I stay in this Hotel every Year it Fantastic-the hotel is close to the market & a 5 minute walk to the Beach, the staff are Amazing to extremely helpful unfortunately this year 2020 I cut my Holiday short only due to Covid in the UK not in Thailand I have already booked to return to this hotel as I really enjoy staying there I highly Recommended this Hotel.

Wonderful staff... Special thanks to Kat, Da and Porn for all their help during my stay. Whenever I stay in Jomtien I always choose the Grand Residence. Beside the friendly and helpful staff it's also the best value for the price I've found in the city. In fairness, you must walk two blocks (to the beach) to get the Bat-Bat taxi and the pool is off sight - but other than that this place is perfect for my needs. The good news is that the market is right next door so it's easy to find delicious food at good prices -- plus there's a gym next door as well so it's easy to work off those extra calories. :-) The hotel itself meets my needs very well... *Clean *Convenient *Great Value I recommend it very highly.

Good value. Large suite type room with views of the sea from the balcony on the room I stayed in 7th floor. Only issue was the noise at night from the busy road outside the hotel. 7/11 right next door and a fantastic night market just 100 yds away.

Bed and linen were great. Clean and I was impressed. Aircon problems, which is always a bummer, but they did their best. Noisy near the road so if you are a light sleeper you may like ear plugs. For the price and location near drinking sports, this is fine.

Nice hotel in a great location and large rooms ”
I decided on the Grand Residence Jomtien primarily because of it's location, here you are very close by the markets and food stalls, also there is an abundance of beer bars with pool tables,TV sports channels, live music etc, etc, so plenty of entertainment for the evenings, also nearby is some fine restaurants, and you have only a very short walk to the beach, i found the hotel staff to be very friendly,kind and helpful, BIG thanks to Rassha on the front desk, i really enjoyed my stay there and will be back in future.

I have stayed at the Grand Residence Jomtien many times and i have never been disappointed with the friendliness of the staff, they are also most helpful and will try to assist you whenever possible, I also like the location of the hotel which is close to the open food market and close to the Rhompo Beer bars and café’s, handy also that there is a large 7/11 store located below the hotel….it is also just a short walk down Soi 7 or Soi 5 to get to the beach…

I loved this place! After reading all the negative reviews about the noise i was a little apprehensive. If the occasional loud moto or a car passing bothers you then don't go. If you need a clean, comfortable and affordable place then this is a great spot! Sorry, but the road noise did not bother me as the comfortable bed took care of that. If you want cozy beer bars just walk across the street. Also one of the best restaurants in Jomtien across the street as well not to mention the super 7/11 attached. Thanks Grand Residence, I will return!

Nice hotel, good location, a bit noisy at night”
We loved our stay here. The room was large and very clean. Close to Jomtien Beach(5-8min walk).From there it's easy to get a songtaew(pickup taxi) to Pattaya centre and it's nightlife. The hotel is a bit noisy at night as it is right next to a busy road. We didn't mind as we can sleep anywhere as long as there is a pillow but i can imagine that light sleepers don't like it. There is a small market with loads of bars(which you can not hear in your room) and foodstalls right outside th hotel where we ended up eating and drinking a couple of times.We would definately stay here again.

Good Location and very good staff”
I have stayed at the Grand Residence in Jomtien many, many times now, i like this hotel primarily due to the location as it is very close by the market and the Rompho Beer bars, it is only a short walk down one of the Soi's to the beach road, i have always found the staff at the Grand Residence to be very friendly and helpful, the rooms are a decent size and the room maids do a good job of keeping them clean, there is also a large 7/11 store situated just at the Lobby level which is very handy

Couldn't have been happier with the selection of Grand Residence as my accomodation choice and it will be my preferred hotel in future stays in the Pattaya/Jomtien area. Every hotel will have some short comings but after reading previous reviews I felt some were unwarranted in their criticism and I thoroughly enjoyed my Grand Residence experience, both from the standard of the hotel and the friendly/helpful staff. Hope to be back soon.

Good location in Jomtien”
My accommodation of choice when i am in Jomtien, a very good location next to the Rhompo market and beer bars, also very good staff at the Grand Residence, Ms Anny is the new lady on the reception and is very kind and most helpful, also the room maids do a very good job keeping the rooms clean, the only issue I would comment on is that sometimes there is some loud noise outside from the traffic on 2nd road and this can be heard inside the rooms, other than that I very happy with the Grand Residence Hotel and will certainly book again for my trip to Jomtien in the next month or so.

Is nice to stay there. Near are shoping possibilities - open market. Many bars and restaurants around. To beach just five minute. Hotel is good, clean, room and bed too. Rooms looks as really new. In room is fridge and microoven. Hotel have separate gate no need to use reception. Internet is free and works well. Next time Grand Residence Jomtien become again my home. Mirek

My stay at the Grand Residence Jomtien was very pleasent indeed, no issues to report i think mainly due to the very attentive staff, the maids and the front desk staff do a very good job, i will be back for sure
