"Booking: Booked via Agoda. The resort emailed to follow up on date/time of arrival, special requests etc, & replies were speedy. Transfer: On arrival, we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff who helped with our luggage & led us to the van. The van was clean & the driver efficient. Ride was 1 hour. Check-in: We were welcomed by a nice cold glass of lemongrass tea & cold towels. The concierge was very helpful & informative. Villa: Beautiful, spacious & squeaky clean with complete amenities. My kids enjoyed the huge tub & kid-sized robes. 2 bikes are available for each villa to use at no extra cost. Food: Good! The cost is fair. It’s a 5-star resort after all. Facilities: So many things to do within the resort itself. Lots of water activities, clean & picturesque beach (no sandflies!) with swings & hammocks. We especially loved the sand bar at low tide! Service: Everyone was courteous, helpful & attentive. One of the best we’ve ever experienced. Will definitely be back!"
