We arrived early around 9.30am than the real check in time (2.30pm). The receptionist let us to do the check in and let us keep all our bags at the hotel without any charge and also give us the opportunity to clean ourselves as we just went through a long haul flight. The stay was worth every penny and will come back again later to the place if we got a chance. There are many halal restaurants nearby. Close to two (2) tube stations - Bayswater and Queensway. Near Hyde Park by walking distance and also easier to get hop on hop off bus stop nearby (Original Tour & Big Bus London)

GREAT HOTEL APARTMENTS ”
Great hotel. Very nice studio room with kitchenette. I had room 331 it was very quiet, clean and tidy. Friendly helpful staff. Great location and I felt very safe walking day and night around this area, Bayswater. Very close to the tube, 4mins walk. Even had a nice lady who does your laundry for only 10pd per load large load, how convenient that was. Will definitely use this apartments hotel as my go to place to stay when in London. Highly recommended A++++

Apartment which definitely I will want to stay again”
Perfect location. Very near to Bayswater stn. Sadly Bayswater stn no elevator for luggages and strollers. Walking along Bayswater to the apartment, along it had numerous HALAL foods, supermarket, souvenirs shops. Abt the apartment, checking in was an easy breezy, glad our room are available when we arrived b4 their check in time which allow us to freshen up and go out. Laundry services is good. Rooms are perfect. Facilities are good. Beds are fine only a little dusty of hair on linen. Toilet are clean will be good to fix bidet spray beside the toilet bowl for hygiene. All about this stay is excellent! Will definitely wanna go and stay again.

Fabulous. Located right on Hyde Park. Great for BST festival, Rooms very clean, staff just fantastic and very reasonable in price. Area is fab for restaurants and pubs.

Amazing apartement in a perfect location”
The quad studio is spacious ; 2 roooms one of them with a dinning table and kitchentte and the location is in the middle of everything : alot of supermarkets , restaurants ( turkish , halal nandos , iranian food) and is a short ride via buses to all touristic areas. would definitely consider coming here again in my next visit to London

Value for money and good location ”
London is expensive in many ways, so cheaper price could mean something not pleasant. However, it was not the case here. We stayed at the room on the lower ground floor at the end. The room was a bit old looking (carpet and tilted cupboard), but the bathroom and kitchen were re-done recently. We were out most of the time, so, small size did not bother us. It was close to either Bayswater or Queensway station with plenty of eating place and super market around it. It was great!! Only if there were self service laundry and gym provided, it would had been perfect! All staff there were helpful and nice. I have no problem recommending this place.

Nice place, great location a few mins walk from 2 tube stations and Diana Memorial playground for younger kids. Front room had kitchenette and table/chairs and full double bed in bedroom. Would stay again.

For studio with 6 people their just have 1 bedroom so it seems to pack but its ok worth for the money and feel like malaysian apartment because mostly book this unit is malaysian.Cuti cuti malaysia

Spacious Room in good location”
Booked a double studio and stayed for 5 days in Nov. There is a living room and a bedroom for us to enjoy. The room is maintained well and clean. It was easy to walk to Kensington Palace and close to two metro stations & bus stop. Have already recommended to my friend. Will definitely stay here again.

An excellent hotel. In family travel we use a room for three adults and it is exceptional. Very comfortable beds. Large room with an excellent kitchenette, large with electric stove and microwave and refrigerator with good space. This hotel will surely be our choice again.

Location: good. 4 mins walk to train stations and nearby shops. Groceries shop nearby as well. Value for money: yes, room size is bigger from the most. Also can park rented car overnight for free aound the hotel surrounding within certain time. Utilise the kitchen so much since wife loves to cook our meal. Staff: Friendly and courteous. Even they offered porter to weigh bags. Cons: The pathways from receptions to room a bit confusing. Too many doors. Pls ask for room near to receptions.

Very good location, easy access to Bayswater Station, plenty of shops & cafe & restaurants. Convenient! My room is very spacious with sofa , dining table & kitchenette. I have recommended several of my friends there, all of them thanked me for the recommendation. Though I have not tried their breakfast, my friends did and had praised the food & said value for money. Will stay there again when I next visit London.
