Super lovely hosts”
We wanted to move into a new room since the one we’re appointed to at check in wasn’t that clean (they just finished some refurbishment) and they let us choose which one without any fuss. My friend got sick the 3 day and they put a kettle in our room so we could make tea for her and when the temperature dropped massively they gave us 2nd sets of bed covers. The rooms are simple but nice, you can walk everywhere, it’s super quiet since it’s 300 m away from the main road. You need Google translate to communicate with them but the whole family who is running this is super nice and warm. We felt very appreciated and has a nice stay. Would book it again.

Wonderful host ”
The owner miss Julia is so kind. We paid for a late check out and got to use the pool the following afternoon. We also chose to have dinner at the homestay and it was very good although the short notice. Everything was great

Very close to Tam Cốc, many restaurants nearby which provides fresh food with a reasonable price. Nice staff, the pool is cut half from what you see on the pictures though, the pool area is like 2mx3m.

Lovely family”
We stayed at green peace bungalow for 5 nights. The staff is extraordinary, and very helpful, always prioritizing the customer. They went the extra mile. We found the room to be nice, but found a few unpleasant insects in the room, and bathroom drainage hole. However, the staff were very helpful in this matter and solved the problem. Loved the mosquito net on the bed as well as a good wardrobe for extra space. Thank you for everything Julia and family!!

Absolutely disgusting and impossible to sleep because of rat infestation. Owner didn't seem to care and said it's because of rice fields near by. You've been warned.

Nếu các bạn muốn đi trước 1đêm và muốn được hoàn lại tiền thì các bạn phải thông báo trước cho chúng tôi,được sự đồng ý, sau đó trả phòng trước 12 giờ trưa..Tại đây,4 ngày trôi qua và đêm cuối cùng 8h30 pm bạn mới thông báo cho chúng tôi ,bạn muốn rời đi trước thời gian cho lịch trình cá nhân của bạn và bạn muốn hoàn lại tiền cho bạn theo ý muốn nhưng chúng tôi không thể hoàn tất lời đề nghị hết sức vô lý này của bạn.Làm ơn khi bạn đến những địa phương khác hãy làm quen và tốt hơn vì người dân VietNam chúng tôi rất hiếu khách. trân trọng cảm ơn bạn ! The bungalow stays at the center of Tam Coc area and is surrounded by some small areas for car parking. It’s very convenient for group traveling like us. The host was so nice and she also helped us with some recommendations for local restaurants. Just one thing should be questionable that is breakfast not being served.

This place is great for couples! As backpackers this was one of the most beautiful rooms we saw in Vietnam for our budget. The room was big and spacious, and also very clean. The staff is very nice and helpful, gave us awesome tips for our staying in Tam Coc. The hotel is located in a quite alley in the heart of the town.

Everything about this family owned place feels good. To be honest, although some things were not that great in the bungalow like a damp smell in the room and a bathroom door that wouldn't shut properly, yet I don't feel it is fair to lessen any ratings for this place. Our stay was great because of the behaviour of the host. She was polite and humble and a great manager. we could see her put lots of efforts into making her guests feel at home and that really mattered more than the small issues with the room. For example, Instead of just fixing the issues, she cared to brew us a pot of nice aromatic tea, made us feel comfortable and chatted with us while they fixed the door's lock and spray some room freshener. It was a sweet gesture indeed.

We visited as family with a baby at shoulder season. Good communication. Relaxing environments. We had no complaints. Since it’s bungalow, you can’t expect good sound proof. You might want to avoid the room near reception. Or It all depends on luck of other guest.

The location of this bungalow is so cute within a small garden and the bedroom is beautiful. Only thing is, they say breakfast is included but it is not, you must pay.
