Room has a very comfortable bed and clean. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Bathroom has room to move, good thick towels & bright. Very good room facilities, has 2 working usb port for charging mobile, stainless steel kettle & proper mugs, t spoon for tea & coffee making, including a very good hairdryer. I was surprise to see ironing facility inside cupboard. The only thing missing is a 2nd towel hook in the bathroom wall, and a bit more space to put the suitcases.

Hampton get away”
Visited this hotel on Friday with my wife and two children for an overnight stay . Hotel is situated in the town but with adequate parking which will cost you £13 not ideal but not extortionate for a one night stay. Rooms are very clean modern and comfortable My only gripe is at breakfast it’s a free for all, there are plenty of staff but no one directing it so you find your own table and off you go. Plenty of choice of hot and cold food including self service waffle station, which my daughter loved. But all said and done a really good clean, presentable hotel. Would definitely use this hotel again .

B & B Hilton style”
My contacts in the hotel business tell me these stripped down versions of upmarket hotel names are gold mines. Half the staff (like a boutique) but with the scale and prestige that comes with the name, so prices and occupancy are favourable. The reception staff here call it a B&B version of Hilton, and that's very apt. Breakfast is the only meal, it's the same every day and while excellent, a wider choice would be more interesting for people staying more than 2-3 days. Staff generally helpful, and the rooms clean and in our case spacious - here's a hint: the largest rooms are fitted with disabled bathrooms, but (in our case) were not priced any higher. Well placed for shopping, if that's your intention. A good business hotel if you don't want a business centre.

Trading on the name”
The front desk said "this is the Hilton B&B". But at only a small discount to the full Hilton price, they're trading on the name. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, room is spacious enough, comfortable too, breakfast is rather good actually if a little repetitive, but it's overpriced. From my friends in the hotel business, this does appear to b e the new money spinning trend, big staff reductions, get the guest to do as much work as possible, offer limited restaurant options, but don't reduce the price to match.

Very pleasant experience ”
Location is nice, close to Bournemouth downtown, parks and beach. Room size is good, staffs are helpful, and very clean. I will give facilities a 5 points if there is a laundry room (not dry cleaning). I'd stay in Hampton by Hilton Bournemouth again if I visit Bournemouth.

Good location for beach, shopping and BIC centre”
Appreciate this is a more budget type hotel but it would have been nice to have had a restaurant for evening meals to save going out. There was a snack menu with pizza etc on it but not the same as having a proper restaurant but I guess that is what a Hampton hotel is about. Really nice room with view over beach from the 5th floor, great shower, everything you needed in a room including a safe. Really comfortable beds. May be another choice of eggs at breakfast rather than just scrambled egg but there was plenty of choice other than that.

Great Location...sea views”
The Hampton is well located 10 minutes walk free m the Pier. Our room had sea views and the beds were so comfortable we all slept really well. It's a brand new hotel and very clean. Our standard room was small but the comfort and cleanliness made up for this. Would definitely come back...:)

Close to some interesting bars/pubs. Room was clean and comfortable. Felt new as furnishings etc were spotless. Decent breakfast - help yourself buffet. Overnight parking to 15:00 on day of check out was good value. Helpful staff.

The bathroom could do with improvement”
The shower drainage was slow, if you stay too long in the shower water will overflow to the room. There was no fridge in the room
