check-in counter at the lobby creating many inconvenience. for the guest.
