Having a bit an old furniture smell, but it's fine as just slept at night, and went out whole day.
Good and cheap hotel”
Cheap hotel near night market. Not ideal, but for its price ok. Beach is 15 minutes walk. So if you want to stay in Duong Dong - why not?
Just Ok hotel”
(+): It's pretty cheap, and so near the center of the Duong Chau town, near night market. The owners are nice. You can rent a bike there with reason price. (-): the room is tiny, and the air-con doesn't work well. And worst of all, my room Toilet Bowls got stuck. Thank God I only stayed there for 1 night.
IS Fine for one night stay”
Location wise is quiet good, as there are many local food eatery here. The owner are friend. Room wise is sort of clean, but need to close the toilet door all time as there is a drainage problem coming out a odd smell. A one night stay in town is fine, as you will be go there to the night market etc. Don't expect so much for the price paid.

Room was ok, a bit dark and unorganized, which gave the impression of uncleanness. Bathroom was bearable but should've been better with that price. Location was the only plus point. Everything else was meh. The owner is nice though.

An affordable guesthouse”
I booked the double bed room through Agoda, but at check-in time (8:00 AM), this room was not available so the guesthouse upgraded me to family room without extra charge. For me, the room is not clean enough, water from bath room may leak to bed room. However, this guesthouse is pretty good if you look for an affordable one at the center of Duong Dong town
better not to go”
The room was filthy. On the floor I could see something like stains and hairs. The fan was too much dusty to turn it on. The hotel owner changed my room and helped booking tours but still not that clean. I won't stay here again.

Hai Hien est bien suitué, il se trouve au centre de la ville, la plage à 500m le marché nocturne à 300m, le marché Dinh Cau à 500m, les café bar sont autour, les agences de voyages également, si non Hai Hien peut vous guider pour les petits visites sur l'ile, les personnelles sont très aimables et gentilles.

wir hatten das hai hien insgesamt 2 mal bezogen. beim ersten mal über agoda aufgefallen haben wir auf persönliche anfrage den gleichen preis von 400000 vnd für ein doppelzimmer bekommen. dieses geräumige saubere zimmer hatte 2 doppelbetten (mit dünnen recht harten matratzen), einen grossen schrank und im badezimmer heisses wasser von einem durchlauferhitzer, ebenso einen hübschen grossen balkon mit blick auf die belebte strasse. alle zimmer haben standardmäßig ac, kühlschrank, heisses wasser, tv und ventilator. man bekommt prombt neue handtücher, toilettenpapier etc. auf anfrage nahe des hafen gelegenes zentrales hotel und dementsprechender geräuschkulisse, etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (es ist sehr günstig, wenn man frühaufsteher ist). beim zweiten mal über agoda gebucht, hatten wir leider ein etwas kleineres zimmer nach hinten raus, dafür konnten wir im obersten stockwerk gelegen die gegenüberliegende balkonterrase sehr gemütlich den ganzen abend nutzen, von wo man einen super blick über den hafen und die wohngegend hat. noch fullminanter ist der panoramablick von flachdach aus auf die man über eine wendeltreppe hinauf gelangt und von der man einen wirklich tollen blick über ganz duong dong, den hafen und auf das meer hat und auf der wir einen perfekten sonnenaufgang erleben durften. absoluter insidertip! mit dem sohn der familie der zumeist an der reception sitzt, kann man sich recht gut englisch unterhalten und auch alle anderen hotelbetreiber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und es ist eine kommunikation mit "händen und füssen" durchaus möglich wenn man kein vietnamesisch spricht.

素朴で素敵なご夫妻”
西側の眺望のないP3の部屋に3泊しました。タクシーで乗り付けしばし方角などを確認していたところ、経営者の奥さんが近づいてきて、Hai Hienですよと、寄ってきました。P3は隣の建物と道路を隔てており、のぞかれることはありません。窓のカーテンをいっぱいに開け放せば十分明るさを確保して読書できます。夜の電燈照明も十分です。エアコン冷蔵庫トイレもきれいで、床はオニックス、壁はアイボリー色のタイルで大変Relaxできました。川沿いのナイトマーケットまで100m海沿いのナイトマーケットまで4～5分で行けます。私は1日Long beach 1日Ong lang beachへ小型のタックシーへ往き、それぞれ片道55kdと90kdのコストで済みました。旦那さんのHungと奥さんのNiさん、とても素朴で感じの良いご夫婦です。Hungさんの母上も落ちつた方でした。次回もまた泊まります。
