Everything is fine, the rooms are big enough and quite clean. The hotel is located in an quiet place, so dont to be worry get disturbing during the night. An small pool is available include restaurants is also available. I can recommend it in any way during my stay

made a booking but the room was not available at the agreed time . Had to wait several hours for check in they said , Other rooms were empty but not offered to us. Told us to complain at Agoda for that, not at the hotel. Thank you. Went to another hotel with empty rooms that had no issue giving us one.

The GT Residence is an excellent hotel that is well priced with great facilities. It is however a place where you need to have your own transport or organised transport as it is off the main drag somewhat. The rooms are spacious and almost like a mini suite minus the kitchen area. One negative is that the cable TV that is available has no English speaking channels at all. Breakfast has a good variety and staff are all genuinely pleasant and helpful. Good car parking facilities undercover and nice quiet location that is accessible to the major sites in Buriram. I will definitely stay here again!

GT residence was recommended by a friend. Excellent facilities, great breakfast, and outstanding rooms. I have paid double and triple what the room rate here is and those rooms were not as nice, or as clean as in the GT residence. I highly recommend this hotel. The only possible downside is if you do not have a car the location is slightly remote (but not too remote). We were driving so it was no problem, plenty of secure parking.

Excellent hotel. for the price you won't be disappointed. I was only here 1 night, but will stay here again for sure. Yes it is a little away from the actual down town area, but you probably drove to Buriram anyway, so as long as you have transportation, it is no problem. Nice pool, rooms are clean, free breakfast was one of the best I have had. I took some awesome photos of this place, but no where to post them in this review, I'll try and upload them to the listing directly.

Pros - a new hotel that is immaculately clean throughout. Best vale for money considering size and quality of the room and pool, gym and undercover parking. Excellent choice of breakfast foods considering the price. Short drive to anything important in buriram town. Excellent service by the pool in evenings. This hotel is much better value for money than amari. Service was always friendly and prompt. Bed is comfortable and rooms are well sized. Areas for improvement - breakfast choice whilst plentiful was always cold when we ate around 9am. Coffee in the room wasnt topped up once and had to ask for sufficient toilet rolls in the room. Highly recommended overall amongst the choices in buriram

Fantastic hotel in Buriram ”
I have stayed at 5 different hotels in Buriram and this is my favorite. Great value at 900 to 1000 bhat a night. New building and above average build quality for Thailand. You must have a car if you will stay here. Only negative is you might have trouble finding it if you don't use google maps and the pillows are way too hard.

New clean hotel in quiet location”
Be aware the deluxe double does not have a bath tub. The hotel say they are going to tell Agoda to change it as they say only the suite rooms have a bath tub. There is no difference in size between the rooms apart from the bath so I don't understand BUT the male staff had attitude when I asked for a bath tub as we had requested it and showed him on Agoda it said the room had it. He said it was wrong, he said I could not have it and he said I would have to pay for an upgrade if I wanted it. In stepped the female staff who were lovely during the whole stay, apologised for any misunderstanding and offered us the upgraded room with a bath for free. Thank you We drove , the hotel was signposted and there was ample parking. It was quite far from the bus station but set in a quiet location. The hotel is modern and clean. Breakfast was buffet style and very good . Rooms were big, had sofa , bed was comfy, gowns, 2 bottles of water, free wifi, no safe, the bath has no shower curtain so the floor will get wet, we were on the top floor and when it rained hard it was noisy. Pool was small and looked clean. Gym was small too Overall it was a quiet well kept hotel with lovely staff. I would have given 5 stars for staff but for that certain member of staff.
