Ha Hien Hotel is centrally located in District 1, near Ben Thanh Market, which is the well-known market for foreigners. In addition, it is also near the central bus station where you can ride buses to various destination within Ho Chi Minh City. The Hotel is very clean and the rooms are big enough to comfort everybody. The free internet is also provided. The reception is very friendly and speak good English.

Near Ben Tanh, There's family mart across the street with lots of cheese and bacon for those low carb dieters. Walk around the block you have restaurants and massage parlors. I booked the Deluxe Room City View, which was advertised as 22 square meters. I measured 21 square meters so it sounds about right. That's impressive because most hotels in ho chi minh embellish their room sizes about 30 percent or more. They give you a choice with a room with a double bed or a choice of a room with 2 single beds put together to make an even larger bed. The rooms with the 2 single beds put together have a bathtub in the bathroom. There's free breakfast, but I haven't tried it yet. Room Tip: Get the Deluxe room with City Views

A small hotel with friendly atmostphere!”
If you like going shopping for local items by walking, this is the right place for you. You can practically walk anywhere from the hotel which is located in CBD. However, there are a lot of other hotels around in Ho Chi Minh city, so, choose where to stay based on your budget and review feedbacks. Free breakfast is generously served. I like the homemade yoghurt and the freshly made Pho. The boiled rice and salted eggs and pickled turnip are also delicious.

Spending New Year in Saigon”
Ha Hien Hotel is highly recommendable to tourists in saigon. The place is very near Ben Thanh Market and Pham Ngu Lao Area. The central park is only a few minutes walk. The staff are friendly especially the desk officer who attended to us. He also speaks english fluently. The room given to us is big enough and very clean. The room interior is finely crafted, and shower necessities are provided. The hot water in the shower room is alright. The hotel has a concierge that allowed us tourists to leave our bags during our 3-days tour even if our accommodation was not continued after the tour. The staff willingly assissted us in getting cab that will take us to the airport. And most of all, the Hotel gave party for the New Year, and the hotel guests were invited to attend for free... buffet dinner was provided without fee. This hotel is highly recommendable to the tourists in Saigon. The price is certainly affordable as well.

The hotel may look small and anonymous at frst sight, but as soon as you enter, you will find the most friendly and helpful staff, a nice and clean loungue and dining room, and a atmosphere of genuin hospitality. Smiles and nice comments accompany you everywhere at the Ha Hien Hotel. The laundry service is quick and absolutely reliable,- and your clothes are cleaned and ironed in the best possible way. Breakfast is prepared and served in an adjacent room to the lounge, so you may be a bit disturbed by arriving and departing people. But this has also its charm. Just a few minutes´ walk to the famous Ben Than Marked,some minutes more to the War Remnant Museum, Reunification Palace, City Hall, Notre Dame and Main Post Office. The location of this hotel is close to perfect for guests who prefer not to get stuck in the "crazy" Saigon traffic.

We love staying at Ha Hien hotel. The owner and all staff were very kind and helpful to us, especially when we got into trouble: two guys that riding motorcycle grabbed my mom's handbag near Ben Thanh market, all things was gone also their passport. Thanks to Ha Hien hotel for gave us special room rate for 2 extended nights and one plate of fruit,and all of the very good service and help to us. Best location and value for money”
The Ha Hien Hotel is located near Ben Thang maket and bus centre of Ho Chi Minh, shopping and entertainment district. The rooms are equipped with standard facilities included free internet access. I took many bus routes and paid very small price and got the good service from driver and conductor. There are many excellent restaurants with both western and vietnamese food nearby. Hotel is located near most tourist locations and the center of town within the walking distance for the elder peoples like us. However, taxi service was reasonable price, but most of roads are one way.

good hotel for a single business traveller...”
overall of my stay in this hotel quite good and i was quite impressed with the room, toilet, cable tv and small fridge. staff were very helpful, informative towards any requests of tour or direction information and fluency of english. my room always beng cleaned by housekeeping neatly as i wanted to. breakfast was my major problem, not that many choices and would not be suitable for a muslim traveller. nevertheless from ha hien hotel to the alal restaurant was about 200 to 300 metres walked, so this hotel could be suitable also for a muslim like me. i would expect a better breakfast in future and it will be a marvelous hotel with the price tag that i had. as a professional consultant as my profession, i would rate this hotel could be rated as 8 out of 10 due to cleanliness, neat and quite new up to date furnitures in the room. will come again to this hotel in future. perhaps agoda could negotiate a better rate for a long stay like more than 7 days here would be awesome.

this is the 2nd time i'm staying in ha hien. the first time it was because the previous hotel was terrible. the staff at ha hien had no hidden cost at all. so i knew exactly what i was paying for! even better now that i have a bit of experience with the area, moving about is always so easy. the staff are always helpful and ready to help what ever the problem. i had a taxi driver try to cheat me of a few bucks. the security stepped in before anything could get ugly and resolved the matter. this is something that was very reassuring.

My stay at the Ha Hien Hotel was pleasant, as an economical hotel I was surprised to find a conveniently located borderline luxurious property. Although the lobby has seen better days, the staff were tremendously friendly and accommodating, providing complimentary room service due to a minor check-in error. Wake up call was prompt and courteous, particularly considering the early hour of my departure and the doorman went so far as to wake up a cab driver for me. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very centrally located, the staff are very helpfull and the hotel room was clean. Stayed for three nights and only had breakfast on the last day, it starts at 7 am and finished at 10, and since i arrived downstairs at 7.05 i can confirm with the other reviews that breakfast is not good because it was all stone cold. To be honest though, it would not stop me from booking into this hotel again as i enjoy going to the market to try local foods for breakfast and since the prices are only 1-2 dollars theres nothing to be missed by skipping breakfast in any hotel. The main market is a 45 second walk from the hotel so location is perfect!

We arrived at two early morning but Tony and the rest of the staff were all helpful. I asked for an extra pillow and it was readily delivered. We liked the breakfast, too though we could have appreciated if they serve rice for most Filipinos are rice eaters. There ought to be free bottled water, too. The hotel is so near the market and the main attractions. We just walked through these. It is near ATM, too. My companions and us are one in saying we will stay at Ha Hien again if we visit HCM again.

The Ha Hien Hotel was good value for money. Our room overlooked the street and was quite fresh, clean and adequately furnished. The bathroom was also clean and comfortable. We had a King size bed that looked good but was surprisingly hard. The airconditiioning was cool so we needed to turn it off during the night. The Hotel staff were quite freindly and helpful during our stay. I had arranged a car to pick us up from airport and they were waiting for us when the flight got in. Very good location close to markets, restaurants and shops. Also easy walking distance from some of the city attractions.

It was really easy to get there. We have chosen this hotel, because it's in the District 1, but this area was disappointing, because it's really dirty, noisy and overpriced (there is the Ben Thanh Market). But our room was super clean, the bed was huge :-)!!! the breakfast is really simple, but we heard that the breakfast is for the vietnamese generally not important. Our room was on the fifth floor, so it was quiet, but the internet didn't work there, but it's really fast next to the reception. I think this hotel is great for a few nights, because you can take a walk easily in the city.

Clean Strategic Hotel In Saigon”
I picked this hotel due to its location, price and good ratings. Most of the descriptions were as in the reviews. But one thing that was not mentioned was that I was given a room without any window! Looking at the hotel design as well as most similar hotels in Saigon City Centre which are located as intermediate units in a block of shophouses, only the front and back rooms of the the hotel would have windows. They made up for that by keeping it clean and choosing shiny bright colours. Their cafeteria was located on the rooftop and had quite a good choice for a small hotel. I will not return here as I would like to try other similar hotels.

Ha Hien - location, pricing, and services”
Ha Hien was recommended to us by a friend who stayed there. We found the location of the hotel the best feature even though the location so close to central market, Cho Ben Thanh, made it a bit noisy. Staff was very courteous and tries to accommodate our needs. The interruption in internet access made it less attractive for us since we have to complete some business on line. The breakfast food was good offering a variety of dishes. We would return to the hotel in the future with improvements in internet access and keeping the pricing competitive with other hotels in the area.

when i first arrived with my group, we were welcomed by friendly staffs. the receptionist told me that we could have an early check-in which was at around 10am. however, there were some constructions going on at the ground floor staircase and its quite noisy from our room as ours was level 1. i book 2 double and 1 triple room. the triple room had an extra bed but it was comfy at all. it was springy and not sturdy. hope you guys could change it to better ones. friendly staffs were able to answer all of my queries as it was our first time. location was good, very accessible to the market and food shops. overall, good job! will recommend to those who are on budget as the prices are quite affordable. thankyou for making our stay an enjoyable one. see you again :)
