Better than others ”
The location is perfect when you have appointments in King Faisal Specialist Hospital, and there are many restaurants on the same street. The staff are friendly, when you first walk in the building is smells wonderful. On the downside the water heater isn’t on when you shower the water is cold and it never gets warm nor hot, they seldom vacuum the rooms, they don’t change out the toilet paper only fold it as if was new as most hotels do.

Heater wasn't working. Room was too cold. I called at reception to send someone to fix but no body showed up. Room was spacious but with poor illumination.

Very disappointing,, the water in the toilet was leaking, carpet was dirty, the extra bed was uncomfortable and half broken.. very old I don’t recommend it the only good thing is the location but still you can find better hotel with cheaper prices in same area..

Rooms and bed r full of insects and smell of every room with smokers, dirty and really old furniture, expensive and bad location, staff will refuse to carry your bags and help you. matress is very hard. i booked 3 nights and it was unrefundable and i left the hotel the second day i let my room empty fof 2 days because it is like a prison and punishment. i went to other hotel.

The team was helpful, the rooms very clean, food served in the resturant are resonable price and good taste only needs to interduce more variety, the price of the room is something needs to be looked at because its little high compare to the options in other hotel, cleanless is good but when they clean my room they didn't move out the things from the recycle ben also they didn't vacuumed the room only tidy up

Agoda description of the facility is misleading”
When I reserved the junior suite, it was mentioned that I will get one king size bed and one queen size bed in my room. I found out that no such room exists at the hotel. So either Agoda is misleading us or the hotel was not truthful in proving the correct description of their room. Either way it was inconvenient for me as I was traveling with two kids.

Facilities ok but has some issues”
The front desk lost our reservation on agoda. We had to negotiate with them for an hour to get a room. Not a pleasant experience after traveling all day to get there.

Good for short business stay ”
Relatively good value for money .. But the carpet was not clean and the shower water was swinging high and low They charged me 280 SR because my baby spoiled juice on the bed sheet claiming it is not cleanable!!
