No one there, stranger opened the door and gave us keys to a dirty used room.”
Dirty wet towels, used bed sheets, some one had checked out and no one cleaned any part of it. No fres beer and no one to give me wifi passoword even if I had chosen to stay there in the used room. I left and I hope they see this review and do not charge me because I cant even call to cancel.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The price was cheap, suitable for students and packbackers. There are plenty of convinient stores and restaurant nearby. However, it is quite far from the beach. We had to take taxi, electric car or tuk tuk

Booked the backpackers hotel but when we checked in we were taken to a dodgy looking hotel out the back. This place was dingy, dark and outdated. The mattresss was like lying on stone and the bed sheet was like sandpaper, also our window looked straight out into 3 houses. All the switches in the room were labelled in Vietnamese yet no one thought to explain to us which ones were for he fan and air con even though he room as sweltering hot! We booked bus tickets and a tour of Ha Long Bay with the tour desk this is the only thing about the hostel I would rate. The bar in the hostel advertised food yet when we looked at the menu we were told "no food" - super helpful in an area where there's no where to eat!! We asked at the tour desk where is good to eat and were told here's a couple of good restaurants just down he road I'm not sure where she meant but we saw nothing All in all, Ha Long Bay - nothing to do other than boat tours, don't make our mistake and stay here long, book a day trip from Hanoi or do an over night stay on a boat Hostel - can't actually rate the hostel as we didn't stay here he rooms in he actual hostel may be lovely but if you get put in the hotel it's less Han satisfactory especially for the price

I only stayed for one quick night, the staff was nice and the place was cheap, but i wouldnt stay again. the place was not very nice, the bathroom was run down and the sheets were dirty, I could tell they hadn't been changed.

The location of the hostel was ideal, a walk from the beach and close to the town. The room was basic but had an en suite bathroom and me and my friends were able to book the whole room. The free breakfast was good and there was a helpful man who I think was Dutch who was able to help us out easily.

Des dortoirs et une propreté plus que moyenne.les draps ne sentent pas bon et il faut savoir d'avance que c'est un peu boîte de nuit. La musique s'entend jusqu'au 4ème etage.Ce n'est pas l'endroit pour le repos.

とりあえず、安く宿泊費を押さえようとするならいいホテルなのでは？部屋も相部屋でこの値段なら十分でした。朝食も無料です(パンと目玉焼き)。 スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。英語話せるスタッフもいるし、ベトナム語しか話せないスタッフも親身に地図書いたりしてくれて教えてくれました。また機会があったら泊まりたいです。
