Very excellent hotel, clean, with lots of facilities including swimming pool, kids playing ground and arts work practices for kids, gym, and the hotel is very close to Haram using taxi. It is one of the best hotels I have ever used in makkah. It also has nice breakfast included in the basic cost.

Umrah Best room ”
Far from Haram but with free bus for transport every hour. No visitors allowed. Clean and good interior designs. Not allowed late checkout the receptionist knocks at the door. Secured hallway and nice elevator. Some staffs unfriendly to expats. High Recommendation for saudis travelers only.

I think this hotel is really suitable for People come for Umrah as this hotel also has a shuttle bus and is just 2 .5 kilometres from Haram Shareef also The laundry Staff is very helpful especialy Burhaan I recommend this hotel to everybody But you may require some time taxi to travel to Harm Shareeef

Check on was good. They should have some staff at reception who can speak English. The pool was not clean, also pool timing from 10am till 5pm only, the toddler play area was also paid.

The rooms in this hotel are old, warn and filthy! the staff are great - but cant speak English, the lobby is clean - location is ok.. but you need to take a taxi. Dont take the bus, it drops you off at the bus stop near saffa, you need to walk for at least 5 - 10 mins in the sun - depending how slow you walk.

One of the staff member was extremely rude and didn’t even want to help me with my room that I already paid for. Waited 1 hour to get my room that was paid for. Room didn’t have hot shower and the kettle came broken. No room service. Overly not a good place to stay, although it looks good from the outside.
