Leave finally approve by company to go on a holiday! Check in on 22nd Monday night, was given a welcome drink by the front desk staff, her name was Su Beo. I have to say her smile was beautiful, polite. She handled my check in with warmth courtesy, given me the hotel phone no. and informed me to contact her if i needed any information or assistance. She (Su Beo) assigned me to a superior double room (partial sea view), Level 18 (18-09) near to the lift, quite convenient for me. Rooms were clean, spacious, bathroom has full of amenities. A mini fridge was available at the bottom of the cabinet to put your drink inside. Cupboard has iron, ironing board, bath robe and a little small security safe for you to put your belongings. But there's limited view inside the room as i can only see a little part of the beach, sunlight was able to shine through the glass door every morning. They had a swimming pool and a bar at the rooftop, the view was amazing! Staff were helpful to place a towel on the chair for me everytime they see me. Breakfast was good, they had a wide range of varieties to choose from. Location was fantastic, the beach was just infront of the hotel, there are bars and clubs nearby, full of activities every night. Throughout my stay, Su Beo had done an excellent service by booking for me most of the trips that i wished to go. I had a great and enjoyable time in Danang thanks to her but there was a trip to Hoi An which was cancelled in the end due to the agency (Danang Travel) driver being held up by some issues which i don't know what it was. Everytime she (Su Beo) saw me came back and the first thing that really impress me were her smile, it really brightens up my day even though it was late in the night. She always try to get feedback from me about the trip that i went to. Even in the morning, when i am having breakfast she will come and greet me and ask how am i doing. Amazing hotel”
We stayed at Haian Beach Hotel & Spa, Danang for just one night unfortunately and wish we had booked for 2 nights. The hotel is just amazing and right on the beach front. The rooms are well decked out and the beds, particularly the pillows are extremely comfortable. There is a roof top bar with an infinity pool with amazing views of the beach. There are 2 happy hours a day and the cocktails were very good. The Aircon, wifi and shower worked perfectly. The breakfast is exceptionally good with an amazing plentiful variety of western and vietnamese food. The staff are professional and polite from the ground floor to the top floor. We had an episode whereby my husband managed to lose himself having taken a wrong turning on the street at the back of the hotel during a wet night. Within 15 minutes of me reporting him missing to reception, security were out on their bikes and located him. We were so grateful for the prompt action. Together all the staff make a great team and are ever willing to assist and make your stay comfortable. We hope we will have the opportunity to visit your hotel again.

Beachfront hotel, excellent location, rooms very clean and comfortable (we had a corner ocean front room and able to see construction next door but the hotel could not help that). Breakfast buffet complimentary with many offerings, including cook to order noodle soups, and most delicious (love all the tropical fruits!) . The spa is the entire 16th floor and the ladies there are amazing - this is a must at least once, more if possible. The best thing about this property is the manager, Brian, and all the staff - nice, accommodating, very helpful, and caters to your every needs (my flight was cancelled and we needed to stay later until a rescheduled flight at 9pm, they allowed us to stay until 6pm with an appropriate minor fee). Thank you to the lovely team at the Haian. Will return & highly recommend.

The location is really great, just infront of the beach. A number of good beach shacks are near the property. There are multiple food options near property ranging from pizza joints to fully vegan food joints. We were upgraded to a suite room with great bathtub and ocean view. The room had all the amenities from iron board to notepad and pen. Cleanliness was at it's best, the hotel staff was very courteous to provide us early check-in and take care of our before check-in luggage while we were away on our tour for Bana Hills. The morning buffet breakfast was also at par for people with different tastes and from different ethinicty. Overall we had a great time at the hotel and would love to book it again for the next Day Nang trip.

Stay here 3 day/2 night. I was using the airport shuttle service, which is included. Very luxury Mini Van, best i use ever..with massage seats.wow. Very warm and friendly welcome at the front desk with welcome drink. Stuff bring the suitcase at room. Room was incredible big and clean, with side view to Beach (17th floor). Wow again! At Subeo at line, she was very friendly and care about guests all the time. This Hotel is in a good Area, very close to Beach and restaurants. The breakfast and the view area perfect. I really can only recommend you to book and visit this hotel. Thank you very much for a perfect time in da Nang.

The partial seaview rooms allow you to enjoy the sunrise from the comfort of your room. If you have time, go to the pool at the top floor to enjoy the sunrise or simply walk across the road to the beach for a morning walk/run. The breakfast has a good spread, and interestingly has quite a few Korean dishes like tteokbokki or bibimbap. The two days that we were there, they actually switched up the korean dishes so there is variety. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! Great location right by the beach

I am very happy to have booked a see facing suite at Haian Hotel It is 1 of the best and unforgettable hotel that i have booked in Vietnam so far. We can see beautiful sunrise from our room window. Subeo is a fantastic staff that got hold of my contact and whatsapp me to check if everything is ok. The team are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is heaven in Haian and i am still missing them. They are simply delicious and very good with big spread of variety. There are also nice restaurant nearby. I am missing the Herbal Pizza that is opposite our hotel. We missed drinking there and eating the delicious pizza while enjoying the sea breeze. You can also go to the Panda spa. We feel it is one the best massage we have tried so far. You can go before 6pm weekdays to enjoy 20% discount. It is worth every single cent. Overall this hotel is so excellent that i really want to go back one day. It makes my Danang trip very enjoyable anf unforgettable. Do try Haian and you will never regret :)

Beach front with roof top pool”
We stayed here for 7 nights. The concierge was helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The roof top pool is very inviting and great yo relax and have a few drinks in the afternoon. The restaurant has lovely reasonably priced meals and Huy was a great server and made our night there enjoyable. Breakfast is buffet and the food and beverage manager greeted us in the morning and was also very helpful. The rooms were clean. The beach is just across the road and a nice walk. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I return to Da nang I would definitely stay again as it is great value for money and a good location. There are taxis out the front all the time to take you anywhere you wish to go

Excellent hotel and spa”
Spent a couple of days just after the New Year and had a wonderful experience. Beachfront hotel, great location for surfers (my husband and kids) - we had a corner room with an oceanfront view which was beautiful, the side window faced a new construction scaffolding which the hotel couldn’t help. Buffet breakfast had a big selection including cook to order noodle soup, hot foods, local and international selections, including many tropical fruits and juices. I did not use the pool but my husband said it’s very nice. I did use the spa which was heavenly and I highly recommend at least one visit. But the best part was Brian and the staff who were kind and accommodating with anything that you may need. The staff was excellent. Will return Ant’s highly recommend the Haian.

A top hotel situated perfectly across from a beautiful beach. The beach is 1st class for surfing, sunbathing and just relaxing to the noise of waves at night. Near the beach and clean hotel”
Very friendly staff and great service. Breakfast spread was good with slightly different menu each day. There are a lot of Korean tourists and some food choices are catered for them (Korean food!) lots of food places around and beach is just across the road. Opt for the partial sea view! Bed is good but we wish that there were harder pillows available (their pillows were soft and flat, they only had 1 type) Room is very clean and their house keeping is efficient. Will definitely recommend them.

Highly recommend Haian Beach Hotel! Location is right across the beach, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and spacious and that breaky buffet has EVERYTHING. The rooftop pool was also nice although we didn't use it because of the rain. The massage at the hotel was also lovely :)

I had a pleasant stay at Haian Beach & Spa, Da Nang. The moment I step down from car I enjoy every services from the staffs here. Would like to compliment my very attentive Receptionist - Beo, she assisted me throughout my stays here from helping me to do all reservations on other services. The Hotel Breakfast was marvelous too. Able to try all the local food there and the varieties of food serves really make me had a memorable stays here. The hotel is opposite the beach. We booked the beach front room, could see beautiful sunrise every morning from our window. The room was clean. Please expect that the king bed is the combination of 2 single beds, but it’s fine for us. No separate room for showering, only bath tub. Breakfast buffet was nice with local dishes and fruit. The pool was nice and clean, no chlorine smell but the water was very clear.

Excellent service. Wide variety of breakfast. Includes Afternoon snacks too. My beach front suite room offered an excellent view of the Beach with a big nocr bath tub (just directly infront of the hotel). Swimming pool and hotel spa is clean and excellent too. Strongly recommended especially for summer seasons.

We stayed for 4 nights from the first day of the new year. The staff were so kind and they took care of my request right away. The swimming pool had a good view, and even though it was cold, the kid swam and played throughout the stay. The location was good for us to move around, and we could walk to our family's favorite restaurant and spa. We will stay at this hotel the next time we go to Da Nang.

Amazing hotel. The location is great with a beautiful view out of the rooms, and next to the beach. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, it had a great spread of foods. The staff and facilities were also great!

Amazing view of the ocean. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast buffet. Pool is gorgeous, but the water is very cold. Would recommend the spa as well. One of the best massages I had on my trip! Very close to the Marble Mountains by car as well.

Thoroughly enjoy the stay at Haian Beach Hotel & Spa. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and just a stone's throw from My Khe Beach. The hotel spa is good, superb view, massage and service. But be prepared to pay more for these. Will stay in Haian again if I come back to Danang. Hope the rates remain attractive.
