They have been moving me to next hotel ( hard rock hotel) I didn’t like it small rooms tiny toilet old furniture unclean with no sign to put to clean for the room you have to call them daily before you leave noise in the huge lobby

Spacious and clean hotel smacked in heart of shopping district”
First, the location was great. It’s just a few steps away from underground station and right in heart of shopping district. Next, the room was spacious and clean with comfy beds. The rooms looked very new that it’s hard to believe the property was last renovated in 2004. Prices is on mid high side so perhaps not for Budget traveller. Overall, I think this hotel deserves an excellent rating.

A hotel in an exceptional location”
Strongly recommend this hotel to tourists. The location is very good and there is a long shopping street which consist many tube stations. It is really convenient that a lot of restaurants , concenience store and shops around.

A better recognisable outside sign would be good . Room large and was clean. Pillows were a bit soft for my liking but the bed comfy. A free snack breakfast was a nice touch. Coffee fruit and pastrys. A bit on the expensive side but thats london. Staff were helpful and curtious.

The hotel is locate on the Oxford street. The staff is very nice! The rooms aren’t clean at all. I was expecting for that price I will get a better room that are more cleaner.

The air-conditioning was not working throughout the building. Initially the toilet flushed when LHS was pressed - but not the RHS. Maintenance fixed it. Continual banging from the ground or basement - heard throughout the building. We moved out next door to the Hard Rock Hotel ( owned by the same company )after one day. The air-conditioning did not work in the Hard Rock Hotel.

Location wise was perfect... the gentlemen at reception were extremely helpful and deserve medals. However the ladies at the reception were not helpful and not friendly at all. The rooms were way smaller but who cares when you are just feet’s away from Oxford street.
