For a quick in and out journey ”
More expensive than other hotels in the area, but great for the airport- just in front of the terminal, 30 min from the city centre by taxi, about 1h by a local bus. The rooms are spacious and perfectly clean, however looked as if not sufficiently furnished, e.g no bed stands or side tables, the kettle was boiled on the floor, 1 chair in a family room of 4. The hotel provides re-fillable toiletries in the bathroom instead of tiny one-use and throw away bottles which is great. On arrival speedy check in, a friendly receptionist, however she did not check that I prepaid the whole amount in advance, that had to be clarified over a discussions. Arriving at the airport in a taxi, I paid for the gates, a taxi driver mentioned it was refundable by a hotel but it wasn’t. Bar & restaurant were busy, (evening), however no staff available to be clearing plates or glasses for 1.5h of me being there. All in one area with a reception. Good breakfast- full English and continental.

Lay out a bit unusual, reception is on the 5th floor. Big clean room, shower is spacious and clean. Good queen size bed but would prefer big size pillows. I Would stay here again.

Loved the spacious room and bathroom, and the toiletries, including good quality body lotion, which makes it unnecessary to unpack your suitcase to find your own. I also loved that there were lots of electrical sockets so you can charge your appliances overnight. A hairdryer in the room would make life easier for lots of travelers. Break fast is quite good, but doesn’t include freshly made eggs to order and the coffee from the machine is just okay. Location is excellent - right at the airport, with buses running from directly outside to Liverpool South Parkway railway station and to other destinations.

Pros: Few steps away from the airport. Very convenient if catching an early flight. Had a bath tub for a relaxing bath. Cons: Our room had a noisy air-conditioning, woken up few times over the night with a flapping noise. Broken side table light fixture wrapped with electrical tape. Could do with hoovering under the bed.

Early morning flight, so extra hour or so in bed with fast track booked. Superb location for airport. Disappointed with bar and restaurant service, poor selection in the bar and the food was extremely slow in been served.

Very nice hotel staff lovely,breakfast great but tables and eating area dirty and messy,staff very busy ,tables very low had to eat cooked breakfast on our laps ,was expensive,expecting a bit more as is a Hilton hotel
