My family stayed for 4 days. We have two babies. Even if they are young, they could enjoy swimming. All the service of the location, staffs’ attitude, food, etc was perfect. I saw few reviews when I booked, which made me worried of it, so we booked a normal room because I didn’t want to waste money. But after staying one night, I got the upgraded room. My daughter loved this hotel. :)

Isn't worth its money at all”
We spent the night on New Year there. I was unpleasantly surprised with quality/price ratio of the room with the balcony: vietnamese designed room, poor choice of bathroom accessories, empty balcony with 2 unsighty yellow plastic chairs only, no bath and bathrobe. We got woken up at 8 in the morning on the 1st of January with crazy song-alarm calling for the breakfast so canteen got overcrouded in a moment. Some areas were still under construction and it wasn't mentioned anywhere. All in all, it has positive sides: the hotel has 2 huge pools, nice beach and water park for the kids. For me it seemed as overpriced hotel for foreign tourists

Air condition wasn’t working and staff didn’t bother to fix it even after reporting it twice, rather left a table fan in the room, without any information. Breakfast could have been better, considering it’s a resort. Views are amazing, pool is great for the hot weather and had a bitter experience during checkout due to the staff not being able to find a pair of slippers. Not going back ever again.

We couldn't get our six year old out of the generously sized pool (honestly for a hotel this size it's MASSIVE. We have stayed in far larger resorts with pools nowhere near this size) and water playground. The staff were all wonderful and had none of the stiffness you'll sometimes find at 5-star places. Super friendly and eager to help. The location and lack of a gym or sauna were the items that I didn't like. Whether you are a family like us or a younger person looking to get out and party, there's not much to walk to and the road outside is unpleasant. It's about a ten minute car ride back towards phan tiet before the side walk shows up and it doesn't feel like you've stumbled down the wrong alleyway - but I do think there have been a lot of businesses that are no longer here thanks to covid.
