All things considered, I give Grand Tourane my highest recommendation for its combination of hotel features, location, staff professionalism, and value for the money! Upon arrival we were seated in the lobby and given cold fruit drinks, which was a very good first impression. Things only got better from then on; the hotel service from the doormen, the wonderful spa staff, and the restaurant staff were top-notch! We were given 2-for-1 spa coupons which we enjoyed very much. The massage was so relaxing I had trouble staying awake.. We had a corner ocean-view suite on the 11th floor, it was magnificent seeing vast, sweeping views of the ocean and My Khe beach... The hotel is right across the street from the beach and a short stroll to numerous seafood and assorted restaurants. An inexpensive taxi or Grab ride will get you into Da Nang city with its many other delicious restaurants and bars. I would gladly return to Grand Tourane whenever I return to Da Nang.

Cleanliness was impressive, opposite was my khe beach, really a nice beach. Outdoor Swimming pool, clean and nice. If your legs are coated with sand, can go to this swimming pool area. There was shower or water tap to wash your legs. A very recommended hotel. Sea view room can see the sunrise and do time lapse recording. Sumptous breakfast. City view room doesnt have floor carpet and disposable slipper, but seaview room got. Motorbike parking is at behind of hotel with guard

I was impressed with this hotel. The panoramic view was spectacular from the 11th floor. I loved the shower/bathtub combo and beach view from there as well. The staff was professional and friendly which I appreciate very much. Adds to a welcoming and quite enjoyable overall experience! Location in proximity to the beach was awesome, and there's a convenient spot to wash the sand off at the hotel.

Located right opposite the beach. Friendly and dedicating staff being willing to meet all your requests and requirement. Clean swimming pool and a nice bar. Perfect for all kinds of tourist groups. Convenience stores are within 10 minutes of walk. The hotel can easily reached by public transport if youre coming by a bus. Peace

No, it's not. The only bad thing about this hotel is that the refrigerators in the rooms don't work well. We couldn't store milk for my infant, yogurt for my toddler, and beer for my happiness. Other than that... Absolutely amazing service, nice rooms, dope ground floor pool that you can easily go back and forth to the beach from, fantastic breakfast, awesome view, and in a perfect location. It is as advertised, a 4 four star hotel very reasonably priced. I will definitely book this hotel again! But uhh, I'll be bringing my cooler with me.

Pros : right on the my khee beach Good buffet bfast Staff helpful Cons - not too many but family was Let down by the SPA for being not very clear with duration of treatment. what they said on day 1 was not actually the sequence. 2 hours treatment was explained very clearly like 1 hour body massage, 30 min scrub and 30 min foot massage. On actual day they said shower time is included and kept 30 minutes for that. This should have been told in advance as it makes the actual treatment 90 min only. The body massage was good though. Should be careful and explicit in that messaging.
