What a beautiful Resort ”
Booked a beach bungalow. Nice, big, clean, nicely decorated and furniture was nice as well. Close to the resorts bar and restaurant. Amazing breakfast, this is the best breakfast I had ever and beautifully decorated. Staff super friendly and helpful. Negative was only the Wi-Fi, which was poor at best. Couldn't watch Netflix, even though they offered it. But I was happy anyways. Staff are kind of slow at the restaurants, so need to be patient and bring time with you. Fries took them 40 min., cocktail 45 min and sprite 30 minutes. Spa needs proper training for a typical massage. Too soft but it put me to sleep 😂 But in the end everything was beautiful and I felt completely relaxed. I love the resort, the staff and the two little cats around the restaurant. Feed them in the morning for me ❤️. Just get a small bowl and put sausage or scrambled eggs in there but they also love beef. I will be definitely be coming back to this resort. Highly recommended.

Paradise Island! Amazing property, unique experience to unwind and relax!”
It was an amazing experience to explore, visit and stay at this property. The resort is huge and I'm pretty sure you will enjoy your stay there and re-connect with yourself. Enjoy the beach and the sea and soak in all that nature around you, it was just a wonderful sensory experience. Facilities were great, breakfast spread was even more amazing! Murphy, who was the resort manager went around to every table and chatted with everyone. All staffs were very friendly and welcoming! :) One thing to note is that the location is pretty far off from the city area. It's a very private and an exclusive location, you're gonna love it there! Look forward to staying here again in the near future!

The staff were friendly, the place was nature-friendly, quiet and clean. The food wasn't special, but it wasn't bad, and the view of the restaurant was great. I'm willing to visit again. If you want to spend a quiet and private vacation, I would recommend this accommodation. Everything was perfect. I want to stay longer next time.

Great resort in an isolated location with private beach ”
Everything great about the hotel, from resort layout, private beach, food, cleanliness, service staff. It’s quite far and isolated so good only if you want to spend time in the resort. Staff can arrange transportation if want to go to the city centre. Only regret is that staff doesn’t advise on “tourist traps” - we asked them to arrange taxi to starfish beach but they could have advised that it’s a trash beach now. Could have saved the back pain on our way to that trash beach.

I have been to lots of hotels & resorts on PQ, but this one is the BEST of all!! Amazing quality service, views, layout, cleanliness, amazing peace !!! This hotel is now my favorite and I will not stay at any other resorts from now on! The private pool pavilion really felt like the perfect paradise and calm secret gateways for me and my bf ! Two amazing infinity pools near the beach and a very clean beach are downstairs ! Amazing really! Thank you to the lovely staff!

Book a beach front private pool villa for a very reasonable price here. Relax in privacy and feel like you are emerged in nature. Yet you have all the comforts! No bugs in the villa, good air conditioning, comfort inside & outside living spaces. Large restaurant menu and everything I ate for 6 days was good! You don’t need to leave the resort to eat. Nice clean beach, free kayaks & life vests to borrow. Has a small leave a book, take a book library. Excellent customer service. Free airport transport. This place is VERY similar to six sense Con Dao, only no bugs in your villa & more space & privacy, plus a WAY better value. I’ll be back and I will recommend this resort to my friends.

Wonderful time at Green Bay”
This was not our first time in Phu Quoc, but Green Bay was certainly the best place we've stayed at on the island. Its location can feel a little remote especially if you want to spend lots of time downtown, but because of this, you feel like you are on your own little oasis. We truly enjoyed having only one other resort in the vicinity, and even that resort did not seem too crowded. Everything about Green Bay was excellent. The staff was more than helpful and it was easy to get help anytime of day (or night). Our suite was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. While we did not have lunch or dinner at the resort, the breakfast buffet provided a decent variety of food. Another thing I appreciate about this resort is the abundance of greenery and natural landscape throughout the property. It is not easy to balance between built and natural environment (especially in a for-profit context) but Green Bay has done it well. I would gladly come back to Green Bay and recommend it to anyone looking to have a quiet getaway to Phu Quoc, away from the overcrowded and stifling resorts on the northern end of the island.

The property is mind-blowingly beautiful. At the price I paid it was an extremely luxurious stay. In fact we extended our stay by a day because we loved the place so much. Two very beautiful infinity pools (especially the one near the rock beach), unbelievably quiet and peaceful, gorgeous sunset view from the tiki bar, lovely forest setting. Honestly you can't ask for more in terms of the property and setting. Rooms were also huge, luxurious, had a lovely outdoor tub and shower. Perfect in every way. However, a few points for improvement - Only 2 small bottles of mineral water were given each day. When we asked at the restaurant for a glass of water to drink, they answered that we need to buy a bottle of mineral water. For a place that claims to be close to nature this was upsetting. Amazing place - We did not want to leave”
We were very weary about visiting the island after reading all the negative comments regarding polluted beaches/over building etc. That said, we were so glad we did & that we found this amazing resort. The location is far away from town due to the location, we feel very safe during this Corona Virus outbreak, and just kick back and relax. Very friendly staff, smiling and happy and Will help you with everything you should need on your stay :) Bungalows are beautiful and clean, the Beach is so Nice and clean For those who want peace and a quiet beach front resort without traffic and noise and only want to hear the waves of the sea and the sounds of the jungle then choose This place.

The food, location, beach, service were all perfect! I would love to visit again with my friends and families again. The staff did not speak English quite well (not that they should be). It would be best to keep translator(smart phone) with you. But they were all super nice. Also they do not provide currency exchange, so better to exchange moeny at the airport.

It's a really big place and the staff is really too friendly. Even if it wasn't the employees' working hours, they kindly helped us. I ate breakfast and dinner so deliciously. And I had a great trip. The resort had a really nice and quiet atmosphere and a wide and very pleasant trip. Unfortunately, I can't go to the room by motorcycle. There was only a small inconvenience of having to call in a staff to go to the room and take a cart, but the rest were fantastic. Please let me go to the room by motorcycle the next time I visit. :)))) (I'm kidding.) I had a great trip to the Green Bay Resort. Thank you. (zalo name Louis) been so kind. Thank you so much. A perfect place to enjoy our Tet holidays, quiet and tranquil surrounding with greenery. Spacious bungalow with outdoor shower and bathtub. Service is excellent, they provided free transport to/fro airport to suit guests flight timing. We had an early morning flight and they accommodated us with a box of cakes for breakfast :) Cons: mosquitoes & not so good selection of food.

We loved Green Bay, it is the most beautiful property we have stayed on in Phu Quoc. They have a clean and beautiful private beach, pools, a tennis court, access to kayaks and bicycles, and restaurants on site. Staff went above and beyond, even making a cake to help us celebrate our 10 year anniversary, upgrading us, and accommodating a late check out. Would highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff were fantastic. The rooms are awesome. Great effort to make our private dinner all the more special! My only feed back would be that the resort should stop providing water in plastic bottles. The waste of plastic at an Eco Resort of this level was just very sad. It would be better to provide 1.5 l bottles to reduce the use of plastic - or filtered/treated water in reusable bottles.

What can we say, been to Phu Quoc a few times, so we did not have the need to go explore but to just enjoy a couple days away from the city. So we chose this place and it is AMAZING. Just what we wanted, big room, untouched nature with big trees. The food is really good, attentive, friendly staffs. Love it. Come here if you are looking for a place to chillax. Sunsets at tiki bar is a must!!!
