Exceptional”
This was my favorite hotel during my stay throughout Vietnam. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is just one block from the beach. The small rooftop pool is more than adequate for a quick cool down soak or if you have kids to wear them out before bed. The views from the pool overlooking the beach were great as well. My room had two comfortable beds, view overlooking the beach with two windows that opened to let in the ocean breeze, and a good sized bathroom. Front desk staff assisted me in setting up two different tours and making sure I knew when to be down in the lobby even offering to call me up in my room when they got word the pickup van was getting close. Another great feature to this hotel was the complimentary Afternoon Tea. Never too busy and features a selection of 2 or 3 teas, coffee, and a plate with 3 to 6 yummy small finger desserts to enjoy. There were many restaurants options within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Best Hotel of Our Trip”
We traveled from south to north of Vietnam in 2 weeks, stayed at 8 different hotels, and Halina was by far the best hotel of the whole trip. It was very clean, the staff are very professional and friendly. It was located right across from the beach, and within walking distance of a small night market and many convenience stores. It is a short taxi ride away from several great sightseeing places in Da Nang. The pool was very clean and had a great view of Da Nang. The afternoon tea service was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious! We had a great conversation with Daisy, who I believe is the head of customer satisfaction, during tea one afternoon and upon learning of our super early checkout time the next day, she arranged for a simple take away breakfast that we could take with us to the airport. Halina was our favorite place to stay, and would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to visit Da Nang.

Wicked stay - would highly recommend!”
This place was awesome. We got the king bed with a sea view - pay the few extra dollars, it was SO worth it. The bed was super comfortable and the view beautiful overlooking the ocean. The bathroom was clean and had lots of freebies. The buffet breakfast was good, had a lot of Asian food which we did not eat, but still enough other options for those looking for a regular American breakfast. And perhaps the best part was the incredible staff - they were extremely friendly and always greeted us when we came into the hotel. We booked an extra night because we loved it so much, and they ensured that we got to stay in the same room so we didn’t have to pack up and move. They also have a few extra bikes you can use for free. Halina Hotel is a must when staying in da nang!

Great staff and view”
I had a wonderful time here. I came to Vietnam for the first time with literally no plan and the staff helped set me up with things to do for the week I was there. The room was modestly sized, but I had a gorgeous view of the beach. The rooms were clean and they gave you free water every day when they cleaned your room. The free breakfast had a wide variety of items, too. The air conditioning was a bit weak, but opening the windows helped cool the room. My stay here was great and I highly recommend this place for solo travelers or couples. The close proximity to the beach and a few late-night restaurants/marts coupled with the helpful staff really made this place stand out! If I ever find myself back in Da Nang, I would more than likely stay here again.

A VERY EXCELLENT PLACE WITH A NICE PRICE”
We stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms are super dupper clean with complementary fruits, cookies and water. The hotel is near the beach too. The staffs are so polite, friendly and helpful. The bed are also comfortable. There are a lot of amenities in the room so you don't need to bring anything from home. The food is a good point to talk about. Breakfast buffet is so nice and the dishes are changed every day. The room service food is so good. I definitely choose HALINA for the next trip to DANANG.

There's a lot of good things I can think of about this hotel and I don't even know where to start. But the thing that comes first to my mind is the breakfast buffet. The dishes and desserts are well prepared. Worth it. You get the value of your money. Second, the excellent customer service. We were getting out of the hotel when the receptionist asked us where we're heading to. We were not even paying attention but she asked us and assisted us even if we were not asking. I feel bad for forgetting their names but everyone in the reception area I have encountered were all amazing. There's even this receptionist who's fluent in English, she helped us booked all out tours in the hotel, which are fairly priced and she's funny too. Third, I enjoyed the rooftop pool. It's nice to just sit poolside at night while gazing at the stars. This is definitely one of nicest hotels in Vietnam. Highly recommended.

Nice and new hotel with great view, staff was fabulous! ”
Due to corona we got a good deal for a three bed room in the newly built Halina hotel. After arriving in the early morning they welcomed us with a cup of tea and offered to use the shower on the rooftop. As there were only a few other guests she gave us an upgrade and let us check in our room early without an extra charge. Throughout the whole stay the staff were amazing! Friendly and always made sure we were well looked after. Especially My My was so lovely and always up for a chat. Location was great with many nearby restaurants and the beach just across the road. There was a pool on the rooftop and steam bath and also a little gym with all you need for a little Travel workout to work off the complementary afternoon tea :) This was by far the best hotel I stayed at in Asia!! Thanks for everything :)

Good service and will highly recommend ”
I feel hotel staff are so warm, willing to help and go extra mile to make sure their customers will enjoy their stay. They do everything to make you feel happy. I witnessed the staff at reception kept asking every guests if their room is OK and anything else they can do for their guests. This is such a nice gesture. :) We also got their help to call our airline and get some recommendations for the food. Location is convenient as just one block away from the beach and eateries are all around the place. Not so noisy even though there are some bars and restaurants compared to other locations. The bed was so large and comfy which we managed to sleep deep. Roof top bar and swimming pool are small sized but they are nice as well to use. Highly recommended!

The most important point I would like to emphasise is the excellent service of Halina hotel. Every staff is friendly and helpful from heart. Our whole family would like to praise Daisy in particular for her heartwarming service during our stay. She always takes the initiative to offer any kind of help, literally of all kinds, from booking private cars, recommendations of restaurants, follow-up services, etc. The breakfast buffet is generally nice. We stayed for 5 nights and they have altered the choices of dishes and we are well-satisfied. Only 1-min walk journey to the well known beach. Our stay in this hotel is perfect and we surely recommend this to others. We will book again at our next visit.

Halina is great for beach lovers! ”
Helpful and informative staff, especially Daisy. The beach is just less than 5 mins walk away. Good breakfast spread and quality. Lovely coffee which the staff kindly helped to prepare at breakfast. Clean room and comfortable bed. The nicer food and coffee places are on the other side of Han River, in the city, but no worries as you can Grab around easily.

Perfect Da Nang beach stay”
Had the best time at this hotel, a stone's throw from the main beach. The family room was lovely with ocean views, however if you're going to use the sofa bed inform staff first so they can set it up for you. All the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Thuc Quyen. Great facilities, including a rooftop pool with stunning views of the beach and mountains, and two steam rooms. The free buffet breakfast was great and the chef catered to our dietary requirements by cooking us a special vegetarian meal. Great value for money, would stay again.

We spend 8 nights here in a twin Superior Room. Loved the decor. the room is well designed and very clean . We could open the window which had partial sea view . The buffet breakfast is huge with great service by the very attentive staff. A lovely free “ High Afternoon Tea “ served between 3:00 & 5 :00 pm. A nice touch ! A sparkling smallish sea view roof top pool with someone at the bar all day . Perfect position a few minutes walk to beach .. (crossing the main road was a little challenging for me .. ) Plenty of restaurants and K-marts around the area. The staff are sensational. Friendly, helpful, caring, cheerful and always smiling. Thank- you to all specially Daisie . We had a couple of small issues with our room but as soon as we mentioned it, someone was sent up immediately , to deal with it. Because of our long stay we were given a free drop off to the Airport ... Great place on stay to unwind ..

Great Staff!”
Went to this hotel because the other one I was in closed. The staff went over and above for me arranging scooter, places to go, great food in the restaurant and a great pool with a view to the beach. Special shout out to Daisy, she speaks great english and is always nearby to make sure you don’t need anything. Food was great, big spread for breakfast and the tuna salad was a favorite..With the situation here the rooms are drastically reduced, nothing cheaper but no curb on service. Thanks to the staff, I only left because this is going to be a long term stay at this point so rented an apartment for a month. Highly recommend.

Best choice for a beach-side stay”
There are so many hotel options near My Khe Beach. It can be hard to choose. I am SO glad I chose the Halina. Rooms are clean and modern, staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet is outstanding, and the views from the rooftop pool are amazing! I liked it so much, I'm coming back in a month!

My mom and I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. Great location with convenient motorcycle rental next to the hotel and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The room was a bit small, but cosy, clean and comfortable which made it great. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nice hotel, Good location, Impressive customer service. I had trouble with the ATM machine Near Han market that did not give me cash but withdraw cash from my account. I talked to Halina hotel customer service, Le Quang around midnight. The next day Le Quang meet me at 8 am (his night shift was finished at 6 am). He went beyond his duty to bring me to the the bank and able to get the money back. I was so impress with his willing to help. He said it is his duty to help but I think he went above and beyond.
