Hotel staff is nice room is nice and clean but it was very heavy rain on the day I check in so onsen service cannot use. Luckily there is Japanese BBQ buffet in the hotel so I can have a dinner there, no need to go out during heavy rain.

All personnel’s are helpful. Japanese style rooms. Simple but with good feel. The Hotel was I front of main roads. Many restaurant and food stalls nearby. 24 hour convenient store fronting the Hotel.

It's worth the price”
This hotel is located at the center of DaNang city so you can get to anywhere in the city with just a few minutes by bike or taxi. The staff is quite friendly and polite. The facility is quite old but well maintained. In short, highly recommended because of its price is affordable for a 4 star hotel but full of services. I like Onsen and Sauna of Japanese style.

Recommend you to stay here if you prefer quiet area. Sauna is good!”
The location is just okay, nearby the river, which means the hotel room will be quiet but you may spend much time and money to go to the town or beach. FYI, by walking it takes ard 20mins to Han Market. Btw the breakfast and service is good, you may do sauna /spa here if you are available.

Booked for 1 night but ended up staying for 3”
Grandvrio is actually 2 buildings an old 1 and a newer building. Nonetheless they advertise special deals to fill up the old building. The old building is a little worn bus still very functional the facilities are just as good but you don’t get any view other than voyeurs from the hotel opposite but that’s OK if your looking for somewhere to stay. On site is an onsen and sauna which is well worth a visit. This as well as breakfast was inclusive in the price. All the staff from the car park attendant, restaurant, front of house, spa were all very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again

The size of single room is still spacious. Nice and helpful staff. Bright and well-equipped room. Simple breakfast. Sauna is a plus and no bikes for rent is a minus.

We had a very pleasant stay in Grandvrio Ocean resort, so when we decided to move to city in a last minutes we decided to stay in Grandvrio city, and it was completely opposite. The good thing is location is good is near airport and near Han market very easy to get food near hotel, the downside is hotel is very old, towel is not clean. I was surprised to find there is big bath in the hotel but the water is not hot. I would not pick this hotel for this price as there are lots of other choices around.

We went to Da Nang with the whole family (10 people) last week. We totally enjoyed our stay. Grandvrio City Danang has made a plus for our stay. The hotel is at a good location. It was very nice of them that they upgraded our rooms. The upgraded rooms were spacious with a living room and it was great for our family to have tea and relax. The staff members are all very helpful and friendly. Our needs were all accommodated and we could feel their attentive service. We have some old people in our group. They understand our needs and make good suggestions. All our family members had a great time at this hotel. Every night we came back to the hotel, we felt like home. We highly recommend this hotel. We would choose Grandvrio City Danang again next time when we come back to Da Nang. Hope we can come back very soon!
