Booked the Suite Room. Room was big and clean. Even though the room was facing the main street, the noise couldn't really be heard. Hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful. They noticed my girlfriend's Birthday, and prepared a cake to surprise us. (Really appreciate it.) The only down side was that when I asked to extend my stay by another night, the rates offered to me by the hotel was much higher then the price from agoda. Staff insisted that direct bookings through the hotel are much cheaper(Even though I showed her the Agoda app price). I ended up doing my booking through Agoda and requested to keep the same room. Other then that, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

Room is clean and decent. Staff are so nice and helpful. Especially the lady who work as a travel consultant and receptionist at the left side of when you enter the lobby. She's so diligent and helpful that working 2 shifts. With her help and advise, we have a pleasant and wonder tour to deo hai van and langco. The hotel should be proud of having a staff like her.

We could not have asked for more. A truly professional hotel with excellent english speaking staff who looked after our every need with courtesy and caring. We stayed on the Executive Lounge floor which gave us access to lounge and all the trimmings, fast wifi; new computers, tea, coffee, drinks, snacks all day long and complimentary High Tea plus complimentary Happy Hour - any beverage and canapés. Pay the extra and stay on exec lounge - fabulous. Rooms a tad small but clean, clean, clean and great toiletries. I must mention the professionalism of all staff but special mention goes to Le Van Dung, FO Manager who met our every desire. Also on Excecutive level staff - Ms Ngoc; Mr Phuong; Ms Trang and Mr Hai - a huge thank you. Would truly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Danang - and yes, we will return - top marks from us to all at Novotel Danang, Vietnam

AMAZING ! I think this is the BEST 4 star hotel in Da Nang. Probably nice than some 5 star hotels. VERY NICE & Grand interior design. Friendly stuff. Rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The roof top swimming pool was gorgeous. Breakfast buffer was the full 5-star buffet line-up. This feels like a 5Star hotel at the price of 4Star.

We chose this hotel because we arrived late in Danang and wanted to travel to Hue the next day over the Hai Van pass. It was the perfect hotel for this apart from the staff not being very proficient at helping us arrange our onward travel, which all other hotels we had stayed in up to then had been (we ended up emailing Sinh Cafe ourselves and arranging a private car and driver which cost $85)

We live in Vietnam and regularly come to Danang for business. We have stayed in dozens of hotels, but have to say Sanouva is the best in its price range. Well trained, professional staff that are obviously happy to work there; extremely clean, well decorated rooms; attention to the small details. The breakfast buffet was small but of high quality. We literally booked the room 2 hours before arriving in Danang as a quick random choice, but couldn't have been happier. Highly recommended!

the best hotel. when I visited there at first, staff help me and pick up my luggages warmly. Especially, The facility was the best I have ever visited even if it is 4 stars. I was attracted by the fancy interior photo when I searching for hotel with internet. the photo is absolutely true. I swim in the marvelous pool and enjoyed my vacation in the sunbed. It was Extremely memorable experience. In addition, there are so many places in hotel building like sky bar which I can take a photo showed off in instagram, bistro, luxurious massage shop and night club. I cannot help mentioning bellboy Trinh's customer-friendly attitude. He was so accommodating and willing to let me know information abt traveling Danang. He always greeted me with smiles. OQ bar, other famous club and restaurant are located nearby this hotel In spite of the perfectness of this hotel, hotel building has weakness of soundproof. In addition, in the middle of my journey, hotel air conditioner was out of order abt 3 hrs. SO I could not sleep at that time and require changing my room. However, it was not accepted even if there was vacancy of the room. I could check the vacancy for New orient hotel Danang in booking.com at that time. However, hotel staff lied to me I think. Even though air conditioner was fixed in 30 minutes after i complained, I was so uncomfortable. even if there were shortcomings, I love this hotel.

We stayed there for two nights. It was my friend’s birthday during the stay. The hotel upgraded our room to villa and provided us with a surprise birthday cake! Hotel breakfast is good! There were power failures during the final day of our stay. The hotel staff tried their best to make all guests to dine more comfortably by placing battery-charged fans on the dining tables. The complementary onsen and foot massage were bonus to the in house guests. Recommended!

Location is very near to fascination such as Hans market, cathedral. Few hundred metres to CAO Rong dragon bridge. A lot of restaurant and coffee shop nearby. If u have a group of person, worthwhile to book a van to Hai van pass, langco beach, son tra, my khea beach.(half day tour). U can also book a van to bana hill. Reception and waitress at restaurant is very polite, warm and good services, they stand up and greet u every times u pass by. Breakfast is average and change little bit everyday but sufficient to let u start for a day. Clean and newly renovated corridor and room. If u just need a place to stay and not looking for luxury hotel, centre hotel is definitely a good one!

We got upgraded to a river view one bedroom suite on a high floor- the views were magnificent, you can see both the river and the sea. The suite was lovely and the bed very comfortable. We loved the bath tub, the spacious bathroom and having 2 TVs. The breakfast was one of the best we've had in a hotel in Vietnam. Will definitely stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

We went to Da Nang with the whole family (10 people) last week. We totally enjoyed our stay. Grandvrio City Danang has made a plus for our stay. The hotel is at a good location. It was very nice of them that they upgraded our rooms. The upgraded rooms were spacious with a living room and it was great for our family to have tea and relax. The staff members are all very helpful and friendly. Our needs were all accommodated and we could feel their attentive service. We have some old people in our group. They understand our needs and make good suggestions. All our family members had a great time at this hotel. Every night we came back to the hotel, we felt like home. We highly recommend this hotel. We would choose Grandvrio City Danang again next time when we come back to Da Nang. Hope we can come back very soon!

I came to Da Nang for a 3 weeks stay to visit my friend and his family. I booked the Avora for the first 2 nights until I could assess it's quality and value and to compare it to other local hotels in that area. There is no comparison. This is by far the best value for the money and I immediately booked the whole 3 weeks here. The staff makes me feels so comfortable and are so friendly. It feels like home away from home. One more thing. Da Nang is an awesome city. I love it.

Hotel location is great. I would say its about 3.5 stars hotel compare to hotel in America. Clean enough and comfortable. We booked the King Size premium room with a view of the DB.

Ms Vy and her colleagues in the breakfast room and restaurant went out of their way to accommodate my meal preferences. Ms Hai at reception and tour desk was extremely helpful, as were other staff members whose names I can't recall.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, they smile a times I met. I require an airport transfer service and when I arrived, I saw the driver at the entraince. Maybe the driver is not good at English, however, he introduced me a lot of interesting histories about the Bridges, the Hai Van Pass, Hue city.

There isn't many facilities in the hotel but it makes up for the friendly staff and the clean rooms. Housekeeping does an excellent job of ensuring that your room is well kept and clean daily. The hotel is located right in the middle of the main Hai Chau street with lots of eateries on either side of the road. For shoppers, Han market is 3 mins walk away and for people who love the nightlife, there are 2 clubs within 3 mins walking distance and many bars in the area.

The hotel is located above the most popular supermarket in Danang and across the road is ae large local market - perfect! We slept in the second night and missed breakfast. We wandered down about an hour later and asked the receptionist where we might find a decent place for breakfast. To our surprise and delight, they opened the restaurant and provided us with a cooked breakfast - it was delicious and the staff were charming and gracious - five stars! We also met the manager who was equally charming and eager to please - this is one of the few hotels where everything exceeded expectations.

This is the best hotel with greatest value. The hotel has everything for our group: bar, swimming pool, karaoke, spa ... The hotel is brand new, and super clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. They have a booking desk with providing best tour around at a good price. I would recommend this hotel if you want to be in the central of the city in a quite area. Thank you staffs, and will be back soon

Highly recommend. I really love this place. It’s not like hotel because it has full kitchen and lots of space. you can put your stuff in closets or storage furnitures. especially I recommend this place for long-term travelers. feel like my home. breakfast is not as good like your home but has nice quality. and you can enjoy swimming pool on the 5th floor.

Booked a Superior Double Room for a one night stay. Room was small but comfortable. Unlike many hotels in Da Nang at the same price level, the hotel is very quiet and you can hardly hear noise from the street. Staff was friendly and helpful, spa was good for the price. However, water pressure was quite low during my stay. Everything else was good. Would recommend!

I'll start with the 2 cons. First the location is a bit out of the way. It will take you about 10 minutes to walk to where the action is. For us this was not a problem as we walk everywhere. The 2nd con was there was a Kareoke bar next door that we heard very well. They would wrap it up by 9 though so it didn't bother our sleep. Otherwise the location was super quiet and peaceful. no car or walking noise at all. Otherwise this place was awesome. Our hostess was super friendly and helped us booked 3 great tours right when we first arrived. our room was very clean and the hot water and aircon worked well. The bed was stiff but normal for Asia standards. We tried the food at the hotel and the husband cooks it in their kitchen. The breakfast and supper were both excellent. We highly recommend this place if you can stand some minor walking.

our stay in hagl plaza was great, we dined in the restaurant and there was a variety of foods from different cultures. the meals were good value for money. the pool on level 5 was very well kept and the staff at the pool were extremely helpful with towels and drinks. our room was one of the best ive stayed in and was very inviting clean and modern, overall a very good experience. (just a bit of advice watch how the locals work through the traffic before trying it yourself)

This is a hotel I'll definitely come back to. Before we checked in, we didn't expect much from this cheap hotel. However, everything was better than we have expected. Though the room rate was low, everything was good. Room was clean and rather spacious. Staffs were friendly and efficient. Service was good. It's really value for money. Actually the location was very good, too. Within a few minutes' walk there was bus stop for taking a bus to Hoi An. And walking further ahead, there's a big local seafood restaurant that many locals eat at. Price was reasonably cheap and quality is good. Our only complaint was that it's too spicy. In addition, it's only 10 minutes taxi ride to the airport. Or, if you like, you can walk there in 30 minutes. I'll definitely come back to this hotel next time I come, and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone considering a hotel in Da Nang.

After 3 nights' stay in a Hoi An hotel, our stay in Mercure Da Nang was a welcomed change. Even though both hotels were priced the same, Mercure seemed like a 5-star hotel! They put us on the 16th floor and we had an amazing view of Da Nang. Our room was gorgeous and clean. Service that we received from duty manager, Hai, was splendid too. He was so patient and so helpful in responding to our many queries. It's only a $3 cab ride to town so location was really not a factor at all. Am really glad I didn't pay thrice the price to stay at Da Nang resorts located much further away. Will definitely be back!

I travel with three family members therefore I booked two different kinds of rooms, the city view superior room is the best. It is spacious, clean, very bright by large windows. at night it offers wonderful view of Han river and the Dragon bridge. There is a very good seafood restaurant ( Madame Thoi seafood restaurant )and many local restaurants nearby. I will return and strongly recommend this hotel to visitors to Đà Nẵng.

This is a good hotel right on the river, a block from the best restaurants in town. It's clean and comfortable. Good bathroom, good tv, very good service. When I wanted to make coffee in my room, they volunteered to bring piping hot thermos of water every day. Very nice. Some reviewers complain that staff don't speak english, but it's not the case. There was always 1 person available who spoke english. Da Nang people really do not speak much english, so this place is actually better than average... Breakfast was ok. Mostly Asian buffet but they'll cook eggs for you. Very strong VN coffee. My complaints about this hotel: 1. the laundry was very expensive and not the best job 2. the towels are fairly new and nice quality, but they are Brown and Smelly because of the poor water quality in Da Nang. Hotel needs to add chlorine bleach when washing the towels.

What an absolutely beautiful hotel to stay. I can't thank the Manager and staff enough for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay - nothing was too hard. Really beautiful people, I felt very very welcome. The hotel Manager Trang sat with me to go through my list of what I wanted to go see while in Da Nang. She highlighted their proximity to the hotel on a map which was fantastic. For the few things I wanted to see that were a distance, she organized a driver to take me to these locations and bring me back to the hotel at such reasonable rates I was impressed. I don't think I would have been able to go to these locations without her assistance, I am so grateful, they were really worth going to see. A very beautiful hotel, lovely staff and management, beautiful clean rooms and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed and a great menu to choose from. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend them. Nothing was too hard. Really very beautiful people.

Hotel is situated near shops and night markets, so its best for those into shopping and looking for cheap thrills. The hotel is relatively new and rooms are provided with basic amenities that will make your stay comfortable. Getting a taxi to go to other places is not a problem. Family rooms are very spacious with nice interior and comfortable beds which can accomodate up to 4 persons. Rooms are always maintained and cleaned. Delicious free breakfast are being served every morning. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. Eventhough receptionist is not very well conversant in English, they can still able to communicate. Hotel helped us book a tour to Hue City even with a very short notice. Highly recommended hotel and high value for money
