Had a wonderful room. Enjoyed the breakfast. Only recommendation is perhaps an upgrade to the bathtubs someday. No caulking between tub and wall makes me wonder what kind of damage the water runoff could do someday? Very pleased overall.

The hotel location and lobby appearance are good. The room is old dates with wall papers peel off. AC did not work on first room. Bathroom door did not close and took about one hour to fix.

There was Vincom shopping center right across the street. There are street food shops on Hai about trung street. Very convenient location. We can walk to Dak Lak museum and famous temple. This is still new hotel, facilities and rooms are clean, comfortable and relaxing.

A nice hotel”
This hotel is located in the city center. I am happy to choose it as my 3-day stay. There is a small shopping mall across the road; night market is about 2 streets away; some coffee shops and restaurants are nearby. My room's very big and cozy. Bed's soft, bathroom's clean, view's good. However, the food, not various, mostly Vietnamse style. Overall, it's a nice hotel.

My partner and I areivedr drenched from the storm and the bellboys were all hands on deck shading is from the rain with their large umbrellas, offering us to come inside to dry off first before handing them our check in slips and passports... Telling us to take our time and that it was alright we were warm and indoors now... They took our bags and even helped parked the bike in a sheltered zone that was for staff parking... The welcome we received was truly the warmest welcome ever from any hotel I've stayed in. The facilities were great... Nothing was lacking. Can't go hungry at the hotel... It was close to all the food. Atms, shopping and markets nearby... Deserves a 9 rating of youask me. We were there on only 1 day stop before heading further down on our roadtrip. Wished I could've stayed there longer. Definitely will book this place next time I'm there.

the only 5 star hotel in this city at the moment, and it is a very comfortable stay. the staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is great, right across from vin com centre and close to walk around to many places. not a 5 star international standard but it is still worthy of its star rating

Given the options in BMT, this is a good choice. Nice hotel with so many over the top touches in the lobby. The room was large and comfortable, noisy during the day but quite at night. WiFi didn't work at all during my stay and the staff while trying hard just made up excuses - not the end of the world but annoying. Breakfast was decent with plenty of Asian selections. The staff was very nice and tried hard. If you go to BMT, this is probably the best place to stay at the right price.

The principle reason for booking this hotel was for the pool for a one night stay during our visit to some coffee plantations. The room was nice (furnishings are all beige which gives it a bit of an old feeling though) and they sorted out the lack of wifi quickly. We headed to the pool straight away (4pm) and found no staff in sight, no loungers and a banquet table set up. We went to the reception and they apologised and said that we couldn't use the pool as there was a dinner that night but we could use it tomorrow morning which was useless as we were checking out in the morning. Breakfast was average. Overall, this is in no way a 5-star hotel - maybe 3. Not worth the price.

My stay with HBT Hotel is average. The buffet breakfast really needs lots of improvement, Very disappointing Breakfast. Many instructions are only in Vietnamese, eg. The room safe box instruction only in Vietnamese, as I only stay for 1 night, I give up using it.
