Comfortable hotel but too expensive”
I booked only one night, but I feel comfortable having my stay at grand quality hotel. Yogyakarta The room is big but the facilities looks old. Everything such as fridge and toiletries is available, except the hair dryer. I like the location and it also nearby shops and airport. The service is good with friendly staff. I think I would love comeback here again if the price reduced.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile”
We were enjoy to stay here in Quality hotel. We had our big room and really relaxing time in it. It is near the city, just 5-10 min by car/taxi. It was qiuet nice for relaxing and spend time with family. It's an old hotel but good in maintenance. I think we will back again to this hotel on our next trip to Yogyakarta.

this hotel has a great location, within the reach from the airport. The room is big, clean and comfortable. and you don't have to be worry about what to eat because Grand Quality hotel offers you various choice of restaurant, from chinese to japanese. my wife and i were so happy to stay at grand quality hotel yogyakarta. the staff are friendly and always smile. the spacious lobby was so warmly welcoming us to the front desk. we do appreciate the wake up call, the early breakfast and the free shuttle to the airport. the services offered by grand quality hotel was so amazing, with free wifi in the room, we can arrange all our next travel online so easily

nice hotel, good location”
this is an old hotel in yogyakarta, but the room size is big and there are a lot parking space for cars. the room is clean and ok, the television has been upgraded to 32" lcd tv which is very nice. the bath room is smell a little and need to be upgraded. the hotel is located close to ambarukmo plasa mall and also close to arteri ring road, so you can traffic jam. breakfast is very nice, but need more variety. swimming pool is big, but a little crowded. internet in the room is free using wifi network, speed is ok overall i recommended staying at this hotel.

Convenient location and great service”
We chose Grand Quality among lot of other hotels and booked superior rooms. The rooms and services offered are good. This hotel is very near airport and Prambanam temple complex. Other locations can be reached in an hour or so. We had a pleasant stay here. I would definetly recommend this hotel.

I find this hotel to fit my expectation in terms of the cleanliness of the room, service, food, etc. It is also quite reasonably priced compared with other hotels in Yogyakarta. One con is the hotel is rather old.

GQ Hotel is a great hotel when staying in Yogyakarta. The facilities were clean, the grounds well kept and the rooms were comfortable. The pool was also great. The breakfast was adequate. The customer service was great, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Recommended for families with younger kids. Next time I am in Yogyakarta I will definitely stay there again.

Although a bit old but excellent services”
i made the reservation at 05.00 am on the day on a fully booked hotel but the reservation staff as well as the front desk officer have made their best effort and by the 10.00 am the room is available for check in. on that particular day all hotels in yogyakarta (central java, indonesia) from inn, motel. lodges until 5 stars hotels was completely fully booked. me and my wife were very frustrated to get a decent hotel room after a long 10 hours land tour from bromo mountain. so it's very grateful to have such assistant from the hotel staff. thank you grand quality hotel, thank you agoda, much appreciated. warm regards,

Grand Quality hotel is a good hotel to stay when you are in Jogjakarta, Indonesia. Located near the Adisucipto airport, this hotel provide complete services for you convenience. The food taste is okay, and during my previous stay the hotel gave us free mini bar everyday. They have lounge, salon and spa, swimming pool and open restaurant. They have two kind of breakfast, the american breakfast and chinese style breakfast (dim sum).

Great accomodation”
The hotel provides transport service from and to the airport, and not only that, they are also quite flexible about this. I had to pick up my guests at the train station, and they also provided me the transport although it's not part of the deal. One other remarkable thing was, at the end of our stay (right after they took us to the airport) one of my guest just remembered that she forgot something on the room. I directly called back to the hotel, and they have kept the forgotten thing and directly had their driver came to us again at the airport to deliver it. Great service!

I do enjoy staying at Grand Quality Hotel. The location is very near from airport (approx 5 min) and not too far from the famous Malioboro Street (approx 15 min by taxi or 30 min by becak). I best recommend this hotel for you all.

Enjoyed my stay at the Grand Quality Hotel. It's a good base for visiting Borobodur and Prambanan temples. There's a car rental desk at the lobby where you can hire a car and driver or book a tour. The hotel can also book tickets to the Ramayana and other performances. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast buffet spread was adequate. The standard room was clean and spacious. Overall value for money.

Average Hotel at Best”
my stay at grand quality hotel yogyakarta was disappointing. while my room was spacious, it was run-down and of poor quality, and myself and other guests were having constant issues getting the main elevators to work. even though i was assured that my room would have internet access, i had no wifi reception in my room. i went down to the lobby to get internet access, but the connection was slow and the connection kept dropping throughout. of the staff that i interacted with, i would say 60% was very professional and helpful, but the others lack the same polish and friendly demeanor.

Lovely Hotel with Great Restaurants”
Grand Quality is a nice hotel located neat Adisucipto International Airport. The Hotel is nice. The rooms are big and clean and well maintain, although the interior is a bit old. The restaurants at the hotel are great. Love the Serayu Chinese Restaurant which serves All Day Dim Sum and sumptuous Chinese Food at reasonable place. Great value.
