Staff members were warm and friendly at every interaction. We really enjoyed the convenience of having breakfast as a basic inclusive, and a 24/7 gym that is decently equipped. I’m sure the 24/7 bar is a bonus to most us as well.

Being a Hilton member, I was pleased with the services including the breakfast. I wasn’t satisfied with the house keeping and the cleanliness of the hotel. I have tried communicating about this to the staff who weren’t too reciprocative. The location of the hotel is of great accessibility to all over.

Excellent professional but extremely polite and friendly staff. Rooms very clean and facilities great. Breakfast more than adequate and great choice. This is second time we have had short break in Glasgow at this hotel. Only short taxi ride to the SSC and short down hill stroll to city centre, so may require short taxi ride back, if slight hill an issue. There is a safe 24 hr car park directly opposite hotel and the hotel can get you a discount. will definitely be back.

Stayed in twin room end June. Room is big. Bed is comfortable. Clean and new. Friendly staff. Location slightly away from bus and train station but only 10 mins walk. Definitely will stay again if visit Glasgow again.

Great location. Car park across the road, which you get a discount voucher for from the hotel when you check out. Nice bright, clean rooms with black out curtains. Bed very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities and a safe in the room. Not a lot of storage space and the wardrobe door slides to act as the toilet door. Would be very easy for an accident to happen if someone was in the wardrobe and another came out of the toilet. Shower was large. Water pressure wasn't great but it was adequate. Nice white towels supplied daily. Shampoo, conditioner and soap provided. Cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing. Very basic. Only had choice of scrambled eggs not fried, no tattie scones, mushrooms or tomatoes. Food was cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved. On the up side there was a waffle maker, which was great. Staff were excellent and very, very happy and willing to assist. Hotel was being decorated but there was no disruption whatsoever. Would certainly return to this hotel.

Best of the rest!”
This was our last stop on a 3 week trip around Ireland and Scotland. We stayed in chain hotels, non-chain, inns and B&Bs and this was, by far, the best accommodation we stayed in. So clean. Great location. Awesome breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only con was parking... VERY expensive even with the discount.

I was Booked into another hotel closer to the venue, we’re we had to attended over the stay, the hotel was not up to standard. And had to more my family to your hotel, my family was very happy with the cleanliness and friendly welcome, the size of the rooms was good and the shower was a winner for me, and I would recommend it to families with teenage. It ticked all the box’s and the breakfasts went down a treat.

I love this type of hotel ! Honest value, great check in, superb staff, great breakfast, room new, efficient and clean. Wonderful bed. Only cons: you must ask for a luggage rack, and no fridge although getting ice is not a problem.

How friendly and helpful staff are, as we arrived earlier than check in time, they made us very comfortable in the lounge and kept checking if we needed food, tea, coffee or drinks, we will certainly return.
