The staffs are very accomodating and very helpful. Room facilities excellent also except for the tv that is too complicated and the videos hard to load fast because of the low connection in the internet. But above all everything fine. We didn’t mind the road construction also since it is still near to every establishments.

Hotel is clean, however staff are not clean nor polite, a specially the Egyptian guys . I recommend that you ask for someone else to deal with, and I also advise the landlord to find someone else other than the Egyptian guys, they were very rude. NOT POLITE 👎🏻

The hotel is nice and staff is welcoming. We stayed here on our way to Makkah. Rooms are spacious,washrooms are Ok. Beds are comfortable and food is good. We don’t know about location as we stayed for one night and then took our way to Makkah the next day.

El hotel no tiene infraestructura para atender clientes. Varios ejemplos: tuve que llamar 3 veces y a cada vez esperar unos 10 minutos para que me atendieran el teléfono de la recepción para pedir un adaptador de enchufes del que no disponen. Tuvo que subir un señor con una especie de llave para intentar conectar mi enchufe al de la pared con riesgo de se me rompiera. La atención es pésima, las personas no están cualificadas, contestan con un NO sin dar explicaciones, no se muestran dispuestos a ayudar con tu problema de cambio de divisas. El hotel no cambia divisas y el hotel está muy lejos de cualquier cajero automatico. El cuarto de baño tiene una toalla grande y otra pequeña cuando lo normal es tener dos de cada. Cuando uno se ducha, el baño se llena de agua (literalmente) ya que el desagüe de la ducha no es suficiente o el plato no está suficientemente inclinado. La habitación no tiene visillos en las ventanas con lo que o uno no tiene intimidad o necesita encender la luz.

كانت تجربة جداً جداً ممتازه، سفرتي كانت لغرض العمل وتوفقت باختياري للفندق ولله الحمد وغالباً اني راح اعتمده للمستقبل، لان الفندق نظيف ومريح واطلالة جميله جداً وهذا كان يهمني لانه اثر على نفسيتي ايجاباً ولله الحمد. والفندق كان موفر لي غالب الخدمات اللي احتاجها، ما احتجت شيء من الخارج بوقتها. إضافةً الى ان الطاقم متعاونين وعلى اهبة الاستعداد للخدمة، ويهمني اشكر الرسبشن وتحديداً نهال، جداً لطيفه وخلوقه ومتعاونه شخصياً استطلفت المكان بسببها اسلم عليها وانا طالعه وانا نازله، محظوظين بوجودها اتمنى لك التوفيق نهال🤍🤍

لن اكرر التجربة مرة اخرى من سوء ادارة وموظفين الفندق حيث اني اشترطت في ججزي ان اكون في غرف هادئة بعيدة عن الازعاج ورغم توفرها الا انهم وضعوني في غرفة مباشرة لاعمال البناء والترميم كلها ازعاج لم استطع النوم بدون ذنب لي طلبت التعويض عن ذلك حيث اني اشترطت عليهم وعندهم متاحة الغرفة التي بعيدة عن الازعاج الا انهم نذالة فيهم حطوني ف مكان على رأس الازعاج ولم استطع النوم ومع ذلك قالو لن نعوضك وافعل ما شئت قلت لهم انا مشترط عليكم قالو لك حق روح اشتكينا ادارتنا لن تعوضك بأي شيء هذا غير التأخير في تسجيل الدخول حيث اني حجزت عن طريق هذا التطبيق وعند وصولي انا وشخص اخر كلنا قالو لنا ليس لديكم حجز اصلا رغم ان حجزي كان مؤكد ومدفوع فلوسه كامله عندهم ولطعوني اكثر من نص ساعة، فضلا عن ان الثلاجة ما كانت تشتغل وجايب معي اكل بحطه فيه لمدة ساعة كاملة كل شوي اتصل عليهم يغيروها ويقولو دقايق ونجيك ومحد جا لين نزلت بنفسي وعطيتهم الاكل يحطوه ف ثلاجة المطعم حق الفندق لا يفسد ومع ذلك فسد بسببهم ولا عوضوني بأي شيء حقا والله ما يستحق نجمة وحدة على سوء الادارة والموظفين الي فيه ظلمو الفندق اشد الظلم..

فندق ذا سعر ممتاز نظيف الموقع بالقرب من الوزارات والمراكز الحكومية وياخذ من ١٥ الى ٢٠ دقيقه لذهاب الى العليا الموظفيين متعاونيين لكن في اليوم التالي اردنا ماهو حقنا من الشامبو والصابون والذي لم يوفروه بعد خدمة تنظيف الغرفة اليوم التالي ! لكن العامل وكانه لايريد ولم يحضرها ..
