Great stay”
We enjoyed our 4 nights stay in Green lighthouse hotel. The hotel is clean and is very near to the beach. The receptionists and bell boy were very helpful in all of our requests and Mr. Anh (the supervisor) even took the initiative to recommend us where to eat/visit, etc without us asking. Thank you very much for that! The only downside that needs to be improved is the just the hotel's wifi connection.

We spent 3 nights at Greenlight House hotel. The location is good. About 10-15 minutes walk to night market . You can find a lot of seafood restaurants near the hotel. I would like to special thank you to the hotel supervisor, Mr Anh who help us a lot at Nha Trang. He gave us a lot of information where to get good food, massage... He even help us to buy a birthday cake to our friend without ask for any tips. highly recommend.

Receptionist friendly & helpful ”
Dear, manager. The Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Their are try the best to serve and help us . Coz we are backpacker travel, we using the local bus to explore nha trang city. The Receptionist let us know the number bas of taken to reach the destination like po nagar tower, long San pagoda, airport, and etc.A lot of thank to the receptionist who are helping us. But please take note, the pillow case was some bad smell of 1 day I staying. After next day overall is OK.

This hotel is nice, spacious and clean. The eateries just nearby this hotel within walking distance. The concierge staffs Trang and Nhung are very helpful and friendly to assist us. We had a great stay for 4 nights and will definitely come back again.

good ans value of money ”
We stayed for 3 nights . Taxi can stop front of hotel even though the hotel is in the small alley . you can book a good car to the airport on internet for only 200.000vnd ( 2 people) ( + ) room is big , bath room is big. hotel is new near many good restaurants and coffee ( - ) bed is hard ,a little noisy from the construction near by . I dont like the curious man who keeps the bike at the hotel - asking too many privat questions and too casual to the customer.

Superior Double Bed Room”
PROS: + Cheap hotel + Great location in terms of having lots of local Vietnamese restaurants around + Located very close to the Night Market for all your souvenir needs + Has a pool and gym + Spacious bathroom with shower door CONS: - Pool has 1.5m depth all round - not good for kids or short people (like myself lol) - The ONLY hotel in Vietnam to not assist with bringing luggage up the stairs into reception lobby area - No view Overall, you get what you pay for. It is great as a budget hotel or if you're not looking for anything overly fancy.

Disappointed”
The hotel was not as good as the star level they claim (4 star). The wifi was super bad. I could not use it though the staff had fixed it. There was no doorbell man for carrying lugguages. We had to carry by ourselves. The food was not diversity. Towels were not renew despite the housekeeping came and cleaned. In short, i will stay here when i come back to Nha Trang.

Brand new hotel in a good location. The hotel was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. The rooftop pool was great! Some very friendly and helpful staff, some not so helpful. Would stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Greenlight House, especially the hotel supervisor - MR Anh were fantastic and very sincere, he recommended a lot of local foods, visits and reasonable price massage shop for us, also he always automatically come to approach us when saw us and tell us the correct directions. He know mandarin and English, was excellent with communications with us! Again, thank you for the excellent service - MR Anh (hotel supervisor)

3 nights in Nha Trang”
The location is excellent, with short walk to the beach and most of the bars/restaurants. The hotel seems new and facilities were very clean. Rooftop pool was quiet and great place to hang out. Cons - there were 2 new high rise buildings being constructed adjacent that made some noise during the day, the beds are extremely firm and as a result were uncomfortable for me.

Not a bad hotel but I can't say a good one”
The location of the hotel is not easy to find, it is inside a small alley with constructions beside. Usually GRAB or taxi driver will just drop you outside and you ned to walk in to the hotel. The staffs can't really speak English well or reluctant to speak to us (I am not sure about this). They never smile at us, just show us a face without any expression from the moment we checked in until we checked out. For a 4 stars hotel and the money i paid, I expect something better.

I had 4-night (05-09 June 2019) stay with this hotel. I strongly don't recommend this hotel - Green Lighthouse Hotel. First, this hotel will keep guest passport until the day you check out the room. It is so uncomfortable without travelling document. Second, when I checked out the room I have been told that I need to pay for the 2 bottles of 1.5 litre drinking water which placed in my room without notify guests that are chargable item. Third, the receptionist was not helpful, unfriendly and abit rude during my checked out when I'm surprised that I need to pay extra. Last but not least, the hotel located in a small alley which vehicle very difficult to go in. Not convenient for elder people. Please think twise if you decide to stay in this hotel.

Disappointed to this hotel ”
First I don’t really like this hotel because I feel insecure that their hotel rule is to keep guest passport for as long as the stay. And must be careful with this hotel because when evening back in the hotel I saw dirt on the bedsheet. Being not fussy I just don’t care and sleep thru the night. Went out early morning and when back in the evening, the worker of the hotel came to the room and said that I need to pay rm700 for the bed sheet if cannot clean out the dirt. I was furious and refuse because I did not make the bed sheet dirty. So conclusion please take a picture of the bed sheet or report to the hotel if it is dirty.
